RADYOGRAFİ GÖRÜNTÜLERİ VE SINIFLANDIRMA ALGORİTMALARI KULLANILARAK OMUZ PROTEZLERİNİN ÜRETİCİLERİNİN BELİRLENMESİ

Shoulder prostheses may need to be maintained or replaced over time for different reasons. These maintenance procedures are also performed by surgeries. There are different types of shoulder prostheses produced by different manufacturers, and different equipment is required to remove and care for each. In cases where sufficient information about the prosthesis type cannot be provided, some problems may be encountered. Visual examination and comparison of radiographic images by experts is both tiring and prolonged. In order to select the correct equipment and procedures before surgery, a fast and highly accurate solution is needed to assist the surgeon who will perform the operation in identifying unknown prostheses. In this study, 12 different classification algorithms were used to identify shoulder prostheses from 3 different manufacturers from radiographic images and the performances of these algorithms were compared. It has been observed that K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm performs better than other algorithms. It is thought that this algorithm will be the right choice for prosthesis recognition from radiography images and can be used to identify other prosthesis types.

ARTIFICIAL AGING COMPARISON BETWEEN HIGH SOLID AND THREE LAYER PAINT SYSTEM 高固与三层涂料体系的人工老化比较

Due to the usage of the conversional high solid topcoat paint cycle and three-layer paint cycle system on vehicle body high bake aesthetical painting process, there is so much controversial opinion on last decade about aging performance of these two-painting system. Generally, vehicle manufacturers prefer three-layer aesthetical paint cycle on vehicle body. This cycle is formed as respectively primer layer, coloured basecoat layer and transparent clearcoat layer. High solid systems are generally applied by vehicle manufacturers to obtain value optimization when compared with three-layer paint system. On the other hand, UV and atmospheric aging resistance is not competitive as three-layer paint system. This is the main focussing point of manufacturers choice. In this study, these two paint systems artificial aging resistance (SAE J2527-2500 kj) compared. In order to understand situation in numeric system, the gloss and colour values were measured. In this comparison, solid white colour was chosen due to its easiness to obtain for both paint cycle system and being pure colour. At the end of study it was seen that until 60 % percent of test, colour & gloss properties behave not durable and there are main changings as colour and gloss values.

Beslenme degerinin yani sira olumlu saglik etkileri ile de on plana cikmaktadir. Gunden gune kinoaya ilginin artmasiyla insan ve hayvan beslenmesinde kullanimi yayginlasmistir. Uzerine calismalar yapilmasi ve bircok gida bilesimine katilmasi da populerligini arttirmistir. Bu derlemede kinoa ve cesitli ozellikleri hakkinda genel bilgiler verilmistir.

Milyonlarca insan miyopi, hipermetropi, astigmatizm gibi goz kusurlarindan muzdariptir. Her gun modern optisyenlik teknikleri kullanilarak milyonlarca insanin muzdarip oldugu bu goz kusurlari teshis ve tedavi edilmektedir. Son yillarda lazer cerrahisi gibi teknikler goz kusurlarinin tedavisinde yaygin olarak kullanilmaktadir. Ancak bahsi gecen tekniklerin goz kuresinin icerisinde bulunan kornea, mercek akoz humor gibi hassas yapilara uygulanmasi oldukca risklidir. Lazer cerrahisi operasyonlarinda yuksek teknoloji iceren ve sinirli sayida uretilmis cihazlar kullanildigi icin bu uygulamalar oldukca pahalidir. Ayrica bu operasyonlarin basarili bir sekilde uygulanabilmesi icin yuksek tecrubeli ve iyi yetismis hekimlere ihtiyac duyulmaktadir. Bu sebepten insanlarin cogu gunluk hayatina gozluk ya da kontakt lensler ile devam etmektedirler ki bu aparatlar basit ve etkili bir sekilde insanlarin goz kusurlarindan dogan sorunlari ortadan kaldirmaktadir. YATAY DERZ DONATISIYLA GÜÇLENDİRİLMİŞ HARMAN TUĞLASI ELEMANLARININ MEKANİK ÖZELLİKLERİNİN İNCELENMESİ

Calismada, yatay derz donatisi kullanilarak duvarlarin basinc ve egilme etkisine karsi direnci artirilmaya calisilmistir. Duvar elemani olarak dolu harman tuglasi secilmistir. Dolu harman tuglasi secilmesinin temel sebebi tarihi yigma yapilarda sikca kullanilmis olmasidir. Calismada 3 farkli seri laboratuvar ortaminda uretilmistir. 1. seride; herhangi bir guclendirme gerceklestirilmemis sahit numuneler, 2. seride; CFRP kumas ile guclendirilmis numuneler, 3. seride ise yatay derz donatisi ile guclendirilmis numuneler yer almaktadir. Numunelere basinc deneyi ve 3-noktali egilme deneyi uygulanmistir. Sonuclar incelendiginde, yatay derz donatisinin basinc dayanimina etkisi fazla olmamissa da egilme dayaniminda onemli bir artis saglamistir.

HAVA KİRLETİCİ PARAMETRELERİNİN HAVA KALİTESİ İNDEKSİNE UZUN ZAMANLI ETKİLERİNİN İNCELENMESİ: ÇERKEZKÖY ORGANİZE SANAYİ BÖLGESİ ÖRNEĞİ

Hava kirliligi, kuresel olcekte en onemli halk sagligi etkenlerinden birisidir. Bu nedenle ulusal ve uluslararasi degerlendirmeler sonucu hava kalitesini tayin etmek icin izlenmesi gereken parametreler belirlenmistir. Azot dioksit (NO2), kukurt dioksit (SO2), ozon (O3), karbon monoksit (CO) ve partikul madde (PM10) olcum sonuclarina gore hava kirliligi seviyeleri belirlenmektedir. Gunumuzde insanligin buyuk bir bolumu yasamlarini sehirlerde devam ettirmektedir. Yogun nufusun oldugu alanlardaki hava kirliliginin olumsuz etkileri kisa ve uzun vadede cesitli saglik sorunlarina neden olmaktadir. Insani aktiviteler olan ulasim, isinma ve sanayi kaynakli hava kirliliginin yani sira yanardag, toz tasima, orman yanginlari gibi dogal kaynakli hava kirliligi olusmaktadir. Şehir olceginde hava kirliliginin olusumunu onleyebilmek icin hava kirliliginin olcumlerle takip edilmesi ve sonuclara istinaden gereken onleyici politikalarin gelistirilmesi gerekmektedir. Hava kirleticilerinin konsantrasyonlarinin takibinde kullanilan Hava kalitesi endeksi (HKI), hava kalitesinin onemli bir gostergesidir. Bu calismada, bir sanayi bolgesindeki hava kirleticilerin hava kalitesi indeksine etkilerinin zamansal degisiminin incelenmesi amaclanmistir. Calisma alani olarak yogun endustriyel faaliyetlerin oldugu Cerkezkoy bolgesi secilmis ve 4 yillik hava kalitesi indeksi degisimi incelenmistir. Ayrica 2020 yilinda COVID-19 pandemisi kaynakli kisitlamalarin HKI’ye olan etkileri arastirilmistir. Elde edilen bulgular isiginda; 2016-2020 yillari arasinda HKI degerlerin agirlikli olarak orta ve iyi seviyede oldugu gorulmektedir. Ayrica 2019 ve 2020 yillarinda 2016 ve 2017 yillarina nazaran HKI degerlerinin daha iyi seviyede oldugu gorulmustur.
