This study aims to determine the level of physical condition of strength, speed, and endurance in athletes in the age group of 14 SSB Bina Muda Juwana Pati in 2021. This study used a survey method with a quantitative research type with a descriptive approach. The research sample was athletes at SSB Bina Muda Juwana with a total of 20 athletes in the age group of 14 years. The research instrument used measurements of speed (sprinting 40 meters), Strength (Push Ups and Sit Ups 2 minutes), endurance (12 Minutes Run). The data analysis technique used is descriptive percentage. The results of the research conducted by researchers on the physical condition of strength with Sit Up exercises which obtained good results, and Push Up exercises which obtained moderate results. The physical condition of speed got the overall result that the speed level seen from the 50 meter running exercise was in the very good category. The physical condition of endurance as measured by running exercises with a distance of 2.4 Km then calculated the time obtained for the players to get the results into the good category. The conclusions in this study, it can be concluded that the physical condition of strength in the 14 year age group at SSB Bina Muda Juwana Pati in 2021 is categorized as good.

In a wrestling match, good physical and technical conditions are needed to achieve maximum performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the physical condition and technique of wrestling athletes in Blora Regency. The research method uses descriptive quantitative. The instruments used are pretest, and documentation. The subjects of this study were all members of the wrestling athlete club in Blora Regency. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistical techniques. Data analysis by collecting data, reducing data, and presenting data, and drawing data conclusions. The results showed that of the 10 male athletes who were in the good category, 40% were sufficient, 20% less, 30% less, and 10% less. Meanwhile, of the 4 female athletes who are in the good category, 25%, 50% enough and 25% less. From the results of the physical condition test above, the highest score is 553, the average value is 498. As for the female athletes, the maximum score is 529 with an average value of 505. Meanwhile, the results of the technical skill test assessment test obtained the following data from a total of 10 male athletes. test participants who entered the good category 20%, 30% enough, 10% very good. Meanwhile, for female athletes, data were obtained that included 25%, 25% less, and 50% less. so it can be concluded that the physical condition and technique of the Blora wrestling athletes are in the "enough" category. Suggestions for coaches and supervisors for the PGSI Regency Blora Regency are to add more training programs to improve the physical and technical conditions of players and look for young athletes to achieve maximum performance.

This study aims to determine the anatomical structure of the body of a shot put athlete. The research method used in this study is a quantitative approach. The sampling technique uses (purposive) or based on the purpose of not having overlapping data when conducting data analysis. The results of the research conducted showed that the condition of the shot put athlete who took part in the 2021 POPNAS selection in Central Java was said to be moderate with a BMI of 28.08 so it was said to be obese and with the results of a speed of 5.2 seconds, running 30 meters was said to be moderate, flexibility 16 cm, agility 12 seconds, up and down 59 times. . With the psychological level of athletes in the good category of shot put with an average value of 72.8%, for muscle explosive power of 3.95 it is said to be moderate. The conclusion is not only body posture but physical condition is very taken into account in this study, the physical condition of the shot put athletes who took part in the 2021 POPNAS selection in Central Java can be said to be with moderate criteria. Physical condition is very important especially for an athletic athlete in the shot put number because it is to balance a large body posture.

This learning method using a skateboard and pullbuoy is very effective in students' initial learning to swim, and is practiced by students from the Abdul Aquatic Course Semarang club by swimming using a crawl style and a distance of 25m. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the learning method using skateboards and pullbuoys on the 25m crawl style swimming speed of Abdul Aquatic Course Semarang students. As well as the difference and which is better between a skateboard and a pullbuoy. This study refers to a quantitative approach and the method used by this researcher is an experimental method, which is a step to compare the tools between a skateboard and a pullbuoy in the initial movement of the crawl style. The target of this research is the student club Abdul Aquatic Course (AAC) Semarang. The data analysis technique in this study used inferential statistical analysis, hypothesis testing. The results showed that the R-square value of the learning method using the pull buoy was greater than the exercise using a skateboard. This means, "training using a pull buoy is better to use in increasing the speed of the 25-meter crawl style swimming for the students of Club Abdul Aquatic Course (AAC) Semarang." The conclusion is that the exercise using a pullbuoy is better than a skateboard in increasing the speed of swimming in the 25-meter crawl style of students at the Abdul Aquatic Course Semarang club. The advice obtained by the researcher is that the trainer is expected to be able to use exercises using pullbuoys as a form of training program at a crawl speed swimming style of 25 meters.

Abstract Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan persepsi guru, persepsi siswa, persepsi orang tua dan kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring PJOK. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data melalui triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi metode, sedangkan teknik analisis data mencakup reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring PJOK dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan penyampaian materi dan praktik. Persepsi guru, pembelajaran daring tidak seefektif pembelajaran tatap muka. Persepsi siswa, siswa tidak senang dengan pembelajaran daring karena tidak bisa bertemu dengan guru dan teman-temannya. Persepsi orang tua, pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring kurang efektif, karena pelajaran PJOK banyak praktik. Kendala yang dihadapi jaringan internet kurang stabil dan sarana prasarana yang belum memadai. Simpulan, persepsi guru, siswa dan orang tua terhadap pembelajaran daring PJOK kurang efektif. Saran, perlu meningkatkan kerjasama antara guru, siswa dan orang tua untuk keberlangsungan pembelajaran PJOK secara daring agar dapat mencapai tujuan pembelajaran yang sudah ditetapkan. Abstract The purpose of this study was to describe teacher perceptions, student perceptions, parents' perceptions and the obstacles faced in implementing PJOK online learning. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The validity of the data is through source triangulation and method triangulation, while data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the implementation of PJOK online learning was carried out through material and practical delivery activities. The teacher's perception is that online learning is not as effective as face-to-face learning. Perceptions of students, students are not happy with online learning because they cannot meet the teacher and their friends. Parents' perception is that the implementation of online learning is less effective, because PJOK lessons have a lot of practice. The obstacles faced by the internet network are less stable and infrastructure facilities that are not yet adequate. In conclusion, the perception of teachers, students and parents towards PJOK online learning is less effective. Suggestions, it is necessary to increase collaboration between teachers, students and parents for the continuity of online PJOK learning in order to achieve the learning objectives that have been set.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring PJOK dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan penyampaian materi dan praktik. Persepsi guru, pembelajaran daring tidak seefektif pembelajaran tatap muka. Persepsi siswa, siswa tidak senang dengan pembelajaran daring karena tidak bisa bertemu dengan guru dan teman-temannya. Persepsi orang tua, pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring kurang efektif, karena pelajaran PJOK banyak praktik. Kendala yang dihadapi jaringan internet kurang stabil dan sarana prasarana yang belum memadai. Simpulan, persepsi guru, siswa dan orang tua terhadap pembelajaran daring PJOK kurang efektif. Saran, perlu meningkatkan kerjasama antara guru, siswa dan orang tua untuk keberlangsungan pembelajaran PJOK secara daring agar dapat mencapai tujuan pembelajaran yang sudah ditetapkan. Abstract The purpose of this study was to describe teacher perceptions, student perceptions, parents' perceptions and the obstacles faced in implementing PJOK online learning. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The validity of the data is through source triangulation and method triangulation, while data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the implementation of PJOK online learning was carried out through material and practical delivery activities. The teacher's perception is that online learning is not as effective as face-to-face learning. Perceptions of students, students are not happy with online learning because they cannot meet the teacher and their friends. Parents' perception is that the implementation of online learning is less effective, because PJOK lessons have a lot of practice. The obstacles faced by the internet network are less stable and infrastructure facilities that are not yet adequate. In conclusion, the perception of teachers, students and parents towards PJOK online learning is less effective. Movement skills must be possessed by an athlete, with good and correct mastery of techniques are expected to be outstanding players, especially novice and junior players. Biomechanics is the science of human gestures using the principles of mechanics by combining several disciplines. With technology, biomechanics is growing and becoming a reference by athletes and coaches. The purpose of the study was to analyze the spike motion skills of  junior players in SBV. PERVOPA Patemon is reviewed in terms of biomechanics which includes the prefix phase, repulsion phase,  ball impact phase  , landing phase, and total time from start to landing so that it can be used as learning to improve spike movement to be more effective and efficient. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The sample is the 2 best SBV athletes. PERVOPA Patemon who has  good and correct spike skills with open spike and quick spike positions. The instrument used is in the form of video documentation using a spike skill test from Nurhasan which will be analyzed for movement using kinovea software, as well as its power spike. The results of the research Pervopa Patemon's unior athlete spike technique skill level of 100% good category. Open spikes have a total time from the prefix phase to the landing phase which is longer compared to a quick spike. The time of hitting the ball, the height of the jump, and the body mass greatly affect the results of the power spike.

The learning process of PJOK during the pandemic, obstacles or obstacles to online learning, and the ability to understand students in PJOK learning. This study aims to find out how the application of online learning to PJOK subjects during a pandemic.The method used is a qualitative research method. The focus and locus in this study are the teachers and learners of PJOK subjects at the State Vocational High School 01 Pabelan. Data collection is carried out using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is carried out descriptively by explaining, managing, describing, and interpreting the results of the study with the sentence structure of the problem under study.PJOK online learning at The State Vocational High School 01 Pabelan uses whatsapp, Google meet, and Google classroom applications to carry out learning. Online learning cannot run smoothly. There are still many obstacles and obstacles when online learning in PJOK subjects. The ability of students in understanding a material is not in accordance with what is expected by the PJOK Teacher. From the results of the study, it was concluded that online learning in PJOK subjects at the State Vocational High School 01 Pabelan, uses the Whatsapp application, Google classroom, and Google meet as learning media. The implementation of online learning is still found to be a lot of obstacles that prevent students from having difficulty understanding the PJOK learning material. The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation and management of sports extracurricular activities at SMP Negeri 1 Muntilan, Magelang Regency and to describe the constraints on the implementation of sports extracurricular activities at SMP Negeri 1 Muntilan, Magelang Regency. The results of this study that extracurricular management at SMP Negeri 1 Muntilan has gone well with the obtaining of attendance journals and training programs, but in organizing at SMP Negeri 1 Muntilan, Magelang Regency, only a part has an organizational structure that specifically handles extracurricular activities. The obstacles faced in implementing extracurricular activities include; time, infrastructure, weather and equipment financing. The conclusion in this study is that the management of sports extracurricular activities at SMP Negeri 1 Muntilan has been going well with the discovery of an existing journal of attendance and training programs and the obstacles faced in implementing sports extracurricular activities at SMP Negeri 1 Muntilan, namely; time, facilities and infrastructure, as well as the weather and the less enthusiastic interest of female students.

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of learning the scope of the small ball game material during the pandemic in Elementary Schools in Welahan District, Jepara Regency including planning, implementation, evaluation and learning creativity. Using qualitative research with a descriptive approach, triangulation data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation, data sources consist of 8 elementary schools, data analysis with data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the research on learning planning teachers have made syllabus, lesson plans, teaching materials, learning media, LKPD, assessment instruments, the implementation of offline learning is carried out once a week, learning evaluations have been carried out covering 3 aspects, namely cognitive, affective and psychomotor, learning creativity is carried out closely. simplification of basic techniques, game rules and how to play. The conclusion of the research for learning planning in the category is quite good because the teacher has prepared learning tools, the implementation of learning is in the good category because it can run in a pandemic condition, the evaluation of learning in the category is quite good which includes cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects and the creativity of learning in the good category includes simplification of basic techniques, regulations games and how to play.

Collecting data using triangulation methods with observation, interviews and documentation. The instruments used are instrument interviews and documentation. The data analysis model used in this study is SWOT analysis.The results of the study are as follows : Strength : increase the ability of teachers and students in using technology. Weakness : PJOK teachers cannot monitor and evaluate student movements directly. Opportunities : there are students who become more creative. Threats : students feel they do not understand the material given by the PJOK teacher because it is only theory.
