The article discusses the issues of qualification of cyberextortion. In particular, this act is analyzed as a kind of ordinary extortion, as well as a kind of exclusively informational crime. It is concluded that in addition to the threats characteristic of article 163 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, there are also threats that are not included in the list of methods of committing a crime listed in this article, and, accordingly, the impossibility of bringing a person to criminal responsibility for a number of variations of cyberextortion under article 163 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. Since it also seems problematic to qualify such acts according to the totality of article 163 and the norms of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation on crimes in the field of computer information, the author believes that it is necessary to modernize the criminal law and proposes to supplement the disposition of article 163 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation with new ways of committing this crime.

The publication reveals the consequences of the loss of legal capacity by a corporation participant: in the event of the death of a member of a business company, the liquidation of a participant-a legal entity or its exclusion from the Unified State Register as invalid. It is concluded that the failure in the implementation of corporate rights and obligations is caused not by the loss of legal capacity by a corporation participant, but by uncertainty about the identity of the owner of corporate rights. The problem of the legal fate of shares or shares in an LLC owned by participants who have lost contact with the business company is resolved. It is concluded that it is impossible to qualify shares or participation interests in LLC as ownerless property. We believe that by analogy of the law, Articles 72 and 75 of the JSC Law cannot be applied to recognize the right of a joint-stock company to shares owned by participants who have lost contact with the corporation. The possibility of recognizing the rights of a business company to its shares or participation shares belonging to «lost» participants on the basis of paragraph.

The article deals with the position of Sweden in the Korean War. It demonstrates the attitude to the conflicting parties and analyzed the decisions of the Swedish government, in particular assistance to South Korea. It is also considered the Swedish politicians’ opinion of solving so-called «Korean issue». The basis of source study was formed by the documents of the Security Council and the General Assembly. The author refers to the minutes of the meetings of the Swedish Riksdag (Riksdagens protocol) which allow to determine the position of the Swedish political circles concerning the conclusion of the «Korean issue». Particular attention was paid to the Prime Minister of Sweden Tage Erlander’s memories, which were based on his diaries.
