Entrepreneurship is one of the main driving forces that determine the development and decline of the economy, because in the field of entrepreneurship there is freedom of creativity. The large number of people operating grocery stores means prices are becoming tighter, which could affect Tempuran Village grocery store's earnings. Payment at the Tempuran Village grocery store still uses a manual system, without computers, so customers often line up at the checkout counter to pay. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of business and marketing behavior on the income of a basic food store in the village of Tempuran Trimurjo. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were grocery store business owners in Tempuran Trimurjo Village, with a total of 30 people. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression tests. The results of this research conclude that there is a positive and significant influence between entrepreneurial behavior on income at the basic food shop in Tempuran Trimurjo Village. Apart from that, there is also a positive and significant influence between marketing on income at the basic food shop in Tempuran Trimurjo Village. There is a positive and significant influence between entrepreneurial behavior and marketing on income at the basic food shop in Tempuran Trimurjo Village.

This research is a type of quantitative descriptive research with the aim of knowing the effect of job training and career development on employee performance at PT Alita praya Mitra Palembang. Data analysis techniques used in this study are validity test analysis, descriptive analysis, reliability analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Data collection instrument using a questionnaire. Based on this study it can be concluded that Job Training (X1) has a positive effect on employee performance. This shows that ρvalue = 0.000 and 2.021 and career development (X2) has a positive effect on employee performance. This shows the results of ρvalue = 0.003 and 2.021.

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of Company Size, Liquidity and Leverage with Business Risk as a moderating variable on the Cash Effective Tax Rate (CETR). This type of research is quantitative research. The population in the study were companies indexed LQ45 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) from 2020 to 2022. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling method, where of the 45 companies there were 16 companies that met the criteria as samples. The data source used is secondary data obtained from the website www.idx.co.id. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS version 26 program. The results of data analysis show that company size as proxied by the Natural Log of Total Assets influences CETR. Liquidity as proxied by the current ratio and leverage as measured by DER influence CETR. Business Risk as proxied by Degree of Operating Leverage (DOL) can moderate the influence of Company Size on CETR, where Business Risk weakens the influence of Company Size on CETR. Business Risk can moderate the influence of Liquidity on CETR, where the influence of Liquidity becomes smaller after being moderated. Leverage moderated by Business Risk has no effect on CETR, so the influence of Leverage on CETR cannot be moderated by Business Risk.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada dinas kebudayaan kota palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif dan menggunakan data primer melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada pegawai dianas kebudayaan kota Palembang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 60 orang responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin dengan pengukuran skala ordinal. Data yang di proses melalui program Spss versi 24 dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, sedangkan disiplin kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dari hasil uji t membuktikan bahwa kompetensi berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai, disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kemudian pada hasil uji f membuktikan kompetensi dan disiplin kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan melihat nilai Fhitung lebih besar dari Ftabel yaitu (44,985 > 3,16) dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Variabel kompetensi merupakan variabel yang memiliki pengaruh terbesar terhadap kinerjapegawai pada dinas kebudayaan kota Palembang.

In assessing the performance of Islamic banks, it is not only seen from their financial reports, but also based on the concept of IMAN (Islamic values-based performance assessment), which is the embodiment of the Islamic values dimensions, namely: ibadah (worship), muamalah (transactions), amanah (trustworthiness), and ihsan (excellence). The assessment system for the health of Islamic banks referred to here is ANGELS. ANGELS is an acronym for Amanah management, non-economic wealth, Give out, Earnings, Capital and assets, Liquidity and sensitivity to market, and socio-economic wealth. Each factor of ANGELS is part of the "process," "outcomes," and "stakeholders." This study aims to analyze and assess the performance of PT. BSI KCP Medan Ringroad using the Angels Method. This research is qualitative in nature and the data is obtained through interviews with several sources from PT. BSI KCP Medan Ringroad. Secondary data can be obtained from the financial statements of PT. BSI KCP Medan Ringroad. The data analysis technique used is observation and interviews. The data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that PT. BSI KCP Medan Ringroad is considered healthy, as evidenced by the Angels method in measuring the performance and health level of the bank, which shows good results.

Negara Batin is a village located in the regent Way Kanan. The village government's concern for the facilities and infrastructure of the village is very important to achieve the welfare of the village community. Planning and effective use of village funds are necessary to support the development of Negara Batin Village. Therefore, if the use of village funds can be planned and implemented effectively, it will bring great benefits to the residents of Negara Batin Village in Way Kanan Regency. The purpose of this study is to determine whether planning and efficiency in the use of village funds affect the development of Negara Batin village. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research. The population used is the village of Negara Batin, regent Way Kanan. The sampling technique used was probability sampling using the Slovin formula, such that a sample of 98 respondents was obtained. Data collection was carried out through literature research, documents, observations, interviews, and questionnaires. The data analysis tools used include several linear regression tests, correlation coefficient tests, t-tests, F-tests, and R^2 tests. Based on the research results, effective planning and use of village funds has a positive and significant impact on the development of Negara Batin village. Effective planning and utilization of village funds contributed 36.5% to the development of Negara Batin Village in Negara Batin District, Way Kanan Regency. Meanwhile, the remaining 63.5% are affected by other factors that have not been considered in this study.

A company's commercial activities are primarily aimed at achieving optimal profits and maintaining its position against industrial competition. An important parameter to evaluate the situation of a company is its level of profitability. The business capital invested, and the level of revenue generated by the business will contribute significantly to achieving maximum profits. This study aims to study the impact of corporate capital and revenue on the business profits of debtors of BRI Raden Intan Bandar Lampung Bank. This study uses a quantitative research method, with a sample of 10 companies that are macro debtors of PT Bank BRI Raden Intan. Financial report data for the period 2017-2021 is used to analyze the sample 50 times. Data analysis was performed using conventional hypothesis testing and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that company capital has no significant influence on profitability, while sales have a positive and significant impact on profitability. Overall, the variables of business capital and revenue together influence profitability by 42.1% for PT Bank BRI Raden Intan Bandar Lampung's corporate customers in the period 2017-2021.

Financial report data for the period 2017-2021 is used to analyze the sample 50 times. Data analysis was performed using conventional hypothesis testing and hypothesis testing. Faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan adalah komitmen organisasi, dan motivasi kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Keterikatan Pegawai, Komitmen Organisasi dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Palembang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan survey kepada 97 responden karyawan sebagai sampel di PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Palembang. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh langsung dari responden dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 97 responden melalui googleform. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian uji t bahwa Nilai Signifikan Keterikatan pegawai (X1) sebesar 0,674 > 0,05 dan t-hitung pada tabel 0,421 < t-tabel 1,661. maka, X1 tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y). Nilai Signifikan Komitmen Pegawai (X2) sebesar 0,004 < 0,05 dan t-hitung pada tabel 2.964 < t-tabel 1,661. maka, X2 berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y). Nilai Signifikan Motivasi Pegawai (X3) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan t-hitung pada tabel 4.372 < t-tabel 1,661. maka, X3 berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y). Berdasarkan Koefisien determinasi Keterikatan Pegawai, Komitmen Organisasi dan Motivasi Kerja memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai PT PLN (PESERO) UP3 Palembang. Serta Berdasarkan uji f, f-hitung (44.317) > t-tabel (3,093). Terdapat pengaruh variabel Keterikatan Pegawai (X1), Komitmen Organisasi (X2) dan Motivasi Kerja (X3) terhadap Variabel Kinerja Pegawai (Y).

Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 60 responden dan melakukan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian bahwa pengawasan dan motivasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan (0,001 < 0,05). Dan pengawasan dan motivasi secara simultan (sig F 0,001 < 0,05) berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sehingga dapat dibuktikan bahwa pengawasan dan motivasi kerja merupakan aspek yang sangat penting dalam mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan PT Promexx Stationery Palembang.
