Wavelet packet autoregressive spectrum technique are used to analyze the steady and unsteady vibration signals of vehicle wheel system, extracts the fault characteristics of special vehicle wheel system, and realize the extraction of the fault characteristics of analysis object. By analyzing the fitting clearance of wheel system gears, discriminates the fault phenomenon of vehicle wheel system, provides important supports for the maintenance of special vehicle wheel system. Experiments show that this method can realize the fault diagnosis of wheel system for special vehicle equipments and fast on-line measurement, and provide strong support to maintain the intact rate of equipments.

In order to coordinate the many design parameters of the solid rocket motor (SRM) grain to get a better performance. A structure optimization method based on variation sketch and genetic optimization algorithm is proposed. Then by choosing a slotted-tube grain as the example, corresponding structure parameters optimization processes show the efficiency and convenience of this advanced structure optimization method. The objective function of SRM internal ballistics curves are converged after about 500 generations' evolution. The SRM internal ballistics curves comparison with initial one and optimized one also shows that the fluctuation range of the internal ballistics curve is reduced from about 20% to 8%. This is helpful to reduce the negative weight of SRM and improve its performance. It proves the accuracy of this grain design and optimization method.

A kind of the analog front end design method for the ultra-high resolution CCD was put forward. According to characteristics of CCD KAF-39000 in the still capture, the CCD driver state flow was designed. Two AD9920A chips were used to digitize right and left half frames of the analog image synchronously. One AD9920A which was as the master timing controller generated programmable horizontal and vertical driver clocks for KAF-39000. These driver clocks were made up of four class timing patterns based on AD9920A. FPGA converted AD9920A output clocks to standard digital image interface clocks for digital image acquisition. Experiments show that the AFE circuit system can output good raw image, its frame time, output noise and the dynamic range are 1100ms, 2.12@12bit and 65.7dB, respectively. The Bayer Color image is reconstructed in the FPGA by the color interpolation algorithm based on color difference space and edge detection technique. With better flexibility and extendibility, this design method can be widely used in more ultra-high resolution imaging fields like remote sensing detection and optical measuring.

In order to predict vegetable price accurately, 117 sets of green pepper and related factors price data from 2012 to 2015 in Dan Zhou city were selected as the sample data, of which 100 groups were training data and 17 groups were test data. Based on analyzing fluctuant features of vegetable price, with the global stochastic optimization idea to optimize initial weights and thresholds of back propagation (BP) neural network, the PSO-BP prediction model concerning vegetable retail price was set up by using the particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm. The experimental results indicated that compared with the traditional BP method, the PSO-BP method could overcome the over-fitting problem and the local minima problem, effectively reduced training error and increased the predicting precision.

In intelligent video surveillance system, moving target detection and follow-up moving target tracking, due to the existence of ghost, will be affected. Therefore, this paper proposes a ghost detection and removal method based on edge histogram contrast. The ghost can be rapidly and effectively detected and removed by this method. Meanwhile, it is able to overcome the difficulty of ghost detection in regions with crowded moving targets. It is also beneficial to background update and follow-up target tracking and identification.

Using 3D visualization models to exhibit geological structure has become a trend in geological studies. Compared to 2D geological mapping, 3D geological modeling is dependent on more geological sampling information. In many cases, however, the geological sampling information is difficult to acquire by drilling (especially for deep subsurface information). Geophysical methods (e.g., Gravity, seismic, and electric) have become the major tools in geological modeling. Because the geophysical data are recorded in a data grid, people must extract the geological information from various data grids acquired through different geophysical methods and subsequently integrate the information to manually construct a 3D geological model. This approach usually causes inconvenience and inefficiencies in practice. Therefore, we propose a methodology of automatically 3D geological modeling based on geophysical data grids. The method first constructs visualization models from different geophysical data grids and subsequently integrates these models for interpretation using mapping rules learned from physical properties of rock samples measured in a laboratory and finally converts the interpreted visualization model to a 3D geological model. With the application in the practical work, the result demonstrates that the methodology can effectively solve problems of 3D geological modeling in the case of enriched geophysical data lacking sufficient geological sampling information.

The ever-increasing Big Data is acclaimed, and the key point of Big Data is data analysis. However focusing on the Big Data with dynamic and multiple-dimensional characteristic is difficult to obtain reliable and accurate analytical results by the traditional data analysis methods. Therefore this is an important opportunity and great challenge for the data analysis methods to be developed. This paper aims to make an important research and investigation of the multiple correlation analysis for dynamic Big Data. The paper is expected to reveal the multiple correlation analysis for dynamic Big Data. On one hand this paper research achievements would provide a scientific basis for multiple correlation analysis and revelation of the objective law in Big Data area. On the other hand it is also an important implication for sustainable development of Big Data.

For the purposes of improving the traffic environment in Kunming and the road traffic congestion control theory, this paper will analyze the interactions between driver's behavior characteristics and traffic congestion driving interactions. We've deeply analyzed the causes of traffic congestion with the thoughts of qualitative research and quantitative research and explored the formation process of congestion. Treating Kunming of Yunnan Province as a model, drivers' psychological changes and driving habits are discussed in this paper, meanwhile, the control methods of traffic congestion will also be put forward. This paper intends to provide a reference for the enhancement of traffic conditions in Kunming and the achievement of unblocked traffic project.
