The effect of species differences in bacteria of the genera Bacillus and Pseudomonas, suspended in saline, on the rate of recovery iodonitrotetrazolium chloride 悬浮在盐水中的芽孢杆菌属和假单胞菌属细菌种类差异对氯化碘硝基四氮唑回收率的影响

Соли тетразолия широко используются как неселективные индикаторы жизнеспособности клеток в экологических исследованиях. Методы и математический аппарат химической кинетики позволяют количественно определить восстановительную активность бактерий по отношению к солям тетразолия. Выявлено, что в ряду грамположительных бактерий рода Bacillus эффективные константы скорости восстановления иоднитротетразолия хлорида (ИНТ) близки по своим значениям при различном характере зависимости накопления продукта иодмоноформазана с течением времени. Бактерии видов B. pumilus и B. stearothеrmophilus при низких клеточных концентрациях иоднитротетразолия хлорида восстанавливают соль тетразолия по классической экспоненте при конверсии реагента 98–99%. Бактерии B. subtilis восстанавливают ИНТ не полностью до конверсии реагента 75% из-за влияния продукта восстановления. Сделано предположение, что различия в кинетике восстановления солей тетразолия связаны со сродством (субстантивностью) иодмоноформазанов к мембранным компонентам бактерий. В роду грамотрицательных бактерий Pseudomonas выявлен небольшой индукционный период при восстановлении ИНТ видом P. aeroginosa. Различий в значениях эффективных констант скорости восстановления ИНТ видами P. aeroginosa и P. fluorescens не выявлено. Сделано предположение, что липопротеиновая мембрана P. aeroginosa оказывает большие затруднения для транспорта ИНТ в клетку.
