Innovative component of the Republic of Belarus’ industrial complex 白俄罗斯共和国工业综合体的创新组成部分

The article deals with the problems of applying innovations in the industry of the country. Attention is focused on the relationship between the innovative activity of enterprises and the process of forming the structure of the country's industrial complex. It is substantiated that an attempt to bring the structure of the Belarusian industry to the structure of countries with liberal economies is practically possible with sufficient funding, but is not advisable due to the influence of market trends and changes in the market situation. The article discusses the approach of changing the structure of industry under the influence of innovation. At the same time, emphasis is placed on the need to achieve program parameters for the development of the innovation sphere. The article substantiates the need to determine the parameters for the development of the innovative industry based on the situation of manufacturing enterprises of the Republic of Belarus. At the same time, it is indicated that the application of approaches to the development of the innovative sector of the industry of the republic with the setting of the level of development of the innovative sector of other countries as a target is ineffective, and in some cases unattainable even in the long term.

Neuroimaging of intracranial neoplasms: volume segmentation of 3D images 颅内肿瘤的神经成像:三维图像的体积分割

The progressive development of medical bioinformatics, namely computer vision and deep learning technologies, will allow accurate screening of neurooncological diseases and evaluate the effectiveness of the treatment methods performed in dynamics at all levels of healthcare institutions. At present, the Matlab platform is the most functional environment for image processing with the implemented possibility of using semantic segmentation. An algorithm for creating masks of the area of interest of specialists and a listing for training a neural network in the diagnostic screening of neurooncological patients are presented.

The article presents the result of the authors' own experience in the study of transcriptional activity of cyclin genes in gastric tissue samples from patients diagnosed with gastric malignant neoplasm against the background of confirmed Helicobacter pylori infection. Based on the obtained data, a molecular-genetic method of assessing the pathophysiological state of gastric tissues on the basis of complex analysis of the level of transcriptional activity of cyclin genes is proposed.

The paper presents approaches to the formation of flat and three-dimensional cellular patterns using bioprinting methods, discusses the features of three-dimensional culture, when due to more intensive intercellular interactions the cell ensemble has properties that are not typical for single cells, the conditions necessary for the emergence of self-organization processes are created in the system of interacting cells, transformation into tissue-like and organ-like structures. Modern bioprinting methods provide increased productivity of these processes by engineering the additional levels of organization.

The article considers the organizational and legal conditions aimed at creating an integrated educational, scientific and industrial environment in the Republic of Belarus for the systematic solution of issues of the development of higher education and innovative development of the economy: the opportunity for organizations to participate in the development of professional and educational standards; development of a network form of interaction between subjects carrying out educational activities, customers and other implementing organizations; improvement of the mechanism of state orders for personnel training; improving conditions for the integrated development of research, innovation and business infrastructure of higher education institutions in order to develop innovative products and commercialize innovations; implementation on the basis of institutions of higher education of the Republic of Belarus of the pilot project «Improving the activities of institutions of higher education based on the model “University 3.0”». The authors present the experience of creating such an environment in the educational institution «Brest State Technical University».

The information on the first discovery of the Robber flies Dasypogon diadema (Diptera: Asilidae) in Belarus is presented. The species was found in 2021 on the territory of the Polessky State Radiation-Ecological Reserve (PSRER, Gomel Region). Including this find, 41 species of Robber flies have been identified in Belarus to date. To the east of Poland, this registration is probably the most northerly point in eastern Europe. This became possible due to the rapid warming of the climate in recent decades and distinct aridization of the south-east of Belarus. The data on the current distribution, population dynamics and some aspects of the life cycle of D. diadema in Europe are summarized. On the territory of PSREC near the habitat of D. diadema, an elongated section with a length of more than 7 km was identified, which, according to biological features, is the most suitable for this Robber flies. It quite possible that the second species of the genus Dasypogon, D. diabolicus, may be found in the south regions of Belarus.

The article provides a list of the main risk factors in the creation and maintenance of roadside plantings, based on the results of many years of research on the state and transformation of plant communities along highways. The analysis of the criteria for the potential impact of their construction and maintenance in a functional state on green spaces has been carried out; scales of such influence on vegetation adjacent to transport routes have been developed.
