The development of communication technology which is increasingly advancing is shown by the emergence of social media such as Youtube, which is considered a platform that can be used as a means of gaining economic benefits as well as a means of communication in conveying aspirations. The Cameo Project Youtube account in its content entitled "Small Talks That Make You Heartbroken" contains videos that can be related to the association of today's congregants who pay less attention to their communication patterns, so that sometimes consciously or unconsciously hurt the feelings of someone they communicate with. This study focuses on how the contents of the anti-bullying campaign message in the video content delivered by the Cameo Project using the content analysis method. The theory used in this research is social media theory and bullying theory. This study aims to clearly determine the meaning conveyed in the video. The results showed that if the bullying was carried out continuously it would result in conflict within the bully victim, if the victim could not survive against his inner turmoil, there would be bad suggestions for himself which caused the bullying victim to experience interpersonal conflict. In the video that has been analyzed by researchers, it shows that the bullying in the video as a whole is 100% verbal communication. Key words: Content Analysis, Bullying, Youtube Video.

ABSTRACT This study focuses on the importance of the role of corporate public relations in implementing the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program as a form of corporate responsibility for social and environmental concerns where the company is located. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of PR in implementing CSR programs to improve community welfare through creative economic activities carried out by PT Pacific Paint in changing Bekelir Village. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method to see objects directly. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques seek objective evidence during field research by collecting credible or trustworthy data. The participation of Bobby Nasution and Gibran Rakabuming Raka in the 2020 Regional Head Election contestation drew various reactions from the public. There are pros, some are cons. Researchers found that everything in accordance with Bobby Nasution and Gibran Rakabuming Raka will always be linked to the President Joko Widodo. President Joko Widodo is said to have built dynastic politics with the participation of his son-in-law and eldest son. After the contestation was over and it turned out that Bobby Nasution and Gibran Rakabuming Raka won in their respective constituencies, it further increased their conversation and news. Researchers monitored opinions before and after the official inauguration of Bobby Nasution as Mayor of Medan and Gibran Rakabuming Raka as Mayor of Surakarta. By using the netnography method, researchers conducted monitoring with the help of the Brand24 media monitoring tools from February 18 to February 27, 2021. The results showed that more of their news and opinions in the digital realm had positive sentiments. However, researchers also monitored “Politik Dinasti” keywords. The results show that negative sentiment is higher than positive sentiment. Opinions related to dynastic politics were dominated by public tweets about the election of Bobby and Gibran, not forgetting to link them to President Joko Widodo.This research on public opinion can be an evaluation for Bobby and Gibran's communication team in conducting political branding. The political communication strategy of Bobby and Gibran must be better maintained because their every move will always be associated with President Joko Widodo.

Dalam perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini, membawa dampak perubahan struktur komunikasi yang terjadi dalam dan hal ini dapat menimbulkan dampak positif dan negatif dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Selain itu juga dalam dunia siber rentan akan terjadi suatu kejahatan yang berbeda pada umumnya. Terdapat bentuk kejahatan baru yang menggunakan instrument komputer dan jaringannya dalam dunia siber, baik sebagai target kejahatan maupun sebagai alat atau sarana kejahatan (cyber crime). Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui sejauhmana efektivitas Instagram sebagai media promosi pada produk hijab dan outfit Chic Square. Untuk menjawab tujuan penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan teori Uses and Gratifications. Sedangkan yang menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini yaitu followers akun Instagram Chic Square dengan sampel 100 responden. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat efektivitas yang ditimbulkan oleh akun Instagram Chic Square sebagai media promosi produk yaitu sebesar 54,7%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 45,3 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain di luar akun Instagram Chic Square yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kecenderungan perilaku dan budaya siber pada pengguna instagram saat dihadapkan dengan tren mikro-selebriti video viral milik akun instagram @helenjunet yang di upload pada 22 Maret 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi Etnografi Virtual yang membahas tentang Cyberculture dan menggunakan Level Analisis Media Siber (AMS) dan Tipologi David Bell untuk menguraikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi Etnografi Virtual yang membahas tentang Cyberculture dan menggunakan Level Analisis Media Siber (AMS) dan Tipologi David Bell untuk menguraikan. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bagaimana aktifitas di ruang siber dan terjadi terus menerus dan membentuk budaya pengguna. Selain itu peneliti juga menemukan beberapa motif yang menjadi alasan para pengguna instagram menonton dan mengikuti tren video viral.
