Strengthening of carbon sorbents by the introduction of mineral additives 通过引入矿物添加剂来增强碳吸附剂

Рассмотрены существующие способы упрочнения углеродных сорбентов, среди которых наиболее подробно разобран метод введения минеральных присадок. Исследования проводили с использованием углеродных сорбентов, изготовленных на основе углеродсодержащих отходов – опилок и избыточного активного ила биологических очистных сооружений. Минеральные присадки вводили в состав сорбента на стадии составления смеси, после чего последнюю гранулировали, а полученные гранулы сушили и подвергали процессу пиролиза при 600–650 С, затем сорбент охлаждали. Введение минеральных присадок оказало существенное влияние на свойства сорбентов: в 2 раза увеличились зольность и плотность сорбентов в связи с увеличением содержания минеральных примесей, в 2,5 раза увеличилась прочность, уменьшилась сорбционная ёмкость, причём в большей степени уменьшилась влагоёмкость сорбента, что связано с уменьшением количества пор и удельной поверхности сорбента.
