This research explores Chat -GPT inclusion into Pakistani higher education, addressing the issue of understanding teacher perspectives. To examine the relevance of this problem, an extensive survey involving 600 university teachers was undertaken using a positivist research paradigm. The findings show that teachers believe Chat-GPT has the ability to improve learning experiences by offering quick access to information and accommodating varied student demands. Concerns are raised, however about overreliance, ethical consequences, and possible impediments to critical thinking. These trends in data were revealed through statistical analysis, which included mean, standard deviation, correlation, and ANOVA. Concerns were raised, however, concerning the overreliance, ethical consequences, and possible barriers to critical thinking. Thus, longitudinal studies, qualitative research, thorough guidelines, and joint efforts are among the recommendations to enable the appropriate incorporation of AI technologies in education. This research adds to our understanding of the challenges of AI integration in education by highlighting need of balanced and well-informed educational methods.

This study presents a comprehensive analysis of dividend payouts in the banking sector, with specific focus on cash flow and earnings approaches. Study examines and tests the determinant variables of dividend payouts using the Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) Regression method. Data for this analysis is collected from the audited financial reports of 50 manufacturing companies listed on Pakistan Stock Exchange during the five-year period from 2017 to 2021. Study's results reveal that firms tend to exhibit higher dividend payouts when they project high profitability growth, indicating a correlation between profitability and dividend payments. However, study did not find a significant effect of earnings per share on dividend per share, despite the positive impact of profitability on dividend payout. On the other hand, cash flow per share demonstrated positive and significant influence on dividend per share. These findings offer valuable insights for the investors and decision-makers, providing them with useful information for making investment choices. The analysis allows for an examination of the factors that affect dividend decisions. This research expands the understanding of how cash flow and earnings influence dividend payouts and enhances the theoretical foundation of dividend policy in context of listed manufacturing companies.

The informal economy in Pakistan is a part that has been mostly overlooked by researchers, although it is important part of everyday life in provinces like Sindh, Pakistan. This paper seeks to examine how the street entrepreneurs contribute to the economy of country and what type of challenges they face during street vending. By reviewing the extant literature, it appears that there is an acute shortage of empirical evidence on street hawkers in Pakistan, especially in Sindh province. This paper begins to fill this gap by analyzing hawkers' contributions, and the problems they are facing. The qualitative method was followed in this research, study seeks to determine the contribution of street hawkers as well as the issues that street vendors face during vending or conduct their business. There are many hawkers in the heart province of Sindh, hence the researchers used a convenient sampling method to select 30 respondents for the interview, the thematic analysis method was used to analyze data. The study's findings may have a positive impact on street vendors, and the challenges associated with street vending may be reduced.

By analyzing Pakistan's Balance of payment from 1980 to 2019, the study aims to analyze the effect of various factors exchange rate, trade barriers and money supply on balance of trade. The empirical analysis investigated the SR and LR effect. A statistically significant LR relationship between the study variables is verified by the results except for foreign trade policy. The study found that in Pakistan, both monetarist and absorption approaches have insignificant foundation. Furthermore, the ER is insignificant in the short run at level and lag, while all other variables are statistically significant in SR. Thus, results provide significant information in reaching the desired conclusion. Based on findings this study suggests that the State bank is needed to play its role in fixing the balance of the trade problem by using money supply as a policy tool. Moreover, the authorities should focus upon the income rather than ER policy as a tool for correcting the Balance of the Payment.

This study, scrutinized several leadership styles implemented at the public & private sector power plants and how democratic and autocratic leadership styles impact on performance of employees. The employee performance is depends on leadership styles embraced by leaders of many organizations, particularly at public & private sector power plants in Pakistan. The Fielder’s leadership-related theory of contingency was supported by this quantitative study's use of the explanatory design. 200 respondents by using structured questionnaires based on random sample method. SPSS software version 23 and analyzed by using the two statistic analytical tools one is descriptive tool which consists on mean score and standard deviation score & second is linear regression (inferential) tool. Results show that the democratic style of leadership is the one the best implemented style at private sector power plants. Public sector power plants’ performance is weak and less efficient as compared to private sector power plants/organizations. If the combination of both autocratic and democratic leadership styles should be employed in public sector power plants to improve performance, effectiveness and for achieving the desired results.
