MSMEs in Indonesia contribute to national income with significant growth from year to year. The role of government, both central and regional, is very necessary in mentoring programs for MSMEs, from various aspects of development such as improving product quality, price competition, business management, marketing, financial management, and developing the quality of human resources. The Karanganyar Central Statistics Agency (BPS) stated that approximately 60% of MSMEs are developing significantly and making a lot of contributions to the surrounding community but their business performance is still low. The aim of this research is to describe research on the Implementation of the Business Model Canvas in MSMEs in Karanganyar Regency. The number of MSMEs that are developing after the Covid 19 pandemic has the impact of continuing to grow but their business performance is still low. Therefore, the author is very interested in raising the theme of Implementing the Canvas Model Business Strategy in Efforts to Sustain MSMEs in the future. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative method and tends to use qualitative research. In this study, a purposive sampling technique was used to determine respondents who could be selected as samples. The data source that will be used is primary data with interviews assisted using questions via a questionnaire delivered directly. The questionnaire contains closed questions where in answering them the researcher provides guidance and assistance, if someone experiences difficulties, they will get direction. Respondents will be taken from business actors in Karanganyar Regency, totaling 21 respondents from UKM circles. A persuasive approach will be taken to obtain the necessary data. The findings in this research are that business actors were able to survive during the pandemic by implementing the Business Model Canvas strategy even though they had not yet 100 percent conceptualized this strategy in their business

This study aims to analyze the impact of organizational culture and employee skills on performance, as well as the implications for organizational commitment in general hospitals (RSUs) in the DKI Jakarta region. This study took medical and paramedical staff as a sample, used a questionnaire as a research tool, and applied census techniques by taking the entire population as a sample. The analysis method used is hierarchical linear modeling (HLM) to evaluate the influence of related variables. Research results show that organizational culture and employee skills have a significant impact on performance and have a positive impact on organizational commitment. In addition, organizational commitment also partly mediates the effects of organizational culture and employee skills on performance. These results provide important information for developing hospital management policies aimed at improving organizational performance and commitment.

Sumber daya manusia di Rumah Sakit adalah tenaga profesional yang bekerja memberikan pelayanan kesehatan dan merupakan ujung tombak atas kemajuan dari Rumah Sakit. Tekanan pekerjaan yang tinggi, kebosanan dengan rutinitas, serta pendapatan yang kurang memuaskan menyebabkan rendahnya komitmen pada organisasi, selain itu menimbulkan kebosanan (burnout) yang dapat mengarah pada keinginan untuk pindah ke tempat kerja yang lain (turnover intention). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Burnout dan komitmen afektif terhadap Turnover intention Karyawan di Rumah Sakit YK Madira Palembang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 86 responden dengan menggunakan simple random sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji t dan uji F serta regresi linear berganda. Hasil uji t untuk variabel burnout (X1) menunjukkan ada pengaruh burnout positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention Karyawan di Rumah Sakit YK Madira Palembang, dimana nilai t hitung untuk variable burnout sebesar 3,574 > t tabel yaitu 1,988, juga ada pengaruh komitmen afektif negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention Karyawan di Rumah Sakit YK Madira Palembang, dimana nilai t hitung untuk variabel komitmen afektif sebesar -2,175 > t table (1,988). Hasil hitung analisis dari uji F, diperoleh nilai F hitung (7,727) > Ftabel (3,06) menunjukkan bahwa variabel X1 burnout dan X2 komitmen afektif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama (simultan) terhadap turnover intention di RSIA YK Madira Palembang berdasarkan hasil pengukuran analisis uji F secara simultan. Diharapkan pihak Rumah sakit dan pihak manajemen sebaiknya lebih memperhatikan pekerjanya terutama dalam hal penentuan target dan pemberian gaji serta insentif memberikan pelatihan, promosi, peningkatan karir dengan tujuan meningkatkan komitmen mereka terhadap perusahaan sehingga bisa mengurangi angka terjadinya turnover intention.

This study investigates the factors that shape customer loyalty in the electricity service sector in Yogyakarta Special Region, West Java, Central Java, and Aceh provinces. The main objective is to analyze the influence of service quality, customer value, and company image on customer loyalty. This study was conducted among several electric service companies in the mentioned areas, with 150 respondents. The overall analysis results show that all research variables have a significant impact on the level of customer loyalty to products in the electrical service sector. This is supported by the Fcount value exceeding FTable at the 5% significance level. Additionally, the T-test results partially confirm that service, customer value, and company image significantly influence customer loyalty to electric service companies. Company image seems to be the most decisive factor in customer loyalty. Therefore, it is important for stakeholders in the electrical services sector in the region to maintain and improve their corporate image with the aim of building customer loyalty.

Motor vehicle tax (PKB) is a form of tax levied on the ownership and/or ownership of motor vehicles, with natural or legal persons as owners of the vehicles being tax payers. Tax awareness becomes important when taxpayers have enough knowledge and understanding of the tax system. This encourages them to voluntarily fulfill their tax payment obligations. The higher a taxpayer's level of tax awareness, the higher their level of tax compliance, while also reinforcing their role as a good citizen. This study aims to determine the influence of tax rates and taxpayer knowledge on the compliance level of automobile taxpayers in Bandar Lampung City. The research method used was quantitative research in the tax-paying population of Bandar Lampung City. A sample of 100 respondents was selected using purposive sampling with calculations using the Slovin formula. Data was collected through document review, documentation, observations, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis included several linear regression tests, correlation coefficient tests, t-tests, F-tests, and R2 tests. The study results showed that tax rate and taxpayer knowledge had a significant influence of 47.5% on vehicle tax payment compliance of taxpayers at Samsat office in Bandar Lampung Rajabasa. At the same time, other factors not considered in this study also affect 52.5% of taxpayer compliance. This study highlights the importance of improving taxpayers' knowledge and understanding of the tax system as well as reviewing tax rates to increase tax compliance levels.

Guru memiliki peran dalam mengembangkan sumber daya manusia melalui proses pendidikan, oleh karena itu kinerja guru harus terus ditingkatkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan pelatihan kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri 3 Palembang secara parsial dan simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang dimana sumber datanya didaptkan dari hasil kuesioner dan teknik pengolahan datanya menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan SPPS Versi 24 dengan Skala Likert. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu guru PNS yang ada di SMP Negeri 3 Palembang sebanyak 42 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 7,383 dan Sig-nya adalah 0,000. Dan variabel pelatihan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 2,360 dan Sig-nya adalah 0,023. Sedangkan uji simultan menunjukkan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja dan pelatihan kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinera guru dengan nilai F hitung sebsar 150,946 dan nilai Sig-nya adalah 0,000. Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Pelangi Inti Pertiwi Musi Banyuasin baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 93 responden karyawan PT. Pelangi Inti Pertiwi Musi Banyuasin. Uji analisis data mengunakan adalah SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini dapat dilihat pada nilai t hitung sebesar 3.127 dengan signifikansi (0,002 < 0,05). Pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. This research is an empirical study which aims to analyze the impact of leadership, internal communication, and career development on employee job satisfaction at Plasa Telkom East Java and Central Java Province. The research was conducted at the Plaza offices of East Java and Central Java Province involving the employee population (93 respondents) and using questionnaires and documentation as data collection tools. The research results show that partially, leadership and internal communication have a significant impact on employee job satisfaction, while career development does not show a significant impact. Overall, these three variables have a significant impact on the job satisfaction of Plasa Telkom employees in East Java and Central Java Province, with leadership as the most dominant factor, indicated by a regression coefficient value that is greater than the smallest probability value. The relationship between leadership, internal communication, career development and employee job satisfaction show a positive and significant correlation. However, the role of these three variables in supporting employee job satisfaction is still relatively less dominant, which may indicate that there are other factors outside the research framework that have a greater contribution to employee job satisfaction.

This study analyzes the influence of achievement-oriented leadership style and motivation on employee performance, with work discipline as an intervening variable, conducted at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Medan Petisah. The data collection method used is quantitative research with primary data obtained from questionnaires. The population of the study is all employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Medan Petisah. The sample was taken using saturated sampling with a total of 22 employees. The results of the study show that, partially, achievement-oriented leadership style and motivation have an insignificant influence on performance, while motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant impact on performance. Motivation also has a significant influence on work discipline. Meanwhile, employee performance has a positive influence on work discipline. From the explanation of the research results, the variables of achievement-oriented leadership style, motivation, employee performance, and work discipline all have a positive influence on Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Medan Petisah.

The purpose of this study is to examine how employee stock options (ESOs) affect abnormal returns while controlling corporate governance. Institutional ownership, management ownership, and independent commissioners are the corporate governance proxy variables that are employed. Using a purposive sample technique, the research sample was made up of businesses that were listed between 2015 and 2020 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data from the 20 sample companies were analyzed using moderated regression analysis (MRA). The findings of the study indicate that employee stock options (ESOs) have a major impact on abnormal returns, and that corporate governance plays a crucial moderating role in controlling the relationship between ESOs and abnormal returns. These findings provide a better understanding of the dynamics between ESOs, corporate governance, and corporate financial performance in the Indonesian capital market.
