The process of introduction of digital technologies in the process of cargo transportation were investigated. The process of implementing digital technologies is associated with certain competitive risks: on the one hand, there is a tendency to consolidate the market and the emergence of large multimodal transportation companies, which can lead to the abuse of a dominant position. On the other hand, now the industry can include companies that do not have a transport base, but only have an effective application platform. Regulators need to take into account new trends and develop their own services to obtain timely and reliable information about the state of competition in the market. The introduction of digital technologies leads to the emergence and development of new businesses and changes in competition in existing product markets. The field of freight, which existed before the fourth industrial revolution, also faced the need for strong changes in the digital transformation: changed the companies themselves, internal rules of conduct, ways of interaction between them and with regulators. Measures of economic regulation should take into account new trends in the development of industries and promote (or at least not hinder) further development, especially in key areas of the economy. Such areas include the transport sector, which is strategically important to support to improve the country's investment climate. Digitization, on the one hand, provides additional benefits for large market players, which can create barriers to entry, but on the other hand, it allows players to enter from "neighboring" markets through integrated services. Regulators need to take into account the application of such innovations, adapt legislation to reduce the risk of regulation and apply the experience of foreign countries. The subject of the study is the actual digitization and provision of digitization services in the circle of freight companies, as well as the tools that must be used. The object of research is digitalization services and their relevance today.

The article provides a theoretical and methodological analysis of the phenomenon of emotional burnout. It has been determined that emotional burnout is a complex, multifaceted phenomenon, arising as a stress response to production and emotional demands arising from excessive devotion to one's work with the accompanying contempt for family life or leisure. This condition occurs due to the internal accumulation of negative emotions without the appropriate "discharge" or "release" from them. It is noted that this phenomenon is a symptom complex, the action of which covers all major structural levels of personality. The main approaches, principles, features, factors that contribute to the emergence of this syndrome are analyzed. Personal factors of emotional burnout include: introversion, reactivity, authoritarianism, low self-esteem, low empathy, dissatisfaction with the profession and professional growth. The role risk factors of burnout include: role conflict, role uncertainty, role overload. The organizational factor is related to the conditions and features of the specialist. It is emphasized that emotional burnout is a combination of three factors: physical, emotional and cognitive exhaustion or fatigue. Models of emotional burnout are described, the peculiarities of the influence of this syndrome on the personality in professional activity are revealed. It is established that burnout is a specific human condition that occurs due to long-term stress and manifests itself in various life situations. There are types of reactions to stress, similar to the effects of "burnout": the reaction of emotional imbalance, characterized by a clear predominance of negative emotions; pessimistic situational reaction, expressed, first of all, by change of world outlook, negative thoughts and estimations of the world and itself, restructuring of system of values; situational reaction of demobilization, which is determined by the refusal of habitual contacts, their significant limitation, which causes persistent, prolonged and painful experiences of loneliness; situational reaction of the opposition, characterized by the degree of aggression, high sharpness of negative assessments of others and their activities; situational reaction of disorganization, which is based on an alarming component.

The technological process of trade organization is a set of interconnected operations and is the final stage of the process of movement of goods, in which this process is connected to retail buyers and sellers. Regardless of the methods used to sell goods, buyers play an active role in the movement of goods, and employees perform an intermediary function, providing qualified acceptance of incoming goods and its transfer to the final consumer. In this regard the quality of trade services is strongly influenced by transactions with goods, warehouse logistics plays a key role in the formation of high quality and improvements in the logistics process in the warehouse of trade organizations should be carried out with a high level of efficiency. Ensuring such efficiency today can be realized only through the introduction of communication systems that provide information transparency in all parts of the value chain from raw material suppliers to the final consumer and allow to organize the logistics process in accordance with the ongoing logistics innovation. In connection with the need to introduce modern communication systems in the practice of logistics process in the warehouse of the trade organization it is necessary to clarify the place of the warehouse in trade and technological operations, as well as its functions that can be replaced by information systems. Warehouses are one of the most important elements of logistics. At all stages of the movement of material flow, from the primary source of raw materials to the final consumer, there is an objective need for specially equipped places for holding stocks, a large range of which explains the presence of a large number of different types of warehouses. The movement of material flow through the warehouse increases the cost of goods and consequently increases the requirements for efficient organization and operation of warehouses to streamline the movement of material flow in the logistics chain and reduce turnover costs. The warehousing system is directly affected by external freight flows which are stochastic in nature. Accidental influence of freight flows is felt only by the unloading front and the loading front of the warehouse. However, indirectly the random effects of the external environment affect the activities of other storage areas, because the obvious relationship of all areas through the flow of goods. Many parameters of warehouse zones at the same time are parameters of all warehouse that does them especially significant. When modeling each warehouse area and the principles of its optimization are considered based on the overall purpose of the warehouse.
