This article discusses various approaches to the concept of the definition of «algorithmic thinking», highlights its components and levels of development. Examples of tasks for students of grades 10–11 are presented, which contribute to the development of algorithmic thinking of students in the process of teaching a specialized computer science course. The proposed tasks are based on the students' mastering of basic algorithms.

Due to the socio-economic changes, there was a need to revise the value content of education. One of the directions is digitalization. At the same time, the question arises about the development of digital competencies among specialists of educational organizations. The article considers the concept of digital competence, describes its essence. The stages of the emergence of Internet addiction in children and adolescents are highlighted. A number of psychological and physical symptoms are listed that indicate the formation of Internet addiction. The article also draws attention to the consequences of Internet addiction and provides methods for preventing the emergence of Internet addiction among children and adolescents.
