: Smart health monitoring system is a system that shortens the distance between a patient and the relevantmedical organization. These systems have rapidly evolved during the past two decades and have the potential tochange the way health cases are currently delivered. The Internet of Things (IoT) is an innovation for smart healthmanagement. It provides monitoring patients remotely and guarantees giving patients the medication and gettingcomplete health care without the latter getting infected. As we know that the NovelCorona-virus also known ascovid-19 expanded its impacts from China and still expands its catchment, national as well as internationalmeasures are being taken to contain the outbreak such as the placing of lockdown in nations. As a result, manypeople are being infected making the hospital incapable of providing proper healthcare. This paper proposes a smart health system that monitors the patients holding the coronavirus remotely and toprotect the lives of the health service members (like physicians, nurses) from infection. This smart system observespatients by using sensors, to gather rich information every minute seconds. This benefits the patient as well as theservice members because the physicians can observe the patient while freeing up beds in the hospitals for thecritical cases.

Underwater imagery and analysis plays a major role in fisheries management and fisheries sciencehelping developing efficient and automated tools for cumbersome tasks such as fish species identification, stockassessment and abundance estimation. Majority of the existing tools for analysis still leverage conventionalstatistical algorithms and handcrafted image processing techniques which demand human interventions and areinefficient and prone to human errors. Computer vision based automated algorithms need a better generalisationcapability and should be made efficient to address the ambiguities present in the underwater scenarios, and can beachieved through learning based algorithms based on artificial neural networks. This paper research about utilisingthe Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) based models for under water image classification for fish speciesidentification. This paper also analyses and evaluates the performance of the proposed CNN models with differentoptimizers such as the Stochastic Gradient Descent (SGD),Adagrad, RMSprop, Adadelta, Adam and Nadam onclassifying ten classes of images from the Fish4Knowledge(F4K) database.

Caffeine and Quercetin both are used in combination for the treatment of patient with depression as theyare adenosine antagonist due to which they elevate the level of neurotransmitters. The study was designed with twoaims. First, is to enhance the solubility and bioavailability of BCS Class II i.e. Quercetin; secondly to easeadministration of the formulation to the patient with depression. The culmination of this study, the caffeine andquercetin loaded niosomal in-situ gel for nose-to-brain delivery was formulated. Niosomes were prepared andoptimized by using definitive screening design whereas, the Niosomal in-situ gel were prepared and optimized usingcentral composite design. The vesicle size of the optimized batch was found to be 0.281±0.26µm. The % EE of allniosomal batches was found to be in a range of 81.52±0.21% to 98.72±0.16% for Caffeine and 94.3±0.31 to99.73±0.23 for Quercetin and the cumulative % release was found to be in a range of 72.09±0.18% to 103.3±0.26%for Caffeine and 10.9±0.31% to 37.06±0.15% for Quercetin at 4hrs. DSC, FTIR studies were performed for puredrug and optimized niosomal batch. All the gels as per design were formulated, where the Spreadability was foundto be in range of 5.1±0.26cm to 7.9±0.16cm and viscosity after gelation in range of 1800±0.11cps to 4780±0.26cps.The % drug permeated was found to be in range of 85.86±0.015% to 98.61±0.024% for Caffeine and 22.65±0.19%to 33.23±0.34% for Quercetin at 6hrs. These results indicated that niosomal In-situ gel can be used to enhance thebioavailability of drug by directly delivering the drug to the brain by avoiding first pass effect

Exponential population growth, unprecedented urbanization and changing life style has led to thesubstantial generation of municipal solid waste. Approximately only 20 percent of the waste generated is processedand remaining 80 percent is dumped in to landfill sites. Delhi is generating highest quantity of per capita municipalsolid waste and about 28 million tonnes of waste lay at Bhalswa, Ghazipur and Okhla landfill sites. This waste havehigh calorific value and has lot of potential to convert into compost and energy for human use. There is an urgentneed to find sustainable solutions and appropriate technology to better manage waste and to generate energy fromthe waste. The aim of this paper is to characterization the waste and to analyze the waste energy generationpotential of municipal solid waste from South Delhi

Formulation and Optimization of Pulsatile Tablet for CircadianRhythm of Blood Pressure 血压昼夜节律脉动片的处方与优化
Pub Date : 2020-10-13 DOI: 10.46243/jst.2020.v5.i5.pp204-219
Circadian rhythm is a 24-hour cycle of human body, the body different aspect in the morning as compareto afternoon or night. The blood pressure rises in two time in a day, one is at early morning and second one is atevening. The aim of present project work was to design the pulsatile tablet for treatment of blood pressure withcombination drug therapy. in most cases it is seen that the increasing in Plasma norepinephrine level and plasmarenin activity in the morning; both hormones are potential to induce coronary vasoconstriction, therefore, there is aneed to a such formulation who achieve peak plasma concentration of drug at morning and can control morningspate of B.P. The pulsatile release of nebivolol after the lag time with sustain release of curcumin which maintainthe severity of blood Pressure. The Formulation of Core tablet of nebivolol was prepared by using superdisintegrate by direct compression with diluent. F10 batch was found to be optimized formulation as it shownpotent drug release within short time. The lag time was prolonged with an increase of the coating level, whereas thedrug release rate was almost constant, irrespective of the coating level the lag time of nebivolol was found to be 8 to8.5hrsand drug release after 9hrs. drug release was above 95% after lag time with constant release of curcumin.Hence, this approach can provide a useful means and may be helpful for patients with morning spate of BP anddevelopment of PDDS of combination drug therapy is a promising approach to overcome the side effect of singledrug i.e. nebivolol drug therapy and also oral drug delivery.
