This study aims to determine the effectiveness of applying the example non example learning model in learning to write narrative essays in class VII students of SMP IT Nurul Ikhwah, Nagan Raya. The informants of this study were 20 female class VII students. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach to the type of research, classroom action research (CAR). The design of PTK includes the steps of planning, action, observation, and reflection using two cycles. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation and tests. Observation or observation is a data collection method used to collect research data through observation and sensing. The test is a data collection instrument to measure students' abilities in cognitive aspects or the level of mastery of learning material. The use of examples non examples learning models is very effective in learning to write student narrative essays, in addition to higher student activity when the learning process takes place, student scores also increase after using the examples non examples learning model. This can be seen from the grade VII students of SMP IT Nurul Ikhwah who can meet the minimum completeness criteria which is higher than the assignment to write descriptive essays without using an example non example model. Before using the example non example model, there were 11 students out of 20 students who did not meet the minimum completeness criteria, after using the model, there were 3 students out of 20 who did not pass.

This study discusses learning methods in the field of mathematics with an inquiry approach at SMP 4 Setia Bakti, Aceh Jaya Regency. Inquiry aims to see the success of student learning in the field of mathematics in accordance with the planned target. Meanwhile, this research method uses a descriptive approach with data collection techniques through interviews, documentation and observations made to class VIII students of SMP 4 Setia Bakti. The results of the study can be said that the inquiry method in mathematics has an impact on teachers in managing inquiry learning as an effort to achieve mastery learning mathematics for three cycles has increased from cycle I, cycle II, and cycle III with good categories. In addition, during the three cycles of learning in general, there was an increase in terms of: (1) student activities during learning; (2) Classical student learning mastery in the first cycle to the second cycle increased to and slightly decreased in the third cycle but this decrease was not significant because the KKM had been achieved.

The purpose of this research is to discover how to improve PKn learning outcomes using the STAD (Student Teams Achievement Division) cooperative learning method. STAD is a Cooperative Learning approach that emphasizes activities and interactions between students in order to motivate and assist one another in mastering the subject matter. This study employs three action research cycles, each of which has four stages: design, activities and observations, reflection, and revision. Formative test results and observation sheets of teaching and learning activities were used to collect data. Formative test results and observation sheets of teaching and learning activities were used to collect data. The results showed that there was an increase from cycle I to cycle III, with cycle I increasing by up to 68.2 percent, cycle II increasing by up to 81.58 percent, and cycle III increasing by up to 94.74 percent. As a result, for the 2018-2019 school year, the STAD cooperative learning method can have a positive effect on the achievement and learning motivation of Class V students at SDN 8 Darul Hikmah. As a result, this learning model can be used as an alternative for Civics education.

This study aims to explain and describe the cultural elements contained in an Indonesian short story entitled Kutukan Keturunan Bajak Laut by Bagus Sulistio as Indonesian language teaching material for Foreign Speakers (BIPA) level C1 and C2. The subject of this research is a short story entitle Kutukan Keturunan Bajak Laut by Bagus Sulistio. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach to systematically describe phenomena, namely cultural elements as BIPA teaching materials. Data collection techniques used reading-note techniques, literature study, and data cards. This research shows that the short story Kutukan Keturunan Bajak Laut by Bagus Sulistio contains cultural elements in the form of language, knowledge system, livelihood system, religious system and art. Elements of culture can be used as teaching materials or as an introduction to culture, especially maritime culture as a support for the language skills of BIPA teachers.

Knowing the role of school supervisors and knowing the causes of the low quality of education at SDN Lancong, Sungai Mas District as the purpose of this study. In accordance with Government Number 25 of 2000 concerning Central and Provincial Authorities as autonomous regions, it has prompted major changes in the education management sistem in Indonesia, one of which is at SDN Lancong. The causes of the low quality of education are 4 factors at SDN Lancong with a fishbone diagram, including: 1) Human/HR; 2) Environment; 3) Method; 4) Material. The results of the analysis carried out by strategies to improve the quality of education at SDN Lancong include the role of supervisors who understand their main duties and functions, hold an interesting learning sistem with technology media in increasing interest in learning and every month a learning evaluation is carried out, besides using a clean room. and convenient for students to study, repair or buy learning tools with technological advances such as using infocus, as well as facilitating Lancong Elementary School with Wi-Fi. Next Conduct special training for teachers and school supervisors for the development of creative and innovative learning methods in teaching. In addition, there is a need for further socialization or teaching training according to the 2013 curriculum which is applied with appropriate learning time arrangements, besides being able to use learning with teaching aid technology.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using genetic button media in increasing student activity and learning outcomes in Mendel's law. Learning media are materials, tools, and methods/techniques used in teaching and learning activities so that the process of educative communication interaction between teachers and students can take place effectively. This study uses qualitative methods obtained from observations of student activity in the teaching and learning process and quantitative methods obtained from students’ pre-test and post-test results. The results showed an increase in student activity from 41% to 75% and an increase in the percentage of students who obtained a complete score from 50% to 75%.

Penulis melakukan penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi penerapan sistem perkuliahan Hybrid yang diberlakukan Universitas Teuku Umar, metode yang digunakan dalam riset ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, dokumentasi dan juga observasi, agar mengetahui sejauh mana ke efektivitas program perkuliahan hybrid maka perlu narasumber yang dapat memberikan keterangan yang akurat untuk penelitian ini. Maka diputuskan mewawancarai Mahasiswa Ilmu Administrasi Negara angkatan 20, tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk melihat apakah kuliah daring yang diberlakukan pada mata kuliah umum berjalan dengan efektif atau tidak. The Purpose of this action research is to improve the competence of teachers of SMP Negeri 3 Setia Bakti, Setia Bakti District, Aceh Jaya Regency in the program of preparing lesson plans by applying the CLCK method. The School Development Program which is more commonly called the School Development Plan (RPS) contains long term, medium term, short term programs. These programs serve as a benchmark for school development. The preparation of learning implementation plans is very important, because good learning management greatly influences the preparation of Learning Implementation Plans according to indicators. The advantage of CLCK is that teachers are given examples in making lesson plans and after that they practice with the Principal and the activities carried out do not depend on others. The success of this action is due to the need for a thorough understanding of RPP. With a good understanding, the application of the CLCK Guidance Model to Subject Teachers at SMP Negeri 3 Setia Bakti, Setia Bakti District, Aceh Jaya Regency can optimize teachers' understanding of RPP through intensive coaching in the RPP Preparation program. Then the subjects in this study were subject teachers, totaling 6 people at SMP Negeri 3 Setia Bakti, Setia Bakti District, Aceh Jaya Regency with data collection techniques through observation and interviews. As for the results of the School Action Research, there are 1 teacher who is classified as very active and 5 people are classified as active, based on the results of observations in cycle II. Class teachers at SMP Negeri 3 Setia Bakti, Setia Bakti District, Aceh Jaya Regency have been creative in making Learning Implementation Plans, so that the Development Model CLCK in the Program for Preparation of Learning Implementation Plans at SMP Negeri 3 Setia Bakti, Setia Bakti District, Aceh Jaya Regency can improve teacher competence and teacher opinions are very useful for fostering CLCK in the KBM Implementation program for Middle Schools guided by the author.

Learning outside of the study program is one of the programs offered by the Independent Campus Policy, which is a new policy in the field of education. The study will concentrate on student exchange programs, internships, and village development, all of which should be evaluated for their feasibility. This study employs a qualitative technique using a case study approach, and the research indicator is David C. Korten's theory of compliance. The findings suggest that not all PTNs in West Aceh have adopted the Merdeka Campus. Although the Merdeka Campus policy has been designed to meet the demands of students, students have complained about rising living costs and the lack of precise criteria for each activity. The implementing organization in charge of the program is ineffective because there are still activities without a competent agency. The target group, students, believe that the program's implementing organization is inconsistent in formulating and issuing policies, which has a detrimental influence on students. It can be concluded that PTN has attempted to implement the independent campus policy in West Aceh, and that this is viewed positively by students; however, improvements are required so that the results of the implementation of an independent campus can provide the best results for improving the quality of higher education in West Aceh.
