Climate modeling of the potential distribution area of Pulsatilla turczaninovii Kryl. et Serg. (Ranunculaceae) in Eurasia 白头翁潜在分布区的气候模拟。et Serg。欧亚大陆的毛茛科植物

Вид Pulsatilla turczaninovii Кryl. et Serg. является раннецветущим, декоративным растением, которое активно собирается человеком. Благодаря наличию лекарственных свойств у вида, сырьё используется в практике народной медицины. В связи с этим P. turczaninovii является редким и внесён в некоторые региональные Красные книги Российской Федерации. Исследование фондов ведущих Гербариев Евразии (LE, MW, B, VLA, NS (NSK), ALTB, PE), специальных литературных источников и личных наблюдений авторов в природе, позволило детализировать современный ареал вида. Pulsatilla turczaninovii занимает территорию Западной и Восточной Сибири, Дальнего Востока, Китая и Монголии, не выходя за пределы Северной Азии. Методом климатического моделирования на основе данных современного распространения вида и восьми биоклиматических переменных (отсеивание коррелирующих переменных произведено в приложении SDMtoolbox) в программе MaxEnt был получен потенциальный ареал P. turczaninovii. По индексу AUC тестовой выборки прогнозная модель показала высокое качество интерпретации результата. Значение AUC составило 0,879±0,016. Тест пермутации выявил факторы, которые оказали наибольшее влияние на распределение P. turczaninovii. Среди этих факторов BIO1 (32,5%) – cреднегодовая температура, BIO12 (21,9%) – среднегодовые осадки, ВIO15 (16,1%) – сезонность осадков, BIO19 (11,5%) – осадки наиболее холодного квартала, самый низкий показатель – BIO8 (0,4%) – средняя температура наиболее влажного квартала.
