Changes in the form of key node structure can cause force problems in deep foundation project using reverse construction method. Combining engineering practice and literature in China and abroad in the past decade and analyzing the design and construction technique in the key node of the structure in hand, this paper propounds some ideas of innovation design, construction technology and measures in deep foundation project using reverse construction method. Having been evaluated in the construction safety, quality, period and cost, the ideas conform to the present standard requirement and are effective to solve problems when using reverse construction method. This will be a reference for similar project design and construction.

This design of the asynchronous motor frequency converter system is based on the use of fixed-point DSP TMS320F2812 controller, take voltage space vector pulse-duration modulation (SVPWM) as the control method, the full text take the frequency changer system hardware design and the software realization as the leadership, and introduced in detail the hardware electric circuit several essential electric circuits, software part SVPWM principle and realization, finally has carried on the result simulation confirmation. The simulation results show that this system speed of response is quick, the stability is good, has the good static state, the dynamic performance.

Power Line Communication (PLC) network uses the existing grid as communication bracing. The low-voltage power distribution network is the most widespread network. In the low-voltage power distribution network, the communication distance is very short, which provides the possibility to achieve the narrow band and high-speed power line communication. But, its network structure is complex, and the link length, load and network branch of different locations is different. The attenuation of PLC network channel exhibits frequency-selective. In addition, the noise exhibits the frequency selective, too. Therefore, it is difficult to find a frequency to implement communication between the master and the majority of the slave stations. Thus, we propose multifrequency networking technology based on preamble sequence. This technology can reduce the number of hops of the communication between the master and the slaves. Thereby, the delay of the network will reduce, and the network throughput will increase. Meanwhile, the station can quickly adapt to the change of the communication environment and service needs.

Effective and efficient description of the features of different staffs is the key problem to achieve scientific and meticulous management in customer service centers, because the features are essential for decision-making works, e.g., the formulation of the scheduling strategy, the placement strategy and the performance evaluation standard. In this paper, by introducing the visual clustering algorithm, the electric customer service staffs are divided into four types, i.e., the quality type, the efficiency type, the medium type and the problem type, on the basis of the workload, work quality and work efficiency of the staffs. The clustering results are helpful for the formulation of the scheduling strategy, the placement strategy and the performance evaluation standard objectively. The visual clustering algorithm is now regularly applied to divide electric customer service staffs into different groups so that related strategies and standards may be tuned timely and properly. The successful application of our proposed method in State Grid Customer Service Center shows the effectiveness and the efficiency of the proposed visual clustering algorithm.

Lowest bidding is widely used in international construction contracting system, and is accepted in China since it's introduced several years ago. However, many unambiguous operations concerning it happen again and again, which has posed great negative impacts on some constructions. This paper discussed the evidence of "lowest bidding", the pricing system of "lowest bidding", and the management of construction under "lowest bidding" policy. Aiming at the shortage of blind source separation (BSS) in processing gearbox fault signals under α stable distribution impulse noise, a new BSS algorithm based on fractional lower order (FLO) S time-frequency distribution was proposed in this paper. In this algorithm fault signals of gearbox were prewhitened in FLO subspace, then S time frequency transform for prewhitened lower-order signals were performed, finally the source signals were restored via joint approximate diagonalization. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively restrain impulse noise influence, the BSS effect is good and robust.
