The purpose of implementing community service activities (PkM) is to educate on the complexity of insurance, then evaluate and analyze insurance problems. This PkM implementation method uses lecture and discussion techniques, which are generally known as the focus group discussion (FGD) method. Activity partners are determined by purposive sampling technique (deliberately) based on the organizational structure consisting of the insurance assignment area. Based on this, the participants are determined by quota sampling technique, namely, the PkM activity participants are the direct leaders of the organization with the highest rank/position/class, ± 7 Heads or Organizational Directors. In addition, this FGD involved customers from each insurance industry with a quota of ± 1 person. Thus the participants who took part in this PkM activity were ± 21 people. The urgency of implementing this PkM is to educate participants regarding the complexities of insurance and provide new experiences to participants regarding techniques for evaluating and analyzing insurance problems. The final result of this FGD reconstructed a strategy to overcome the complexity and problems of the insurance industry, namely the need to create a Policy Guarantee Institution (LPP).

Financial statements are tools that present entity information in terms of assets, liabilities, and equity. With the financial statements, the financial condition of a business can be reflected. Financial reports can be used as a tool to evaluate as well as a tool in determining the capabilities of business actors in carrying out the operations of a business. Not only that, with the existence of financial reports, projections of future business operations can be better planned. However, for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises or MSMEs, not all business actors are able and understand the importance of financial reports for the sustainability of these Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises or MSMEs. In reality, there are still many MSMEs who do not understand the importance of financial reports for the sustainability of a business or business. The results of this activity provide assistance and training for MSMEs to compile a financial report in a simple form in accordance with SAK EMKM which is regulated by the IAI Council.

The problem of rice husk waste becomes crucial in Sanrego Village, especially in the Farmers Group in Elo' (partner). Community Partnership Program (PKM) activities focus on processing rice husk waste into aesthetic wall hangings. The method of implementation in the activity of PKM begins with counseling, and then training and mentoring are carried out. The results of the implementation of PKM activities to partners showed a significant increase in knowledge and information about the benefits of rice husk waste, and there was also an improvement in the skills of partners in processing rice husk waste into aesthetic wall hangings using natural dyes obtained from herbal ingredients such as turmeric, pandan leaves, dragon fruit skin, and coffee. Increased knowledge and skills in making aesthetic wall hangings reached 100%.

The global pandemic of covid disease, covid-19, has caused the world's economic growth and Indonesia's to decline. The positive impact of the Covid-19 pandemic is that it encourages all business actors to fight for the survival of their companies. The rapid advancement of technology can be used to market MSME products to various corners of consumers online. Improving the quality of human resources and information technology is necessary to adapt to various technologies that have emerged in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. Community service activities with the theme "Efforts to Increase MSME Capacity Through the Application of Social Media Marketing" were carried out in Duren Mekar village, Bojongsari sub-district, Depok City, aiming to provide training and assistance in marketing products or services through social media. 34 MSME attended this activity. The participant's business fields consist of essential food, culinary, fashion, and handicraft businesses. Types of social media used as product marketing media in Whatsapp: 57.6%; Facebook: 22%; Instagram: 16.9%; Twitter: 1.7%; TikTok:1.7%. These results indicate that the use of social media is still not optimal as a means of marketing products or services as a cheap marketing medium. After training the participants on the application of social media marketing, based on the questionnaire results, it shows that the percentage (%) level of understanding reaches 89.7%. These results explain that after training on social media marketing, participants understand the training material provided. Students accomplishing their research project at the end of their study must write their final report projects, such as skripsi and research articles. Due to the process of those scientific papers, they should have known and understood the importance of copyright and plagiarism issues. This paper reports the community service program covering paraphrasing training to avoid plagiarism. This program was conducted in the Faculty of Economics Universitas Islam Lamongan at the beginning of the odd semester of 2021-2021. The study shows that most of the students have not been familiar with UU No. 17 in the year 2010. Further, after the students were given some practices and training on paraphrasing, it is known that the students have not practised paraphrasing activities in writing their scientific papers. The need for electrical energy for lighting for the community is an important thing. However, people tend to pay less attention to the savings in the use of electrical energy for lighting in the house, both at night and during the day. When leaving the house empty, in general, the porch light is on all day and night. This is a common thing for the community, but they unconsciously waste the use of electrical energy which will cause an increase in electricity bill bills. To increase knowledge for the community about the importance of saving electrical energy, in this community service counselling will be carried out on saving electrical energy by using automatic, energy-saving lamps. Counselling is done by visiting people's homes to explain the benefits of saving electricity for them. Then distribute and install energy-saving lamps with light sensors. With this service, the community has been able to understand well the benefits of saving electrical energy for them. The use of energy-saving lamps with light sensors can help people to save on the use of electrical energy. With this counselling, the community can save electrical energy for lighting, where the porch light will turn on automatically in the afternoon and will turn off automatically in the morning
