REDUCTION EFFECT OF SHEET PILE WALLS ON GROUND VIBRATION AND ITS ANALYSIS OF VIBRATION AMPLITUDE PHENOMENON 板桩墙体对地面振动的减振作用及其振幅现象分析

本研究では,列車走行による地盤振動に関し,振動の伝播経路において有効的かつ経済的な防振対策法の開発を目的としている.すなわち,実際に鋼矢板による地中防振壁を施工し,その施工段階ごとに列車走行時の地盤振動を測定して,この防振対策工による振動遮断効果を確認した.しかしながら,防振壁背後では振動増幅現象が生じていた.この現象を解明するために,三次元解析モデルを用いた数値シミュレーション解析(強制加振解析)を行った.これらの検討より,鋼矢板が共振現象を起こし二次的振動源となっていることが判明された.そこで,このような防振対策工による振動低減効果をより高めるための対策法を検討した結果,(1)鋼矢板を支持層まで深く打設する対策法,および(2)鋼矢板の打設枚数(一枚打設から二枚打設にする)を増加する対策法が,有効な防振対策法になることを確認した.
本研究的目的是,关于列车行驶引起的地基振动,开发出在振动传播路径上有效且经济的防震对策。即实际施工钢箭板的地中防震墙,在每个施工阶段测量列车行驶时的地基振动,确认了该防震对策工的振动屏蔽效果。然而,防震墙背后产生了振动放大现象。为了阐明这一现象,利用三维分析模型进行了数值模拟分析(强制振动分析)。通过这些研究,判明了钢矢板引起谐振现象,成为了二次振动源。因此,研究了如何提高这种防振对策工的减振效果的对策,结果如下:(1)将钢箭板深打至支撑层的对策;以及(2)经确认,增加钢箭板的敲击块数(从敲击一块改为敲击两块)的对策方法是有效的防震对策方法。

COMPARISON TESTS OF CRACK CONTROL METHODS ON TUNNEL CONCRETE LINING MODEL 隧道混凝土衬砌模型裂缝控制方法对比试验

トンネル覆工コンクリートの耐久性向上を図る上で,ひび割れの発生を低減することが重要である.本研究では,覆工コンクリートの乾燥収縮に起因するひび割れの抑制手法を検討することを目的に,ひび割れ発生に影響を及ぼすと考えられる要因のうち,養生条件,使用材料および拘束条件を取り上げ,覆工コンクリートを模擬したモデル試験体を用いたひび割れ発生程度の比較試験による評価を行った.その結果,養生条件では,散水養生が,使用材料では,膨張材がひび割れ抑制に有効であること,また,防水シート敷設による拘束低減効果が大きいことも明らかとなった.さらに,覆工コンクリート背面および脚部の拘束条件の違いによる影響について,実トンネルを模擬した2次元FEMによる応力解析を行い検証した.

A STUDY ON BEHAVIOR OF VERTICAL PRE-REINFORCED BOLT BASES ON FIELD MEASUREMENT IN THE SHALLOW TUNNEL 基于现场实测的浅埋隧道竖向预加固锚杆性能研究

垂直縫地ボルトの地山補強機構を解明するため,地表面傾斜がゆるく,土被りの小さいトンネル坑口部で施工された垂直縫地ボルトの計測結果を詳細に分析し考察した.その結果,緩傾斜で土被りの小さい地形条件下における垂直縫地ボルトは,主にボルト軸方向の引張りや圧縮ひずみに抵抗する補強材として機能し,トンネル掘削による応力再配分によって生じた荷重を,地山を破壊することなく切羽前方やトンネル側部に伝える.また,トンネル側部では,縫地ボルトの根入れ先端部付近で,地表面沈下量を増加させる鉛直方向の地中変位が発生していることから,縫地ボルトの根入れ深さについて注意が必要であることがわかった.本研究では,トンネル周辺地山の挙動計測結果から新しい地山補強モデルを提案する.
为了查明垂直缝螺栓的地山加固机制,对在地表倾斜度较松、覆土面积较小的隧道坑口处施工的垂直缝螺栓的计测结果进行了详细分析和考察。结果显示,在坡度小、土质覆盖小的地形条件下,垂直缝地螺栓主要起到抗螺栓轴方向拉伸和压缩形变的加固材料作用,并可减少因隧道挖掘应力再分配而产生的荷载。不破坏地山传达到切羽前方和隧道侧部。另外,在隧道侧部,由于在缝地螺栓的根插入前端附近发生了增加地表沉降量的竖直方向的地中位移,因此需要注意缝地螺栓的根插入深度。本研究根据隧道周围地山的行为测量结果,提出了一种新的地山增强模型。

Build Operate Transfer (BOT) Project Financing in Asian Developing Countries:Comparative Study on the Structure and Risks in BOT Power Projects 亚洲发展中国家BOT项目融资:BOT电力项目结构与风险比较研究

Since late 1980s, the number of Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) type infrastructure projects that have been executed in Asia counts approximately 150. To meet the Asia's huge demand in infrastructure development and management, the unique BOT method will be implemented increasingly in the upcoming 21st century. The aim of this paper is to investigate the basic structure and explore the characteristics of the risks involved in the BOT projects located in Asian developing countries. Risks are categorized into nine different groups.Appropriate solutions and methods to reduce and manage each risk are also discussed.
