SIP based VoIP is a key enabling technology for the migration of circuit-switched PSTN architecture to packet-based networks. But the real world did not choose to implement and deploy SIP as initially envisioned by their inventors. The reason is ascribed to SIP spam and accounting problems. The root of this problem is SIP is an Email like protocol, no trust relationship between SIP communication partners. SIP peering is a subject of how to construct trust relationship among SIP Service Providers. And in peering scenario, routing is the most important issues. We introduce distance vector algorithm into SIP routing area, by this approach, SIP service providers can dynamically construct trust relationship with each other, can also lower costs, improve call quality and offer new IP-enabled services to their enterprise customers.

In this paper, by applying Turbo principle to convolutionally coded synchronous multi-carrier DS-CDMA, we propose Turbo parallel interference cancellation and decoding, which is termed Turbo PIC/decoding. By analysis, we derive a modified form of Turbo PIC/decoding. We make simulations for Turbo PIC/decoding and its modified form by the computer. The simulation results show that Turbo PIC/decoding obtains the most dominant performance improvement for the first three iterations, but up to the fourth iteration, the performance improves little. It is also shown that both Turbo PIC/decoding and its modified form acquire better performance with a posteriori log-likelihood rate (LLR) feedback than with a priori LLR feedback and with the same LLR feedback, the modified form is only slightly inferior to the Turbo PIC/decoding with a lower complexity. Besides, we also compare the performance of the modified forms of the Turbo PIC/decoding with different interference cancellation (IC) weights, which shows that the modified form of Turbo PIC/decoding exhibits better performance with IC weights than with no IC weights for each iteration.

In this paper, a wideband LC VCO with small Kvco fluctuation for RFID synthesizer application is designed using SMIC 0.18 mum standard CMOS process. The switched capacitor array and switched varactor array are used for wideband design. The VCO exhibited Kvco fluctuation of only 29%, which is about one third that of a conventional VCO. The simulation results show that the tuning frequency range is 64% from 0.76 GHz to 1.48 GHz, VCO Gain is from 41 MHz to 62 MHz with power consumption of about 9 mW at 1.8 V supply. The measured phase noise is less than -90 dBc/Hz at 100 kHz offset within the entire tuning range.

In this paper, we proposed a new scheme of cooperative relaying scheme base on orthogonal superposition modulation and soft demodulation which is similar with multiuser detection. The new scheme can be considered as a different way to achieve a similar purpose with superposition modulation [6]. We optimized the parameter in order to achieve the best performance. Simulation results show that our new scheme outperform the classical cooperation based on decode-and-forward by about 1-2 dB at the same complexity.

This paper presents a stochastic control method for networked control systems (NCSs) with time-varying sampling periods and random delay. The random delay of the NCS is modelled as intervals governed by a Markov chain. With the switching of the sampling periods, a discrete-time Markovian jump system with parameter uncertainties is presented to model the NCS. By introducing a delay-compensating control term, we construct an augmented state feedback controller. The controller gains can be constructed via LMIs using the stochastic Lyapunov function approach. An example is given to show the proposed results.

Based on the characteristics study of binary decision diagrams (BDDs) of logic functions, a method using the characteristic triangle (CT) to detect logic functions suitable for XOR logic implementation is presented and a corresponding algorithm is developed. The proposed algorithm is implemented in C and tested on MCNC benchmarks. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is efficient compared with published results.

When dealing with decentralized estimation problem of dynamic stochastic process in a sensor network, it is important to reduce the cost of communicating the local information due to bandwidth constraints. Thus, only quantized messages of the original information from local sensor are available. For a class of vector state-vector observation model, an adaptive quantization strategy and sequential filter technique are introduced to design fusion algorithms in this paper. According to different forms of original information, two suboptimal Kalman filters are presented based on quantized measurements (KFQM) and quantized innovations (KFQI) respectively. In contrast, the latter has better estimation accuracy under the same bandwidth constraints because of the less information loss while quantizing innovations. Computer simulations show the effectiveness of both methods.

In this paper, the capacity of joint transmit and receive antenna selection systems is investigated. Due to the difficulty in math, a general and closed-form capacity expression has not been obtained in previous works. In this paper, in terms of capacity maximization, we derive a closed-form upper bound of capacity for joint transmit and receive antenna selection systems. Our capacity bound is general for the system in which Ms out of M transmit antennas and Ns out of N receive antennas are selected arbitrarily. Simulations results show that our capacity results match the Monte Carlo results perfectly and are tighter than otherpsilas capacity bounds.

Chinapsilas scientific research and scientific research device of ocean especially deep-ocean has developed rapidly during recent years. But till now research device and monitoring system are power supplied by underwater lithium batteries. Underwater lithium batteries powering method has many disadvantages and constrains the development of deep-sea scientific research. So a new mixed transmission technology based on the armored coaxial cable PLC (power line carrier) is proposed. This new technology can transfer direct-current high power source, real-time color image and data of both host and slave at the same time. This technology made the superposition of direct-current power source and SHDSL data signal mainly by capacitance coupling and low-frequency filtering. It adopts coaxial cable as the media for the data signal and power signal mixture transmission. Thus the goal of high-speed and long-distance transmission can be achieved.
