This study aims to analyze the effect of family support, communication urgency, technological literacy on the effectiveness of WFH and WFH preferences in the Tegal District Health Office. The population in this study were all Tegal District Health Office employees who worked during the COVID-19 pandemic. The data used is primary data from distributing questionnaires to employees as respondents with a sample of 91 respondents. Data analysis using SEM PLS. The sampling technique used is to use a saturated sample design or a census, which is a sampling technique that thoroughly provides equal opportunities or opportunities for all elements or members of the population to be selected as samples. The results showed that family support, communication urgency, technological literacy had a significant positive effect on the effectiveness of WFH and the effectiveness of WFH was not proven to have a significant effect on WFH preferences.

This study aims to determine the contribution of Productive Asset Quality (KAP) and Non Performing Loans (NPL) to the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) with profitability (ROA) as an intervening variable at Conventional Rural Banks (BPRK) in the area of the Kantor Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (KOJK). From the second quarter of 2020 to the third quarter of 2021, the research sample consisted of 30 BPRK with a total of 180 research data. Data were collected using the cluster sampling method. Path analysis technique was used to analyze the data. The results of the analysis show that Productive Asset Quality (KAP) has a positive and insignificant effect on the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). Non-Performing Loan (NPL) has an insignificant negative effect on the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). Productive Asset Quality (KAP) has a significant positive effect on profitability (ROA). Non-Performing Loan (NPL) has a significant negative effect on profitability (ROA). Profitability (ROA) has a significant positive effect on the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). And profitability (ROA) does not significantly mediate the effect of Productive Asset Quality (KAP) and Non-Performing Loans (NPL) on the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR).

A career as an auditor is considered to have good prospects. However, the fact is, the number of accounting graduates each year is not proportional to the growth of auditors in Indonesia. This phenomenon can be a big enough opportunity for graduate accounting students to have a career in the field of auditors. This study aims to determine the effect of financial rewards, labor market considerations, work environment and perceptions of auditing standards on the interest of accounting students in choosing a career as an auditor. This type of research includes quantitative research using primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires. The population in this study were Accounting students of ITB AAS Indonesia with a sample of 86 students determined by purposive sampling technique. The analytical method in this study uses multiple regression analysis statistics. The results of this study are the financial rewards variable and the perception of audit standards have a significant effect on the interest of accounting students in choosing a career to become auditors, while the labor market considerations variable have no significant effect on the interest of accounting students in choosing a career as an auditor.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Leader Member Exchange and Employee Engagement on Performance with Organizational Culture moderation. The number of samples as many as 97 respondents obtained from the sampling technique of the sensus method. Technical data analysis includes validity test through factor analysis, reliability test and continued with multiple linear regression test. Four hypotheses were proposed in this study. The results of the statistical test stated that all indicators were valid and reliable. Furthermore, in the regression test, it is found that Leader Member Exchange and Employee Engagement are proven to contribute to explaining performance. In the f test, it is confirmed that Leader Member Exchange and Employee Engagement have a simultaneous effect on performance. The t-test proves that there is a positive and significant influence of Leader Member Exchange on performance as well as a positive and significant influence of Employee Engagement on Performance. Furthermore, in the moderation test, it was found that Organizational Culture was able to become a Moderating Variable and was reinforcing on the Influence of Leader Member Exchange on Performance and Organizational Culture was able to be a Moderating Variable and was reinforcing on the influence of Employee Engagement on Performance.
本研究旨在检视与分析组织文化调节下领导成员交换与员工敬业度对绩效的影响。抽样数量多达97名受访者,采用了感性调查法的抽样技术。技术数据分析包括通过因子分析进行效度检验、信度检验和继续进行多元线性回归检验。本研究提出了四个假设。统计检验结果表明,各项指标均有效可靠。此外,在回归检验中,我们发现领导者成员交换和员工敬业度被证明有助于解释绩效。在f测试中,证实了领导者成员交换和员工敬业度对绩效的影响是同步的。通过t检验证明,Leader Member Exchange对绩效有正向显著影响,员工敬业度对绩效有正向显著影响。此外,在调节检验中,我们发现组织文化能够成为一个调节变量并强化领导成员交换对绩效的影响,组织文化能够成为一个调节变量并强化员工敬业度对绩效的影响。

This study aims to determine the effect of knowledge about islamic banking, religiosity, social environtment, and pocket money on student in saving at islamic banks. The data used in this study is primary data based on a sample of 133 respondent of STIE Bank BPD Central Java taken by purposive sampling and snowball sampling. The data was processed using the Statistical Product Service Solutions (SPSS) analysis tool. By using multiple linear regression anaysis shows that knowledge of islamic banks, religiosity, social environment, and pocket money can explain the variable interest in saving by 79,1 percent. With the result of the analysis which shows that the variables of knowledge about islamic banks, religiosity, and social environtment have a significance of respectively 0,000 < 0,05; 0,012 < 0,05’ and 0,000 < 0,05, which means that the variables of knowledge about islamic banks, religiosity, and social environtment have a significant influence on student’s saving interest in islamic banks. While the pocket money variable has a significance of 0,208 > 0,05, which means that pocket money has no effect on interest in saving in islamic banks.

This study intends to analyze how service quality and corporate image influence customer decisions to take productive credit mediated by trust in Bank Jateng Wanadadi Sub-Branch. Productive credit customers were used as the population in this study, which consisted of KLKK (Employee Cooperative Credit Linkage) customers, KWU (Enterprise Credit), KUP (Productive Business Credit), MSME and Cooperative Credit, Extra Credit, Mitra Jateng 25 Credit, and KUR (KUR). Samples were taken through non-probability sampling method using saturated samples. Respondents were 162 customers who were used as samples. Data analysis used SEM analysis, bootstrapping method, and VAF method. The results of the study indicate that (1) the customer's decision to take productive credit at Bank Jateng Wanadadi Sub-Branch is influenced by service quality; (2) the customer's decision to take productive credit at Bank Jateng Wanadadi Sub-Branch is not influenced by the company's image; (3) service quality affects customer trust in Bank Jateng Wanadadi Sub-Branch; (4) corporate image affects customer trust in Bank Jateng Wanadadi Sub-Branch; (5) the customer's decision to take productive credit at Bank Jateng Wanadadi Sub-Branch is influenced by trust; (6) there is a mediating effect of trust on service quality in influencing customer decisions to take productive credit at Bank Jateng Wanadadi Sub-Branch; and (7) there is no mediating effect of trust on company image in influencing customer decisions to take productive credit at Bank Jateng Wanadadi Sub-Branch.

The sampling technique used two techniques, namely incidental sampling technique (accidental sample) and purposive sampling technique (criteria sample). The first stage is who are the patients who coincidentally come to the Pangkah Health Center. This study aims to analyze the effect of brand image on revisit intention, service quality on revisit intention, brand image on customer satisfaction, service quality on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction on revisit intention and the mediating role of customer satisfaction on brand image with revisit intention and quality. service with the intention to revisit. The object of this research is AHHAS comal eternal motor. The characteristics of the sample are customers who have used service services at least twice. The sample used in this research is 100 respondents. The data analysis method used is SEM-PLS. The benefits of this research are to determine the effect of servicescape and service innovation on community satisfaction and the role of trust in mediating the effect of servicescape and service innovation on community satisfaction. This research was conducted at the Office of the Ministry of Religion in Semarang City. The questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability is addressed to 98 respondents. The data collection method uses questionnaires, literature, observation, documentation and interviews. Meanwhile, the measurement of data analysis uses smartpls and determination tests. The measurement results between t-statistical variables show (1) Servicescape has no positive and significant effect on satisfaction (1.95), (2) Servicescape has a positive and significant effect on trust (2.82), (3) Trust has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction (3.53), (4) Trust is able to mediate the effect of servicescape on community satisfaction (2.10), (5) Service innovation has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction as seen from the t-count value of (3.11), (6 ) Service innovation has a positive and significant effect on trust seen from the t value of (5.03), (7) Trust is able to mediate the effect of service innovation on community satisfaction (2.58).

Indicators of increasing economic development can be viewed through the numbers or values of economicgrowth. Indicators of the regional economy can also be seen from per capita income, economic growth and economic structure. Economic movements do not only occur in big cities but also occur in the supportingdistricts of the city, for example Karanganyar Regency and Sukoharjo Regency which are buffer districts from the existence of Surakarta City. The purpose of this study was to determine the leading sector of the economyof the buffer district. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of time series sourced from the Central Statistics Agency for each area of Karangnayar and Sukoharjo Regencies. The data used are regionalgross domestic product (GRDP) data for each region from 2016 to 2020. The data analysis used in this studyis the analysis of location quotient (LQ) and shift share. Based on the results of the study, it is known that thereare basic sectors found in two buffer districts, namely Karanganyar Regency and Sukoharjo Regency. Theresults of the study based on LQ analysis stated that there were 7 base sectors in the Karanganyar Regency area while in the Sukoharjo Regency area there were 9 base sectors. If you look at the shift share analysis withindicators on the assessment of the component of regional share growth in Karanganyar Regency, there are 7 sectors that have positive values while in Sukoharjo Regency there are only 4 sectors that are still negative..
