Charger of accumulator batteries for extreme operating conditions 用于极端工作条件的蓄电池充电器

Almost every public transport vehicle includes the battery pack. For it's charging is necessary that the vehicle dispose with charger. These vehicles are usually operated in different parts of the world and in many areas there are extreme conditions. To ensure operational reliability and a long operating time without maintenance. The charger was designed and created with natural cooling for extreme conditions (deserts). The charger is supplied by three phase AC voltage 400 V/50 Hz. At the output of the charger is adjustable charging voltage 0-30 V and output current 0-250 A. The charger has been implemented with all modern functions used in the current chargers as thermal correction of the output voltage, measuring capacity of the battery pack and the like.

Diagnostics of electrical drives 电气传动诊断

The article considered diagnostics of electrical drives on the basis of induction machines. The proposed AI model includes the description of the source of linguistic variables and technical conditions of database system fuzzy inference rules to identify the technical condition of electrical drives. The proposed new diagnostic parameter of electrical drives-the sum of the amplitudes of vibration acceleration for the frequency range from 6.3 to 1250 Hz of 1/3-octave filter.

Power model of an electrohydraulic complex with periodic nonlinear processes in the pipeline network 管网中具有周期非线性过程的电液复合体的功率模型

An equivalent circuit of an electrohydraulic complex taking into account periodic nonlinear processes in a pipeline network is proposed. It is shown that the use of the method of harmonic analysis of hydraulic power makes it possible to single out variable components generated by cavitation phenomena, to perform frequency analysis of power processes in the hydraulic system. A power model of an electrohydraulic complex is developed on the basis of equations of power harmonic components energy balance between the source of hydraulic supply and hydrosystem elements. A possibility of the use of a power model in problems of identification of hydraulic complex parameters, when nonlinear hydrodynamic processes are developed in the pipeline, is proved.

Wavelet transform with fuzzy tuning based indirect field oriented speed control of three-phase induction motor drive 基于小波变换模糊整定的三相感应电动机定向转速间接控制

This manuscript presents the details about the novel controller using wavelet transform and fuzzy logic tuning for speed control of an induction motor drive. The conventional proportional-integral (PI) speed controller in an indirect vector control of induction motor drive has been replaced by the proposed controller for an improved transient and steady state performances. The discrete wavelet transform has been used to decompose the error speed into different frequency components and the fuzzy logic is used to generate the scaling gains of the wavelet controller. The complete model of the proposed controller along with an induction motor drive incorporating the proposed controller has been developed in numerical simulation software using Matlab/Simulink environment and a set of results are provided within this paper in comparison to the conventional controller scheme.

AC motor-driven electric scooters are highly eco-efficient, high performance, more convenient, and air-pollution free. They offer a certain powerful solution to global environmental and energy problems. This paper presents a newly-developed super-rapid charging electric motor-driven scooter (Electric Scooter) incorporating EDLC stack change-over power source. Described are practical design criteria of the EDLC stack-based electric scooter with a ZCS-DC/DC high frequency link converter and experimental result of running operation performance. Furthermore, a pulse power Ultracapacitor (EDLC) charger for home use is proposed from a practical point of view.

Analysis of permanent magnet synchronous machine for integrated starter-alternator-booster applications 永磁同步电机起动-交流-升压一体化应用分析

In the last decade due to their high efficiency and reliability, permanent magnet synchronous machine are widely used in automotive applications. There are two main reasons for this trend: the reduction of the fuel consumption and the increase of the travel comfort. In this study we consider the approaches of electromagnetic design of a special topology of permanent synchronous machine (radial flux machine with outer rotor) suited for automotive applications. The study design requires some analytical analysis, followed by a numerical one in order to attain the performances of the proposed machine in all three cases (starter-alternator-booster). A thermal analysis is required in order to determine the thermal requirements for the automotive applications.

Modeling of continuous processing line with nonlinear model of the strip and control of material elongation 采用带钢非线性模型对连续加工生产线进行建模,并对材料伸长进行控制

During processing in a technological process the processed material in form of a strip changes its technological properties. Maintaining the strip tensions within the specified and pre-set boundaries in sections among working cylinders along the processing line causes required elongation of the material which presents a key factor in achieving a good output product quality. The paper describes a model of multi-motor drive system of a continuous web-processing line enabling to control of the strip material elongation. It is based on design of a nonlinear mathematical model of the strip which allows simulating its elongation. We have focused ourselves on behavior of the line during steady-state with pre-set tensions in particular sections of the line and especially on control of elongation of the strip.
