This article presents the results obtained on developing a pseudo-random sequence generator for simulation modeling of a QS with a hyper-Erlangian input distribution of the second order. In foreign and Russian-language scientific literature, including web resources, data on this domain were not found by the authors. It is known that this distribution law is the most general distribution of a continuous nonnegative random variable within a wide range of variation coefficients. The latter plays an important role in estimating a delay of requests in a queue in queuing systems, since an average delay of requests in a queue is related to the coefficients of variation of arrival and service intervals via the quadratic dependence. Using this higher order distribution is difficult to derive a solution for an average waiting time due to the increasing computational complexity. For the hyper-Erlangian distribution law of the second order, the authors previously obtained some numeric and analytic results based on the method of spectral solution to the Lindley's integral equation. The article presents the obtained algorithm and program on GPSS WORLD for simulating the functioning of a QS with a hyper-Erlangian input distribution. The adequacy of the obtained results was confirmed by comparing the simulation results with the results of numerical simulation in the Mathcad environment. The authors hope that the presented results will be in demand by specialists in the field of simulation modeling in the GPSS WORLD environment.

The article considers the task of determining the waiting time for a request in a queue in a general-type single-channel queueing system when time intervals between incoming requests are correlated. For solving the task, it is proposed to carry out decorrelation of specified time intervals using the discrete cosine transform. Generally, to analyze arbitrary distributions included in the expression for a decorrelated sequence, one can suggest an approach based on the approximation of unknown densities by a model distribution. The calculation of cumulants and moments of random variables is very simple compared to the analytical methods. Based on the found final set of cumulants, a model probability density can always be reproduced with a certain error. Generally, to calculate the average waiting time of a request in a queue, it is necessary to determine the correlation properties and one-dimensional probability density of time intervals between incoming requests, synthesize a two-dimensional probability density of a sequence of given intervals that has a measured correlation function, and, further, calculate joint moments and cumulants for correlated values, on which their model density is built.

The work considers some digital models of real devices that have interface means by which the simulated object interacts with the external environment. Such models are called «digital twins». Two types of models used in creation of digital twins are considered. These are time series models and domain models. Domain models use the laws of a given domain. They use mathematical, logical and probabilistic properties inherent in a particular domain. Time series models are universal for various domains and do not depend on the physical nature of variables of a specific series. Such models can be used to predict the behavior of a simulated object. As examples, a delay prediction model in a video traffic control system and a model for recharging batteries of wireless sensor networks are considered.

Natural language processing is an essential task for the whole field of artificial intelligence. To solve this problem, the authors proposed a new mathematical form, so called associative-heterarchical memory, based on the concept of hypergraph. Machine learning is a widely used method of artificial intelligence, especially when humans cannot determine patterns and frequencies of output values when viewing the data. Machine learning is best applicable for such tasks. Associative-heterarchical memory can also be applied to machine learning, and several methods (learning with a teacher, learning without a teacher, reinforcement learning) can be used to optimize the performance of associative-heterarchical memory-based artificial intelligence agents and perform required tasks. The output of such programs can be semantic or logical. Thus, machine learning is an important part of thewhole structure of associative-heterarchical memory. This article is devoted to interaction between associative-heterarchical memory and machine learning methods. Later on, the team of authors plans to write an additional article describing the output method using activation focus. This article will be of interest to experts in the area of artificial intelligence and mathematicians.

A simple and cheap way to turn ordinary household appliances (refrigerators, microwave ovens, coffee makers, washing machines, coolers, etc.) into «smart» ones using a stand-alone wireless set-top box for implementation of a «smart house» within the «Internet of Things» concept is presented. The basic hardware architecture of the set-top box has been developed, which includes a microcontroller, a Wi-Fi module with a built-in antenna, a rechargeable battery or a 220 V power supply. Depending on the functions performed, the basic architecture of the set-top box can be supplemented with various modules. i. e. external sensors (detectors, scanners. etc.) receiving signals from household appliances, a memory module, modules for input or output of information, a clock module, etc. The software of the set-top box microcontroller provides receiving and processing information from various external sensors generating information about operation of the household appliance and transmitting it through a wireless access point based on Wi-Fi technology to Internet to notify the user through the corresponding mobile application. The set-top box can work in conjunction with conventional household appliances without interfering with their design. Potential consumers of the set-top box are, first of all, domestic consumers, as well as any organizations and firms that use various household appliances at their offices and industrial premises. Based on the proposed architecture of the set-top box, a solution was developed in the form of a «smart bottle», which allows you to control the water level in a 19-liter bottle and use a mobile application to automatically order bottles from a bottled water supplier. The set-top box can be used with any types of water coolers/dispensers and even with hand pump bottles.

The purpose of this work is to develop a model that will provide an opportunity to study the processes of detecting vulnerabilities of UMV interfaces in dynamically changing external environment. An algorithmic approach based on adaptive intelligent technology methods for monitoring of the state of UMV resources is considered. An adaptive trainable model using probabilistic estimation of changes in the stateof UMV resources as well as nonparametrical statistics methods are presented.

Modern networks and information transmission systems are based on packet switching and routing technologies that provide the exchange of confidential information over the Internet, a global international data transmission network. The Internet has created a unified information space, including a lot of large and small networks, as well as individual interconnected computers. IP-technologies form the basis of networks and information transmission systems. The technologies used to protect traffic transmitted over local and global networks use the resources of routers and switches. When teaching students about packet switching and routing technologies, computer modeling of networks based on network emulators and simulators, systems and devices has gained a widespread acceptance. The use of emulators and simulators is especially effective for distant learning of students.

In practice, critical tasks require prompt management decisions using computer systems. Computer systems provide a flexible response to a variety of possible changes in the external environment, including, subject to an increase in the scope of information required for processing. Dynamic changes in the external environment necessitate rapid changes in industrial enterprises. These internal changes should be developed in concert with external ones, and, in most cases, they can be significant and abrupt. The active use of computer systems creates a lot of risks associated with cyber attacks. These risks are related to business processes based on the use of automated computer systems. The significance of the problem of managing computer nodes is actually obvious, since the implementation of the planned modifications of the computer infrastructure in practice allows to perform a variety of previously unattainable, fundamentally new steps in order to ensure the development of the infrastructure itself. Practical measures for computer infrastructure operation demonstrate that the constant provision of information and communication complexes and systems requires, first of all, a continuous analysis of the existing infrastructure and its subsequent adjustment. Therefore, within the framework of this publication, the provision of development measures offor computer node control based on projection algorithms of stochastic approximation is considered. The operation of computer nodes, taking into account their management using recurrent stochastic optimization algorithms, makes it possible to implement changes in the existing relationships in the computerized infrastructure field, which will provide development opportunity for organizations based on such infrastructures.

Use of the complex quadripoles, each two-pole terminal of which consists of resistive and reactive elements, allows to create wideband radio devices. Therefore, the development of algorithms for the parametric synthesis of amplitude-phase modulators using complex matching quadripoles is an actual issue. In the present work the coordination provides the set dependence of the ratio of modules and phase difference of the transfer function on frequency in two states of nonlinear element, determined by two levels of the control signal. The nonlinear part represents a three-pole nonlinear feedback element. Interrelations between elements of a classical transmission matrix of two-trminal networks are established and formulas for determining the complex resistance of their two-poles, which are optimal in terms of the criterion for providing amplitude-phase modulation of the output signal are obtained. The quadripole theory, methods of matrix algebra, parametrical synthesis of SHF control devices, decomposition and circuit analysis of radio devices are used. The comparative analysis of theoretical results (frequency response and phase response of modulators in two states), obtained using mathematical modelling in the «MathCad», system and experimental results obtained by circuit simulation in «OrCad» and «MicroCap» systems, confirms their satisfactory coincidence.
