Kepemimpinan Kepala Madrasah merupakan suatu aspek yang memiliki pengaruh yang sangat besar dalam proses pendidikan di Madrasah. Kepala Madrasah sebagai pemimpin harus berupaya mengembangkan pengetahuan dan keterampilanya dalam mengolah perubahan yang terjadi di Madrasah. Kepala Madrasah adalah sebagai otak untuk berpikir tentang masa depan Madrasah, sebagai mulut untuk berbicara mengeluarkan perintah untuk menggerakkan bawahannya, dan sebagai mata untuk melihat dan mengawasi apakah proses pendidikan di Madrasah berjalan dengan lancar. Begitu juga dengan Kepala Madrasah MI Hidayatul Mubtadiin Rowotamtu Rambipuji Blokagung adalah orang yang berperan sentral terhadap pembentukan karakter peserta didiknya. Kepala Madrasah berharap agar akhlakul karimah yang mencerminkan karakter islami menjadi perangai peserta didiknya. Bagaimana Kepala Madrasah menjalankan kepemimpinannya untuk mewujudkan hal tersebut menjadi hal yang perlu untuk dikaji lebih mendalam. Karena kepemimpinan Kepala Madrasah di dalam suatu lembaga pendidikan mempunyai pengaruh terhadap pembentukan karakter peserta didiknya.

Discipline is obedience to respect and implement a system that requires people to comply with decisions, orders, and regulations that apply. Islam teaches us to pay attention to and use disciplinary values in everyday life to build better community life. This study aims to determine the discipline techniques and strategies of SD Al-Furqon Jember students. The high level of student discipline is due to the high motivation of teachers towards students about the importance of discipline. In addition, sanctions against students who do not comply with the rules are also a motivating factor for students always to instill discipline. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method and collects data using the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The study results showed that (1) the disciplinary techniques of SD A-Furqon students were excellent, and they had to continue to improve the discipline of students (2) the strategy of SD AL-Furqon teachers in improving student learning discipline used a Personal Approach, Group Approach such as advising if it is too late in the prayer congregation, and Character and Moral Guidance.

The golden ink of Islamic civilization which has long dominated the world certainly makes Islam a phenomenon worthy of study throughout the world, especially by people outside of Islam. Westerners in particular. They research, conduct studies, and make Islam an object of study in their world of education. Moreover, it is supported by the methodological advantages they have. .With this background, the author wants to examine in depth related to Islamic studies in the Western world, especially in the academic world. Hopefully it can provide overall benefits. From this background, several problems can be formulated to be examined in this paper, including: What is the essence of Islamic studies? How is the history of Islam?studies in the Western world? From the presentation of Islamic studies in the West in the academic world that has been mentioned in the previous chapter, it can be concluded that: (1) Islamic studies are an attempt to know and understand and discuss in depth the ins and outs of matters relating to Islam from various aspects. By holding Islamic Studies, it is hoped that it will be able to increase the understanding and appreciation of Muslims wherever they are; (2) Islamic studies when viewed from a research perspective, can be grouped into two, insiders and outsiders. Islamic studies by Muslims themselves in classical times tended to use a continuous pattern from generation to generation. The pattern has shifted in the present, which tends to become a pattern critical. While the perspective of outsiders, Islamic studies are critical in various aspects because they are based on an attitude of self-defense against the beliefs that they believe in so far; (3) The history of Islamic studies in the Western academic world has existed for a long time. That long history is broken down into three according to the aims and content of Islamic studies. The three stages include: the theological stage, the political stage and the scientific stage; (4) It can be seen the condition of Islamic studies in the Western academic world from the proliferation of centers for Islamic studies in various countries, both in America and Europe. Many Islamic study centers have sprung up in the United States, Chicago, Holland, Germany, London and so on.

Membaca al-qur’an adalah suatu amalan yang berguna bagi umat muslim karena dengan membaca al-qur’an seseorang dapat memahami, menghayati dan mengamalkan isi kandungan yang terdapat di dalam al-qur’an dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Mengingat pentingnya belajar al-Qur’an, maka harus dikenalkan kepada para santri sejak dini karena pada masa kanak-kanak ini terkandung potensi belajar yang kuat dan besar. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah 1) bagaimana implementasi metode dirosati? 2) bagaimana bentuk evaluasi? 3) bagaimana kelebihan dan kelemahan?. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah ustad dan ustadzah TPQ PP Anak Al-qodiri Jember. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. adapun hasil penelitiannya 1) Implementasi metode dirosati dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca al-qur’an bagi anak usia dini adalah a) Individual atau privat. b) Klasikal-individual. c) Klasikal baca simak. d) Media. 2) Bentuk Evaluasi yang digunakan adalah a) Evaluasi formatif. b) Evaluasi sumatif. c) Evaluasi diagnostic. 3) Kelebihan: a) Metode dirosati ini menggunakan CBSA. b) Penyusunannya lebih praktis. c) Memiliki buku ringkasan tajwid, pedoman hafalan dan panduan do'a-do'a sendiri. dan d) Pembinaan dilakukan selama sebulan sekali. Ditinjau secara objektif, MA Nururrohman Mayang yang ada di wilayah Kecamatan Silo kabupaten Jember, merupakan lembaga pendidikan Islam yang berciri khas Islam dan menjadi contoh lembaga pendidikan dasar se wilayah kecamatan Silo, hal ini didukung dengan beberapa indikator secara intern.Dalam hal ini dapat diketahui pula upaya-upaya kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kualitas dan mutu pendidikan di lembaga yang dipimpinnya, penulis juga dapat sepintas mengidentifikasi adanya hubungan baik pihak sekolah dan masyarakat sekitar sekolah. Mengingat peran sentral kepala sekolah dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan di sekolah, maka akan sangat bermanfaat sekali untuk mengetahui kinerja kepemimpinan kepala sekolah. MTs Kanjeng Sepuh is one of the educational institutions that was established under the auspices of the Taman Pendidikan Kanjeng Sepuh foundation which has a discipline program through two attendance systems (paper absent and fingerprint absent) which have been implemented simultaneously since 2014 which are closely monitored by picket teachers and other supervisory teachers. This program is able to help improve student learning outcomes because the teaching and learning process is more focused and more conducive. This researcher aims to answer some problem formulations; 1). How is the discipline program in improving student learning outcomes at MTs Kanjeng Sepuh, Sidayu sub-district, Gresik district? 2). What are the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing discipline programs in improving student learning outcomes at MTs Kanjeng Sepuh, Sidayu sub-district, Gresik district. This type of research includes qualitative research, which produces data and is analyzed using descriptive methods adapted to the disciplinary program in improving student learning outcomes at MTs Kanjeng Sepuh Sidayu Gresik. The results of this study, that MTs Kanjeng Sepuh in implementing the student attendance disciplinary program uses a 2 attendance system, namely manual attendance which is carried out in class (paper attendance) and non-manual attendance (fingerprint) simultaneously and the program runs effectively as evidenced by the persistence of the program from year after year, positive responses from related parties to the implementation of the program and getting maximum learning outcomes are evidenced by student achievements every year. As for the implementation of the program, of course there are supporting factors and inhibiting factors, this is the supporting factor of the effectiveness of the discipline program in improving student learning outcomes at MTs Kanjeng Sepuh as follows: 1). Response or cooperation of all related parties, 2). Achievement targets that meet, 3). Adequate facilities, 4) make it easy to recap data, 5). Has 2 attendance data to be more accurate. As for the inhibiting factors of the effectiveness of the discipline program in improving student learning outcomes at MTs Kanjeng Sepuh as follows: 1). Uncertain internet connection (fingerprint attendance), 2). The electricity goes out and the pulse runs out without being caught (fingerprint attendance), 3). Lost files (manual attendance), 4). Requires a large budget (manual attendance), 5). Queues to queue for fingerprint attendance are boring.

The results of this study, that MTs Kanjeng Sepuh in implementing the student attendance disciplinary program uses a 2 attendance system, namely manual attendance which is carried out in class (paper attendance) and non-manual attendance (fingerprint) simultaneously and the program runs effectively as evidenced by the persistence of the program from year after year, positive responses from related parties to the implementation of the program and getting maximum learning outcomes are evidenced by student achievements every year. As for the implementation of the program, of course there are supporting factors and inhibiting factors, this is the supporting factor of the effectiveness of the discipline program in improving student learning outcomes at MTs Kanjeng Sepuh as follows: 1). Response or cooperation of all related parties, 2). Achievement targets that meet, 3). Adequate facilities, 4) make it easy to recap data, 5). Has 2 attendance data to be more accurate. As for the inhibiting factors of the effectiveness of the discipline program in improving student learning outcomes at MTs Kanjeng Sepuh as follows: 1). Uncertain internet connection (fingerprint attendance), 2). The electricity goes out and the pulse runs out without being caught (fingerprint attendance), 3). Lost files (manual attendance), 4). Requires a large budget (manual attendance), 5). Abstract Educational management is an integral part of the overall educational process. The pattern of education at the time of Umar bin Khattab certainly had a tremendous impact in the current era. So this study examines the educational management perspective of Umar Bin Khattab. This research is literature research and the methodology used in this research is character study. The data related to this study were collected through literature study and presented with descriptive analysis techniques, namely by explaining the educational management of Umar bin Khattab during his leadership era, by referring to the book of Umar bin Khattab's sirah as primary data and literature books that related as secondary data. The results of this study are the management of education in Umar Bin Khattab's leadership of public services is the bookkeeping of the Qur'an, qira'at education, Tafsir bil Ra'yi education, education in the dissemination of hadith and infrastructure education (architect).

Abstrak Keberhasilan penyelenggaraan pendidikan sangat ditentukan oleh kemampuan kepala madrasah dalam mengelola semua sumber daya yang ada di sekolah. Kepala madrasah merupakan salah satu komponen pendidikan yang paling berperan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan.Salah satu program yang dapat diselenggarakan untuk meningkatkan pendidikan yang berkualitas adalah pelaksanaan bantuan kepada guru atau yang lebih dikenal dengan istilah supervisi akademik. Abstract In the era of globalization, improving the quality of competitive education is very necessary. All problems in education such as not focusing on learning, declining student enthusiasm and so on are challenges for school principals, educators and parents. Therefore, the provision of giving rewards is expected to improve the quality of education. This study focuses on strategies to improve the quality of education through rewards to students along with supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. The results of the study show that the strategy for improving the quality of education through the provision of rewards refers to input (preparation of teacher human resources), process (class division, procurement of extracurricular and tutoring, giving rewards that have applied the principles and meet the requirements), output (rewards foster student enthusiasm, and assessment can create output according to the educational goals of the institution) with various supporting factors such as the involvement of several parties, adequate infrastructure, student motivation and sufficient funds. And the obstacles to its implementation are poor time management, urgent interests in school, lack of concern for some students, and lack of full support from parents. Overcome by paying attention to teachers, students and parents who can support the implementation of school activities. And with the implementation of this strategy, the educational process makes it easier for teachers to deliver subject matter, the direct results of education are in the form of student behavior after attending lessons, and the final result of education is the behavior of graduates.

Abstrak Manajemen sarana dan prasarana harus mampu menunjang proses belajar mengajar, salah satunya adalah ketersediaannya sarana dan prasarana yang memadai disertakan dengan pengelolaan dan pemanfaatan yang optimal. Karena dengan terlaksannya sarana dan prasarana dengan baik maka semua pihak yang ada di lembaga pendidikan yaitu pondok pesantren akan merasa nyaman dalam proses belajar mengajar. Kenyamanan dalam belajar mengajar sangat menentukan keberhasilan proses pendidikan di pondok pesantren. Sehingga diperlukannyya kepedulian semua pihak yang tinggal di pondok pesantren dari santri, ustadzah dan pengurus. Semua pihak harus saling bertanggung jawab untuk menjaga, merawat dan menumbuhkan rasa memiliki serta menumbuhkan kesadaran akan pentingnya sarana dan prasarana pondok pesantren. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Pondok Pesantren Hidayatul Mubtadiin Sumberrejo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pondok pesantren Hidayatul Mubtadiin Sumberrejo melaksanakan manajemen sarana dan prasarana dengan melalui lima langkah pengelolaan yaitu perencanaan, pengadaan, inventarisasi, pemeliharaan, dan penghapusan.
