Overlapping Community Discovery based on Seed Expansion and Shortest Path of Graph 基于种子扩展和图最短路径的重叠社区发现

This article proposes an overlapping community discovery algorithm based on the combination of seed extension and the shortest path of the graph (Overlapping Communities Detecting Based on Seed Extension and Shortest Path of Graph, the following referred to as SESPG algorithm). First, the seed node is selected according to the influence of the node. Secondly, the nodes of the community are preliminarily divided by calculating the similarity between the nodes and the seed community. Then calculate the maximum value of the shortest path between the seeds in the community and the nodes in the community. Use this as the radius. For nodes within the radius but not in the community, calculate the similarity with the community, and join the community if it exceeds the threshold. Finally, the communities with high similarity are merged to complete the discovery of overlapping communities. After comparing with other algorithms, the SESPG algorithm has a good performance when the complexity is high, and the number of nodes is large.

Emotion Classification and Recognition based on facial EMG 基于面部肌电图的情绪分类与识别

∗ Study emotion classification recognition individual difference is big, dispersion characteristics of rule, the problem of insufficient accuracy, based on the physiological signal acquisition device collected 12 subjects zygomatic muscle and brow muscle two channels of electromyography data, from the time domain feature extraction, using support vector machine (SVM) and the method of extreme learning machine(ELM) to classify positive, negative and neutral moods,Compare the classification accuracy and find out the algorithm with higher classification accuracy. The results showed that the zygomatic muscle activity increased significantly and the frowning muscle activity decreased significantly in positive emotions, while the frowning muscle activity increased significantly and the zygomatic muscle activity decreased in negative emotions.Compared with the 50% average classification accuracy of support vector machine classifier, the average classification ef-ficiency of extreme learning machine classifier is better, and the average classification accuracy can reach 60.08%.In practical ap-plications, the extreme learning machine has a better classification effect and provides a certain technical foundation for modern human-computer interaction.

Constellation Coverage Analysis and Communication Link Simulation based on STK 基于STK的星座覆盖分析与通信链路仿真

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the coverage performance and communication link parameters of medium-orbit constellation and low-orbit constellation in satellite communication system. In this paper, the medium-orbit constellation and low-orbit constellation of satellite communication system are proposed, and the simulation analysis of the two constellations is carried out. Focusing on the time characteristics of constellation providing network service to a certain area, we selected the appropriate coverage objects and their Figure Of Merit (FOM) to calculated and analyzed their coverage performance and the changes at different orbital altitudes through the Satellite Tool Kit (STK). Based on the fading of realistic satellite-earth models like the atmospheric absorption model and rainfall attenuation model, a suitable transmitter/receiver model is established to analyze the effects of orbital altitude and inclination on link parameters. The results can provide a reference for subsequent constellation research and engineering application.

Abnormality Analysis and UKF-based Estimation of Characteristic Features in Alzheimer's Disease: A Study Using a Neural Mass Model 阿尔茨海默病的异常分析和基于ukf的特征估计:使用神经质量模型的研究

In this paper, thalamo-cortico-thalamic neural mass model(NMM) which is consist of excitatory thalamo-cortical Relay (TCR) and inhibitory interneurons (IN) neural populations is applied to mimic the changes of electroencephalograph (EEG) in Alzheimer's disease (AD). Spectrum analysis is proposed to study the effect of changes in synaptic connectivity on the power spectrum density (PSD) as well as average dominant frequency (DF) of the model output. It is observed that he synaptic connectivity parameters of the model play a crucial role in affecting the oscillatory behavior of the model output, and the PSD and average DF is increased with the excitatory parameter increased, while opposite result could be presented when the inhibitory parameter increased. Then unscented Kalman filter (UKF) method is applied to estimate the unobservable characteristic parameter of the NMM accurately and rapidly, with small relative error and dramatic convergent rate. The results presented in this paper may facilitate our understanding of the neural mechanisms underlying the alteration of EEG band power in AD brain, and become foundation of theoretical research of AD.

Research on the Online Recognition of the Motion Image of the Adjacent Joints of the Lower Limbs 下肢相邻关节运动图像的在线识别研究

At present, offline analysis and research of lower limb motor imagery brain computer interface (MI-BCI) are relatively mature, but there are few researches on the online recognition of lower limb MI-BCI. The online recognition of the two MI tasks of the knee-ankle adjacent joints of the right lower extremity was carried out, and the EEG signals of the two MI tasks assisted by electrical stimulation are collected. The Filter Bank Common Spatial Pattern (FBCSP) is used for feature extraction, and BP neural network is used for online recognition. The average recognition accuracy rate of online motor imagery of 13 subjects reaches 79.62%, and the recognition accuracy rate of the highest person is 92.50%, which verified the feasibility and practicability of online MI-BCI in adjacent joints of lower limbs.

This paper is about the research of signal acquisition and image processing. It is about an alarm system and its alarm method customized for the breeding industry. The device includes: sensor group, cloud platform of the internet of things for breeding industry and mobile alarm terminal; The sensor group is used to collect the signal group and send the collected signal group to the IOT cloud platform of the farm; The breeding industry internet of things cloud platform is used to receive the signal group sent by the sensor group, and according to the preset rules, when the signal group does not meet the threshold, the alarm command is sent to the mobile alarm terminal; The mobile alarm terminal is used to receive the alarm commands sent by the Internet of things cloud platform of the breeding industry farm and give voice alarm according to the text-to-language conversion technology. This research system can provide the alarm device customized for the breeding industry with convenient use, simple operation and clear function, which can meet the requirements of front-line staff in the breeding industry to receive alarm notification conveniently, timely and accurately, and is suitable for large-scale promotion in the breeding industry.

Demosaicking Algorithm Based on Accurate Edge-directed Interpolation 基于精确边缘插值的去马赛克算法

In this paper, we proposed a new demosaicking algorithm for imaging system based on accurate edge detection. Different from the conventional demosaicking method, the proposed method has two steps: first, using thresholding method, the geometric distribution of the local region is investigated to detect the interpolation direction; second, different interpolation methods are adopted to recover the missing color components according to the local region statistics; As compared with the latest demosaicking methods, experiments showed that the proposed algorithm provided outstanding performance in terms of both objective and subjective image qualities.

The design of the tablet hardness tester 片剂硬度计的设计

In this paper, an instrument for the pharmaceutical industry to measure the hardness of tablets is designed. The designed instrument adopts STM32ZET6 microcontroller as the control core, step motor to provide drive force, pressure sensor to detect the real-time pressure of tablet fragmentation and the 2.8 inch LCD to display hardness of the tablets. The system has 5 function keys for human-computer interaction, while the LCD screen has a rich display interface to guide the users. Practical test results show that the tablet hardness instrument can meet the measurement requirements, compared with traditional hardness tester more automated, higher accuracy, higher security, and better human-machine interaction and a rich information display interface.
本文设计了一种用于制药工业测定片剂硬度的仪器。本设计仪器采用STM32ZET6单片机为控制核心,步进电机提供驱动力,压力传感器实时检测片剂破碎压力,2.8寸LCD显示片剂硬度。系统有5个功能键进行人机交互,液晶屏有丰富的显示界面指导用户操作。实际测试结果表明,该片式硬度仪能够满足测量要求,与传统硬度计相比自动化程度更高、精度更高、安全性更高,并且具有更好的人机交互性和丰富的信息显示界面。

An improved algorithm of TFIDF combined with Naive Bayes 结合朴素贝叶斯的改进TFIDF算法

The TF-IDF algorithm is often used for the extraction of keywords of articles, but it only considers the information of word frequency, which limits the choice of keywords. In order to improve the efficiency of the algorithm, an improved algorithm has been presented, which adds the synonyms of keywords trained by word2vec model to the word vector composed of keywords. Then the improved algorithm is given different weights based on the part of speech and the location information. And combine the improved algorithm with the Naive Bayes algorithm. In order to verify the effectiveness of the improved algorithm, experiments were conducted on a standard data set. The experimental results show that, compared with the traditional method, the accuracy of the improved TFIDF algorithm combined with Naive Bayes is greatly improved.
TF-IDF算法通常用于文章关键词的提取,但它只考虑词频信息,限制了关键词的选择。为了提高算法的效率,提出了一种改进算法,将word2vec模型训练出的关键词同义词添加到由关键词组成的词向量中。然后根据词性和位置信息赋予改进算法不同的权重。并将改进算法与朴素贝叶斯算法相结合。为了验证改进算法的有效性,在标准数据集上进行了实验。实验结果表明,与传统方法相比,结合朴素贝叶斯的改进TFIDF算法的准确率有了很大提高。
