History of Mathematics Education in China 中国数学教育史

China has a very long history of contributing to human civilisation, including its contribution to mathematics development. The Chinese had discovered many essential theories and concepts in mathematics long before the more famous Western mathematicians. Many of China's theories and concepts thousands of years ago have become references to many Western mathematicians. This paper traces the development of mathematics in China from all the dynasties in its history, including the development of mathematical theory, mathematical texts, and the famous mathematical figures of his time.
中国对人类文明的贡献历史悠久,包括对数学发展的贡献。中国人早在更著名的西方数学家之前就发现了许多重要的数学理论和概念。几千年前中国的许多理论和概念已经成为许多西方数学家的参考。本文从数学理论的发展、数学文本的发展以及当时的著名数学人物等方面,追溯了中国历代数学的发展。

Discovery Learning Versus Traditional Learning: How Effective Discovery Learning Can Improve Mathematical Creative Thinking Skills 发现学习与传统学习:发现学习如何有效提高数学创造性思维能力

The present study aims to understand the effectiveness of discovery learning inincreasing mathematical creative skills in comparison with traditional learningmethods. This study uses a non-equivalent control group research design. Thevariables in this study include independent variables, namely DiscoveryLearning and Traditional Learning, and the dependent variable is themathematical creative thinking skill, while the control variable is a group ofstudents' initial ability levels (top, middle, and bottom). The research sampleconsisted of two groups of 39 grade 7 students selected using a randomassignment technique from one junior high school in Lembang, Indonesia. Thedata were obtained through mathematical creative thinking skills tests. Overall,the improvement in mathematical creative thinking skills of students whoreceived Discovery Learning is better than students who received traditionallearning. In the top and middle levels, the improvement of mathematical creativethinking skills of students who received Discovery Learning is better thanstudents who received traditional learning. While the groups are in the bottomlevel, the mathematical creative thinking skills of students who get discoverylearning are no better than students who get traditional learning.

Pengaruh Strategi Metakognitif Dan Kemampuan Awal Terhadap Kemampuan Penalaran Matematis Siswa 对学生数学推理能力的认知和早期能力的影响

This study aims to investigate whether there are differences in mathematicalreasoning abilities of students who follow the metacogynitive strategy ofproblem solving with students who participate in repeating metacognitivelearning, see whether there is an interaction between metacognitive strategiesand students' initial ability to influence mathematical reasoning abilities andknow whether there are differences in mathematical reasoning ability betweenstudents who have high and low initial abilities. This research is a QuasiExperimental study with posttest-only design in two Madrasah Tsanawiyahschools in Tangerang District with the same initial ability. The number ofsamples taken by cluster random sampling is class VII MTs. Daar El Qolam 1 andVII MTs. Daar El Qolam 4 as many as 128 students. The results of the study: 1)there are differences in mathematical reasoning ability between students whotake learning problem-solving metacognitive strategies and students who takemetacognitive learning to repeat, 2) there is an interaction between metacognitivestrategies and students 'initial ability to influence students' mathematicalreasoning abilities, (3) For students the initial ability is high, the reasoningabilities that learn to use problem solving strategies are lower than those thatlearn by using a repeating strategy (4) For students who have low initial abilities,the reasoning abilities that learn to use problem solving strategies are lower thanthose who learn by using a repeating strategy.

Implementasi Dimensi ConnectednessDalam ProblemBased LearningUntuk Meningkatkan Koneksi Matematis Dan Disposisi Matematis

Mathematical Connection and Disposition ability students were not optimal yet. This study aimed to improve the students’ connection and disposition ability through implementation of connectedness from productive pedagogies framework in the Based-Learning model. This classroom action research used the mixed methods with sequential explanatatorydesign. Populations were the 8thgrade students at SMP Negeri 15 Bandung and the sample were 63 students that were grouped into classes of VIII-1 and VIII-3. Data of this study were gathered by using test of mathematical connection, questionnaire of mathematical disposition, the observation sheet of learning activities, and interview. The gathereddata were analyzed by using Mann Whitney test, and Rank Spearman Correlation, The result of this study shows that: (1)Implementationof connectedness PBL can improve mathematical connection, (2) Implementation of connectedness PBL can improve mathematical disposition

Peningkatan Kemampuan Komunikasi Matematis Siswa dengan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Make A Match 提高学生的数学沟通能力与合作学习模式类型创建匹配

Mathematics is considered difficult and monotonous learning. Therefore it is necessary to apply a variety of learning models. This study aims to determine students' mathematical communication skills, student activities, and student responses. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The researcher acts as a teacher in learning by using the Make a Match type of cooperative learning model. Three cycles are carried out, each cycle is held three times, two meetings for the delivery of material using the Make a Match model and the third meeting held a cycle test. This research was conducted at MTs Islamiyah Sayang Cianjur and the students of the VII-D class consisted of 32 students. With sub-subjects Social Arithmetic and Comparison. Based on the research results seen from the average value and the calculation of Classical Absorption Ability of mathematical communication skills of students has increased. Teacher and student activities are included in both categories and have increased and the response of students to learning by using Make a Match is positive. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the application of the Make a Match type of cooperative learning model in mathematics learning can improve the mathematical communication skills of MTs students.

Analisis Kesalahan Siswa Dalam Menyelesaikan Soal-Soal SistemPersamaan Linear Dua Variabel 分析学生解决双变量线性方程系统问题的错误

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan jenis kesalahan pada siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal-soal SPLDV. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IX SMP Mathla’unnawa Kartika. Pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan metode tes dan wawancara. Hasil tes menunjukan bahwa sebagian besar siswa masih melakukan kesalahan dalam menyelesaikan soal SPLDV. Jenis kesalahan yang siswa lakukan adalah a) siswa mengalami kesalahan dalam membaca perintah yang ditulis dalam soal, b) siswa mengalami kesalahan dalam konsep metode eliminasi, konsep metode substitusi,konsep metode campuran sehingga tidak dapat menyelesaikan apa yang diperintahkan soal tersebut, c) siswa mengalami kesalahan dalam menggunakan sifat penjumlahan dan sifat pengurangan dalam SPLDV, d) siswa mengalami kesalahan dalam melakukan operasi pada bilangan.

Pengaruh Strategi Pembelajaran Inkuiri Dan Tutor Sebaya Terhadap Self Efficacy Dan Penguasaan Konsep Matematis 孵化策略和同级教师对自身的努力和数学概念的掌握的影响

The purpose of this reaserch was to study: 1) Learning strategies for self efficacyand mastery of the concept. 2) The effect of learning strategies on the self efficacystudents. 3) The effect of learning strategies on the mastery of Mathematicalconcepts. The research method used is a research method. Affordable populationin this study were grade X students in private high schools in TangerangRegency with a sample of 88 students. Experiments were carried out on twogroups namely Inquiry and Peer Tutor. The results of the study prove that: 1)There is a significant effect of learning strategies inquiry with inquiry learning forself efficacy and understanding of Mathematical concepts this is evidenced by thevalue of Sig. 0,000 < 0.05. 2) There is a significant influence on learning strategieson the self efficacy of Mathematical by the value of Sig. 0,000 <0.05. 3) There is asignificant influence on learning strategies on the mastery of Mathematicalconcepts by the value of Sig. 0,000 <0.05. The implication in this research is as analternative to develop self-efficacy and mastery of students' mathematicalconcepts towards learning mathematics should teachers use learning strategieswith inquiry and peer tutors.
本研究的目的是研究:1)自我效能和概念掌握的学习策略。2)学习策略对学生自我效能的影响。学习策略对数学概念掌握的影响。使用的研究方法是一种研究方法。本研究以橘子县私立高中X年级学生为研究对象,共88名学生。实验分为两组:探究组和同伴导师组。研究结果表明:1)探究性学习对自我效能感和数学概念理解有显著影响,Sig. 000 < 0.05。2)学习策略对数学自我效能感有显著影响(Sig. 000 <0.05)。3)学习策略对数学概念的掌握有显著影响(Sig. 000 <0.05)。本研究的含义是,如果教师使用探究性和同伴导师的学习策略,则可以作为发展自我效能感和掌握学生数学概念的替代选择。

Science growing in line with the technology expanding was found, needed to life skill to obtain manage and use the science to be used to necessary of life today and the is going the come. One of them is skill of mathematics. But in fact we are still find student who has the ability to think critical mathematics is low. One of alternatives learning that can improve the ability to think criticaly mathematically students used the learning model of Discovery Learning. This study attempts to knowing have increased capasity to think criticaly mathematical students through the model of Discovery Learning better than conventional learning model. the methods this research is experiment of research. The population of the research is all students in class XI SMKN 3 Bandung and this sample is students in class XI MM 1 and XI MM 2 at SMKN 3 Bandung. And instrument used in research is the result of the study. From this research obtain edcondution the ability to think criticaly mathematicaly student who obtain lessons learned Discovery Learning better than Conventional obtain lesson learned. Advice provided is it is hoped that teacher creating a favorable and involves student in learning so the student able to expanding mathematical think criticaly. Learning with a model Discovery Learning very good used in learning, that can be used as an alternative in learning activities.

ABSTRACT: This study aims to find out (1) whether or not there is an increase in mathematicalcreative thinking skills of Madrasah Aliyah students; (2) Student activities during mathematicslearning with the connected mathematics project Learning model. The research method usedis the quasi-experimental method. The population in the study was class XI Madrasah AliyahMathla'ul Anwar Pusat Menes Pandeglang District, while the sample was taken randomlyfrom two classes of six classes in the school. Class XI Religion is an experimental class, namelythe class that has learned to apply the connected mathematics project and class XI IPS as acontrol class, namely the class whose learning applies conventional learning. Question testdata were analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistics using the average difference test.The results of the study show: (1) There is an increase in mathematical creative thinking skillsusing the connected mathematics project learning model; (2) Positive student activities duringmathematics learning with the connected mathematics project learning model

Motivasi Belajar Siswa Melalui Model Pembelajaran Numbered Heads Together (NHT) 学生通过集体学习模式学习的动机(NHT)

This study aims to review student motivation through the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) learning model. The research method that will be used in this research is the Mixed Method of Embedded Design. The design used is quasi - experimental design (Quasi Experi ment), namely the design of the control group (pretest and posttest). The research sample is 2 classes, namely students of class X RPL 2 consisting of 24 students as the experimental class and class X RPL 1 as a control class consisting of 24 students. Dat a collection techniques used in this study include: student motivation to learn math questionnaires, interviews, observation. The mathematics learning motivation questionnaire was given to students after learning, this questionnaire consisted of 30 stateme nts that were supplemented by five answer choices. The results of the study can be concluded that the motivation to learn mathematics students who get learning with the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) learning model increases, because of the 69 participation of the teacher in facilitating and accommodating the teaching and learning process by making interesting activities so that makes students more motivated
