The world is now facing the phenomenon of hypercompetition, where working procedure is required to change to be more dynamic and modern. This phenomenon covers all aspects, including Indonesian library world and Indonesian literacy. Faced with new problems, Indonesian library world and Indonesian literacy has actually been trying to solve its old issue: the low level of Indonesian literacy. Community Reading Park (TBM) exists with the aim of increasing the level of Indonesian literacy. However, many newly established TBMs tend to be static and traditional, which are no longer relevant to modern times. West Java Community Reading Park Forum (West Java FTBM) is present to help TBMs stay relevant with present situation. In its activities, West Java FTBM applies Knowledge Management in general and Knowledge Sharing in particular. This study examines the role of Knowledge Sharing and how much it relates to innovation in TBM managers. Knowledge Sharing itself has two dimensions, namely; Knowledge Donating and Knowledge Collecting. The population in this study was West Java FTBM, with a sample of 67 TBM managers. The method used was quantitative with correlational analysis, and hypotheses testing was done by testing Knowledge Donating, Collecting, and Sharing with Manager’s Innovations. The research results of Knowledge Donating, Collecting, and Sharing each had relationship with Manager’s Innovation, with the coefficient of determination, sequentially, 17.47%; 20.88%; and 27.66%. This shows that Manager’s Innovation in West Java FTBM was not created solely because of Knowledge Sharing, but many other factors affected it, one of which is the length of one's experience in managing TBM. In the future, the implementation of Knowledge Sharing in West Java FTBM is expected to be even more dynamic by expanding references to things innovated and collaborating with other communities, this is to add a new point of view for TBM Managers in West Java FTBM

The museum has a role as educational and research facilities for visitors. The Museum of Zoologi SITH ITB is one of the museum that has a collection of both wet and dry specimens. Preserved specimens become museum collections that are vulnarable to fragility or damage. Museum helped us to preserve the animals and change it to specimens so that museum visitors could see it. Thus, this study aims to see how to identify and serve collection at the Museum of Zoologi SITH ITB. The research method used was qualitative with case study approach, and the research subjects were museum head, curators, and museum visitors. The data were collected through interviews, observation, and literature review. According to the research results, museum collections are determined based on the policy of selecting animal species to be used as specimens, preservation and conservation methods (display), as well as taxonomic information. The types of animals chosen are those that have a backbone and no backbone, including invertebrates, fish, amphibians, reptiles, birds and mammals through wet and dry preservation. The conservation of the Museum of Zoology SITH ITB collection is carried out through a process of collection analysis, preservation, labeling, and storage. First, in performing the collection analysis process, curators observe animals to be killed for specimens and writes a permission letter to the authorized institution. Second, in performing preservation, curators preserve wet and dry specimen collections according to their own specimens. Third, in labeling activities, curators label wet and dry specimen collections according to the container placement. Finally, in storage activities curators store different collections of wet and dry specimens. Research on the identification and storage of collections at the Museum Zoologi SITH ITB can assist curators in introducing preserved specimens to visitors. The conclusion of the research is that the curators of the Museum Zoologi SITH ITB play an important role in maintaining the collection and introducing the museum collection to visitors, and this makes the collection of the museum to be long-lasting, researchable, and obserevable for all visitors.
(The Museum of Zoologi SITH ithb)是拥有干湿标本收藏的博物馆之一。

The emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic has changed all life aspects, in which each individual’s activity is now constrained. Limiting activities to gather in one place has a big impact on all life aspects as well. Various sectors in Indonesia, such as logistics, health, offices, information services, education, and other life necessities are forced to find alternative solution in order to survive even if it were done without direct contact. Large-scale social restrictions known as PSBB have an impact on one of the public information services: libraries, one of which is a special libraries that is affected by social policies, especially in the book lending services. One of the special libraries that is affected in this field is the children’s library Pustakalana Children’s Library in Bandung . The research method used was qualitative with case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and literature review. The respondents interviewed were the director, visitors, and librarian of Pustakalana Children's Library. The result of this research is that Pustakalana Children's Library issued an innovative online book lending service amid Covid-19: Grab and Go. This services was created by the library as a result of large-scale social restrictions in Bandung. Grab and Go is an online-based circulation service, in which users are allowed to borrow books from home by accessing the provided web page. Books that are borrowed then will be sent by Pustakalana to the user’s address. With the Grab and Go service, Pustakalana is still able to carry out circulation activities even in the midst of social restrictions due to COVID-19 and makes it easier to disseminate information, particularly children's books to visitors Pustakalana Children’s Library Bandung.

The use of telecommunication, media, and informatics technologies in teaching and learning activities has now been implemented, yet it has not been optimally carried out. Covid-19 pandemic has forced teaching and learning activities to use online system also known as e-learning where online lectures are remotely carried out using telematics. Current e-learning practices are considered to be merely providing lecture materials and paying less attention to the characteristics of its users. Moreover, in reality every e-learning user or student has different abilities in how to manage information. The method used in this research was quantitative with literature review, and the sample in this study were students of Library and Islamic Information Science from IAIN Tulungagung. The problems investigated in this study were (1) How students perceive the implementation of e-learning, and (2) What obstacles occurred during the e-learning process. The result of this research is that through e-learning, the study program of Library and Islamic Information Science at IAIN Tulungaggung can minimize crowds in campus environment. However, in practice, there were still many students who were not prepared to optimally use telematics media and elearning. Students require good adaptations to be able to undergo e-learning because it will affect the implementation of an effective learning process. There were several obstacles faced by students, particularly related to internet data and networks as well as the ability to understand the delivered materials. Thus, students' perception of e-learning becomes very essential since it may influence their willingness and attitude in performing and utilizing online learning. In this case, lecturers also have an important role in providing interactive and fascinating learning materials in order to improve students’ motivation and enthusiasm so that they may actively participate in virtual learning.
