Studi Pembuatan Biskuit Fungsional dengan Substitusi Tepung Ikan Gabus dan Tepung Daun Kelor 一项实用的饼干制作研究,采用了软木面粉和牛油淀粉的替代方法

The objective of the study was to find out the content of macro and micro nutrient in kelor leaves biscuits flour and snakehead fish. The study was an experimental study which was conducted at the laboratory. The instruments used were blender, filter, oven, chopping block, knife, basin, panic, gloves, stove, baking pan, flat basket, mixer, small plate, weighing scale, and triangle plastic. The result of the study indicated that out of 6 formula from the product which has the highest value, such as based on organoleptic test, with hedonic test method, was formula B5. Then the macro and micro nutrient of the formula was analyzed. The result of the analysis showed the water content was 5,04 % in the biscuits. The ashes content was 1,60%. The fat content was 31,67%. The protein was 19,24%. The carbohydrate was 42,74%. The analysis result on the micro nutrient showed the. Magnesium was 12,69%, Calsium 96,06 %, Zn 0,04%, Vitamin C 69,99%, Vitamin A 259,4%, Fosfor 19,92%. In conclusion, kelor leaves biscuits flour and snakehead fish, which was produced, contain some nutrients which meet the SNI requirements of biscuits production. Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Biologi dengan Model Discovery Learning 用发现式学习模式提高生物学学习成绩

The research aim was to find out the improvement of biology achievement of the tenth grade students of science class at SMA Negeri 3 Lubuklinggau. The research method used was Classroom Action Research. The population was all of the tenth grade students of science class. The sampling technique was purposive sampling technique with 32 students as the samples. The instruments of data collection were observation sheets and tests. The data were analyzed both through quantitative and qualitative descriptive method. The results showed that the students achievement was improved indicated by initial percentage 37%, cycle I 43,75 % to 59,37 % in cycle II. The data of students learning activities were collected from some parameters such as students' activities, response, cooperation, responsibilities, tolerances, and diligence with the average score in cycle I only 62,03 and it was improved in cycle II to 79,53. In conclusion, discovery learning model could improve students' learning achievements and students' learning activities. Keywords: students achievement, model discovery learning
本研究的目的是了解卢布克灵高国家小学3期理科班十年级学生生物学成绩的改善情况。使用的研究方法是课堂行动研究。人口是所有十年级理科班的学生。抽样方法为有目的抽样,以32名学生为样本。数据收集的工具是观察单和测试。采用定量和定性两种方法对数据进行分析。结果表明,学生的学习成绩从第一阶段的37%,第一轮的43.75%提高到第二阶段的59.37%。学生学习活动的数据从学生的活动、反应、合作、责任、容忍、勤奋等参数采集,第一周期的平均分数只有62,03分,第二周期的平均分数提高到79,53分。综上所述,发现学习模式可以提高学生的学习成绩和学生的学习活动。关键词:学生成绩,模式发现学习

Studi Kasus Jajanan yang Mengandung Boraks dan Formalin di Taman Kurma Kota Lubuklinggau 在Lubuklinggau的枣椰树公园进行了一项含有硼酸和甲醛的研究

The research objective was to find out borax and formalin content in snacks at Lubuklinggau palm trees citypark. The research was a qualitative descriptive research with snacks samples as the object of the research. The data collection was conducted through observation and documentation. The data were analyzed qualitatively through borax and formalin test content by using test kit. The color change on yellow paper test turned into red brownies indicated a positive result of borax content and the color change in the liquid into purple indicated formalin content. The result of the test content with borax and formalin test kit on 187 samples showed the negative result on borax content. The test on formalin content indicated that there were 22 samples that use formalin such as 15 sausage samples, 2 noodle samples, 4 meatball samples and 1 tofu sample. Based on the research result, it can be concluded that the tested samples contain zero borax. In contrast, some snacks contain formalin, such as sausages, noodles, meatballs and fried tofu found at some street vendors. Keywords: snacks , borax, formalin

Eksplorasi Jamur Makroskopis di Perkebunan Kelapa Sawit 在棕榈油种植园进行宏观蘑菇勘探

The aim of the research was to find out the kinds of macroscopic fungi at oil palm plantations in Rejosari village Megang Sakti subdistrict. The method of the research was qualitative-descriptive. The sampling technique was purposive sampling with exploration method. The result showed that there were 41 kinds of fungi. 38 kinds included in 8 ordo, 17 famili, 32 genus and 3 unidentified macroscopic fungi. The observation results of abiotic environment of macroscopic fungi at oil palm plantations in Rejosari such as the air temperature was between 25-33 C, the air humidity was between 50-97%, the soil humidity was between 40-90%, and the scale of acidity (pH) was between 6,5-7,5. In conclusion, at the three locations, it was found that there were the consumable fungi, non-consumable fungi and medicinal fungi. Keywords: stocktaking, macroscopic fungi, oil palm plantations

Validitas Modul Biologi Berbasis Kearifan Lokal 基于当地智慧的生物模块的有效性

The research aims at producing a valid biology module with local wisdom-based to senior high school students of Lubuklinggau. The research used research and development design with local wisdom-based. The development of the module refered to four D model which was developed by Thiagarajan. The model consists of four stages, namely Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. However, the research was limited on the development stage, particularly on validation stage. The validity test on this stage was a theoretic validity, which is executed by the three experts. The validation included material validation, construction/media validation, and language validation. The result showed that the development met the validity criteria with material validity score 4,165; construction/media validity score 4,259; and language validity  score 4,338 categorised to be 'very valid'. In conclusion, the biology module developed with local wisdom-based to senior high school students of Lubuklinggau was valid. Keywords: validity, biology module, local wisdom

Keanekaragaman Jenis Vegetasi Strata Semak di Hutan Perlindungan Kawasan Bukit Cogong

The research aims at (1) finding the diversity index (H') of bushes vegetation stratum, and (2) abiotic environment factors at Cogong hill. This research used plotless method with Point Centered Quarter Method by classifying into three scopes, namely, research scope A, B and C with 10 items each. Based on the result, the diversity index average (H') of bushes vegetation stratum at Cogong hill in research scope A was 2,13; scope B was 1,77 and scope C was 1,61. The air temperature at Cogong hill was between  28,30C-300C, the air humidity  was between 86 % - 93 %, the soil temperature was between 27,30C-29,60C, the soil humidity was between 8% - 17 % and the soil scale of acidity (pH) was between 6,3-6,7. In conclusion, the average of H' in scope A, B, and C was in medium-abundant category. Keywords : diversity , bushes stratum, protected forests, cogong hill

This study aims to determine (1) The influence of interest on student learning outcomes in Biology science lessons in SMP Negeri 2 Jayapura, (2) The influence of the use of methods and interests on student learning outcomes in the science of Biology in SMP Negeri 2 Jayapura, (3) interaction between method and interest toward student learning outcomes in science biology lesson in SMP Negeri 2 Jayapura. This research type is experiment. This research took place from February to May 2017. The population of this study is all students of class VII in SMP Negeri 2 Jayapura. The sample of this research is all students of class VIIJ, VIIK, and VIIL which is divided into 4 classes. Data analysis uses prerequisite test with parametric analysis path with normality test, homogeneity test, and interest question variable data. While hypothesis testing using ANAVA two way. The results showed (1) There is an influence of interest that arise from within the students to the learning outcomes achieved in the learning process with the results of the calculation of high interest variable average 74.87 and the low interest variable average 65.04. (2) There is an average influence of Biology Science learning outcomes in students who are taught using Student Worksheet (LKS) Word Square Model from the students who taught using lecture method on students who have high interest result Fcount = 2.967 more than Ftable = 2.46. This study aims to determine the effect meodel Inquiry learning on learning outcomes biology class X SMAN 6 Lubuklinggau. The hypothesis of this study is no inquiry learning model influence on the results of class X student of SMA 6 Lubuklinggau.This research is a quantitative research with experimental research methods. The population is all students of class X SMA 6 Lubuklinggau, consisting of 213 students and a sample of researchers that class as an experimental class X.1 and X.2 class as the control class. The data collection technique using the test. The data collected were analyzed using ttest.Based on the analysis of posttest experimental class and control class obtained with a =0.05 and  t = 4.06 t-table = 1.67, because thitung more than ttable, means the average score of the experimental class is higher than the control class, it can be concluded that there is influence of inquiry learning model on the results of class X student of SMA 6 Lubuklinggau. This study aims to identify the Pteridophyta Division in the Lake Aur Area of ​​Musi Rawas Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. This research was made in 3 plots with size 10 m x 10 m. Based on the result of identification research of Pteridophyta division in Aur Aurland area there are 5 orders, 9 families, 12 genus and 19 species Pteris biaurita, Ploecnemia irregular, Diplazium esculentum, Asplenium nidus, Gleichenia linearis, Christella dentata, Stenochlaena palastris, Diplazium esculentum, Davallia denticulata, Gleichenia linearis, Lygodium scandens, Lygodium circinatum, Nephrolepis exaltata, Nephrolepis cordifoli, Nephrolepis biserrata, Phymatosorus scolopendria, Selaginella wildenowii , Selaginella caudata and Selaginella plana with soil temperature in Aur Aur Area Musi Rawas Regency ranges 27,5˚C-31,5˚C with degree of acidity (pH) of land ranged from 5,11-6,18. The purpose of this study is to determine the improvement of biology learning outcomes of students of class X SMA 7 Lubuklinggau state by applying model learning student facilitator and explaining. This research uses Classroom Action Research Method (PTK), which consists of 2 cycles where each cycle consists of four steps: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data collection was done with teacher activity observation sheets and daily test pieces. The subjects of the study were: X grade students of SMA Negeri 7 Lubuklinggau were 38 students. From result of research known that by applyinglearning model studentfacilitator and explaining, student who reach KKM from 52,88 percent in cycle I become 86,21 percent in cycle II. Based on the data analysis can be concluded that by applying model learning student facilitator and explaining the quality of learning on Biology subjects in class X SMA 7 Lubuklinggau increase. The big increase of learning result of class X student of SMA Negeri 7 Lubuklinggau on biology learning using learning model student facilitator and explaining equal to 33,33 percent. This shows that there is an increase of biology learning result of grade X SMA Negeri 7 Lubuklinggau by applying learning model student facilitator and explaining.
