The modern innovative educational process is a mixture of various methods, practices, pedagogical theories, approaches, and tools known to modern pedagogy today. The aim of this small-scale research is to explore the team-building potential of writing a syllabus that can make communication and interaction between university teachers and students more open and transparent. The development of local ecological excursion programs that introduce children and adults to the nature of their native land is considered as one of the main tools for the advancement of the ecological culture of the population. Methodological support of excursion routes involves both the elaboration of each route and their integration into educational programs with a gradual increase in the amount of information and the level of complexity. The implementation of such programs among school children and adults will have a multiplicative effect, expressed both in increasing the level of environmental knowledge and in the formation of competencies among citizens necessary to solve environmental problems.
