The article is devoted to the analysis and assessment of the intensity of sectoral structural shifts in the Belarusian economy for the period from 1990 to 2020. Their key features and specifics are determined, the convergent nature of changes in the sectoral structure of the economy of Belarus and the economies of developed countries is established. The conclusion about the decrease in the intensity of structural changes in the republic is substantiated, which indicates a slowdown in the growth potential of the economy and necessitates the implementation of the state structural policy.

Over the past two decades, the microbial community of an organism – the microbiota – has been recognized as a fundamental factor determining human physiology and pathology. The microbiome is a variable system that not only adapts to signals and information coming from humans, but also affects its host. A promising area of clinical medicine is the prediction of changes in the microbiome of athletes, in people with various diseases, after the use of medicines, including antibacterial, surgical interventions, which will lead to an understanding of ways and methods of their correction. Fundamentally new and innovative technologies are being developed to create pharmacologically active components based on the microbiome of healthy people, which can later be used to maintain and restore the stability and functioning of the human ecosystem.

The research has conducted a comparative study based on structural analysis of some productivity parameters of the new lentil collections. In genotypes have been recorded the average genetic variation on plant height, number of seeds in beans, number of beans per plant, and 100 seeds weight. It was found that 10.8% of the studied samples were high-yielding (10943, 10946, 10932, Flip 2011-64, Flip 2011-31), 32.6% were moderate-yielding, 56.6% were assesed as low-yielding samples. Among the genotypes Flip2011-64, Flip2011-31, Flip2011-43, 10946, 10940, 10931, 10932 and Jasmin were evaluated as the most promising samples.

At present time, with the development of the industrial complex of the Republic of Belarus, the volume and depth of oil refining at refineries are increasing. In this regard, the amount of by-products produced, in particular sulfur, is increasing. One of the possible ways to expand markets for the use of sulfur is to use it in non-standard industries, in particular in construction, for the production of building materials based on sulfur binder. In this article, authors analyze the world experience in the production of sulfur concrete, as well as the results of experimental studies of the properties of sulfur concrete obtained by the authors on the basis of local raw materials.

Involvement of the intestinal microbiome in the tumor process of the gastrointestinal tract 肠道微生物群在胃肠道肿瘤过程中的参与
Pub Date : 2022-08-02 DOI: 10.29235/1818-9857-2022-7-74-79
O. Kuznetsov, V. Tsyrkunov
The article assesses the degree of participation of the microbiome in the development of the pre-tumor process of the gastrointestinal tract. The necessity of studying the pathology of the gastrointestinal tract at the genetic level in relation to the persistence of microorganisms that affect the expression of human genes is shown: their proteins and metabolites interact with the genome, modifying it. The role of opportunistic microflora in the regulation of the immune response in patients with cancer and changes in microbiocenosis in lesions of the large intestine, liver and pancreas, as well as its significance in carcinogenesis are presented. The need for further studies of the mechanisms of development of the tumor process of the gastrointestinal tract and determination of the relationship between the microbiome, the human immune system and carcinogenesis is emphasized.

The successful experience of China in borrowing foreign innovations and international scientific and technical cooperation is analyzed. There is a stereotype that China has made an innovation breakthrough by directly borrowing foreign technology and innovation. However, the process of their development was more complex and mutually beneficial, and ultimately gave rise to the conditions for the creation of their own technologies and innovations, this is confirmed by China’s world leader today in patent registration and the publication of scientific articles. The article identifies the factors of such success associated with properly organized scientific and technical cooperation.
