Traditional static RBAC have not could satisfy the open dynamic information environment. Dynamic RBAC is researched more and more. In this paper, the dynamic of RBAC will be considered from a new perspective. A novel FRBAC (flexible role-based access control) model is discussed and analyzed. By bringing forward the concepts of role skeleton and role instance, a role can grow along with environment. By this way, we try to improve the flexibility and the expressive force of dynamic RBAC. The basic semantics and the architecture of FRBAC are introduced. The key formalized description s are presented in detail. An experiment will be displayed.

This paper constructs an integrative indicator system of corporate governance, investigates the relation of corporate governance and liquidity, and illustrates investors' valuation of cash holding. Corporate governance significantly effects cash holding and cash value. Well-governed firms tends to hold less cash, and the cash value of them is higher than that of poorly-governed firms, which means investors pay liquidity premium for good corporate governance. Our findings indicate that the development of governance mechanisms is quite important to modern firms' progress, which is valuable to comprehensive risk management of Chinese enterprises.

Data integrity in wireless sensor network is very important. Recent research has indicated that, due to its conservative CSMA/CA channel access scheme and RTS/CTS mechanism, it is not suitable to achieve data integrity in wireless networks.

Constraint Programming (CP) developed as a computer science technology which employs developments in artificial intelligence and computer programming languages. Recently, research interest in combining constraint programming with mathematical programming arose. This paper discusses integration of CP and mathematical programming for a particular class of multi-objective planning and scheduling problems arising in emergency management. Three classical objectives involved in the problems: the cost, the tardiness, and the makespan. Efficient solutions for the multiple objective function problem are determined using convex combinations of the classical objectives. The integrated algorithm solved the problems with runtimes several orders of magnitude better than other approaches.

In allusion to the insufficiencies such as knowledge acquirement, reasoning ability and self-learning ability, the paper applies neural network into expert system, combines with the system of measurement and control for grain storage, and puts forward an improved BP algorithm. This algorithm does not need the prior hypothesis model and has a good compatibility to the complete and noisy information; it also can solve the non-linear problem well. This new algorithm has coordinated contradictions between learning efficiency and convergence rate and improved skilled speed and convergence rate. From the results of experiment, we can see that the new algorithm has some advantages, such as quickly, validity and practicability.

Remote education is a new type of education mode in comparison with the conventional face-to-face education. It enables the teacher to teach students at remote sites by live broadcasting the teaching course over the network, but students usually participate in the course with the need of collaboratively referring and operating the 3D geometric models of educational objects in the live video scene of real environment. Augmented Reality (AR) technology has the potential to overcome these deficiencies and enable more natural communication between teacher and students. This paper surveys the functions of AR in education and describes a shared AR environment for remote education (ARERE) to build a typical AR-based remote education system, which overlays computer generated educational information on the live video scene of real education locale and shares the augmented video scene among all participant students, providing the opportunity for students to interactively and collaboratively participate in the AR-based study environment. The potential of ARERE is illustrated through a simulation scenario and the results prove that it yields superior quality compared to the traditional form of remote education.

The channel of Low Voltage Powerline Carrier Network is known for its hostile nature in transmitting electrical signal, nodes of the network are not stationary and the network topology is time varying volatility. So in order to reduce the collision in utmost level, to improve the successful probability of communication and to guarantee the real-time of data packet and the stability of Medium Access Control protocol when the network is in high load conditions or the network scale. We propose a new medium access control protocol solution based periodic contention random multiple access, Time Slot Multiple Access/real-time protocol. We use the Matlab to simulate our algorithm, which is an improvement of the well known Pure Aloha protocol and Slott ed Aloha protocol in real-time and stability.

According to the comparing of three models of the staggered shear panels structure and one models of the traditional frame-shear panels structure under low-cyclic loading, the performance of the staggered shear panels, such as failure appearance, hysteretic characteristics, energy dissipation capacity, rigidity degeneration, displacement ductility. The result is follows: comparing to the traditional shear panels structure, the staggered shear panels structure has higher lateral stiffness, and present better initial rigid. It's displacement ductility and energy dissipation capacity is a little lower than the traditional shear panels structure, but when the layout wall is rational and structural measure is proper, the staggered shear panels structure still have good displacement ductility for seismic resistance.

Most automatic speech recognition systems have concentrated exclusively on the acoustic speech signal, and therefore they are susceptible to acoustic noise. The benefits from visual speech cues have motivated significant interest in automatic lip-reading, which aims at improving automatic speech recognition by exploiting informative visual features of a speaker's mouth region, which means speaker lip motion stands out as the most linguistically visual feature. In this paper, we present a new improved robust lip location and tracking approach, aims at improving the lip-reading accuracy. Lip regions of interest are detected by a new method, combining with Intel Open source (OpenCV). In this new method, we analyze the distribution relationship between faces, eyes and mouth, and then the mouth region can be easily located. It can be proved as an effective method for lip tracking. In the subsequent step, color space is transferred to Lab from RGB color space, and a component of Lab color space is used for extracting lip segmentation and tracking lip region more accurately and efficiently from video sequences of a speaker's talking face in different lighting conditions, and with different lip shapes and head poses. Extensive experiments show that our proposed method can achieve superior performance to other similar lip tracking approaches, and then can be effectively integrated in lip-reading or visual speech recognition systems.
