Kendala Kegiatan Ekstrakurikuler Olahraga di SMA Negeri 1 Randublatung Kecamatan Randublatung Kabupaten Blora 布洛拉地区兰杜布拉通分区 SMA Negeri 1 课外体育活动的制约因素

This study aims to explain sports extracurricular activities and the obstacles that affect sports extracurricular activities at SMA Negeri 1 Randublatung, Randublatung District, Blora Regency. This type of research is descriptive quantitative using survey methods and data collection techniques using questionnaires/questionnaires. The data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive as outlined in the form of a percentage. The results showed that the constraints on sports extracurricular activities at SMA Negeri 1 Randublatung came from the physiological factors of the respondents 55 or equal to 50% in the unfavorable category, the psychological factors of the respondents 62 or equal to 56.36% in the good category, the respondent's school factors 64 or the same with 58.18% in the good category, and the respondent's family factor 60 or equal to 54.55% in the good category. Conclusions: 1. The process of sports extracurricular activities at SMA Negeri 1 Randublatung is in good condition, 2. the constraints of various factors that cause the extracurricular activities do not run smoothly, in the form of a lack of interest in participating in sports extracurricular activities and have the potential to develop students who are talented, extracurricular activities were stopped due to Covid-19 so they will be carried out again after things return to normal

Analisis Pembinaan Prestasi Cabang Olahraga Sepak Bola di Sekolah Sepak Bola (SSB) Se-Kabupaten Pati 帕提地区足球学校(SSB)足球运动分支成就发展分析

The purpose of this study was to find out how the development of football school achievement in the Pati district. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The object of this research is SSB Soegondo, SSB Bina Mandiri, SSB Basoka, SSB Regaloh and SSB Merpati Putra Karaban. The research data instrument was processed using the triangulation method. The results of the research conducted showed that, 1) Coaching includes the mass, nursery and achievement stages, 2) Recruitment of athletes without any special selection to join, 3) Recruitment of licensed training, 4) The training program implemented is good, namely there is physical exercise, mental training and technical training, 5) Completeness of facilities and infrastructure in good category but still need to be added to develop training, 6) Organization in SSB is structured and running smoothly, 7) Funding for SSB comes from the SSB student tuition. In conclusion, the SSB development process in the Pati Regency area has been going well, starting from student recruitment or holding tournaments, the existence of an organization, infrastructure, although it is not yet complete, but it is sufficient to carry out training and the achievements of several SSBs.

Pelaksanaan Penilaian Hasil Pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani pada Siswa Tuna Grahita SLB Se-Kota Semarang 三宝垄SLB学校残疾学生体育学习成果评估的实施情况

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the assessment of physical education learning outcomes from the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects of mentally retarded students in SLB Semarang City.This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data is done by triangulation. Data analysis was carried out by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the implementation of the assessment of physical education learning outcomes  from the cognitive aspect is given based on the knowledge ability of each student. Assessment of the affective aspect is given based on the ability and character of each student. Assessment of the psychomotor aspect is given based on the ability of the skills of each student.
本研究的目的是从认知、情感和心理运动方面确定三宝垄市 SLB 弱智学生体育学习成果评估的实施情况。数据收集技术通过观察、访谈和记录来实现。数据的有效性通过三角测量法实现。数据分析通过收集数据、还原数据、展示数据和得出结论来进行。结果表明,从认知方面实施体育学习成果评价,是根据每个学生的知识能力给予评价。情感方面的评价是基于每个学生的能力和性格。心理运动方面的评价是基于每个学生的技能能力。

Persepsi Orang Tua terhadap Pembelajaran Daring Pendidikan Jasmani di Sekolah Dasar 家长对小学体育在线学习的看法

The purpose of this study is to find out how parents perceive online physical education learning at Al Madina Islamic Elementary School for the 2020/2021 Academic Year. This research method is Qualitative Etnography. The subjects of this study were parents of 30 students. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. This results of this study indicate that the average student’s parents have the perception that physical education online learning causes a decrease in students’ enthusiasm for learning, causing students to only get grades or learning outcomes and mastery of the material is less than optimal. Parents assume that the practical learning process is also less than optimal due to the lack of tools used as media for childrens’s practice at home and the absence of supervision from the teacher so that children or students do not know what is being done is right or wrong. The conclusion of this study is that parents have the perception that online learning of physical education causes a decrese in students’ enthusiasm for learning. Then parents assume that the teacher only focuses on providing materials and in practice there is no supervision from the teacher and the rest is left to parents and students.

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of PJOK online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic in junior high schools throughout the Dempet District, Demak Regency, for the 2020/2021 academic year, including planning, implementing and evaluating learning. This study used a qualitative research with a descriptive approach, with data sources taken from 6 principals, 8 PJOK teachers and 36 students, 6 students from each school were taken as samples. The result of the research is that most of the teachers have made learning plans according to distance learning. The implementation of PJOK learning is carried out in 2 ways, namely the online method using WhatsApp media and google forms, and the blended learning method by dividing by half the number of students in each class for face-to-face and online, for online using WhatsApp. Evaluation has been carried out through three aspects, namely affective, cognitive and psychomotor. In conclusion, the implementation of PJOK online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic in junior high schools throughout the Dempet District, Demak Regency, for the 2020/2021 academic year is quite good.

Analisis Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran Kelas X Mapel PJOK Ditinjau dari HOTS di SMK Se-Kecamatan Kebumen 凯布门县职业学校 HOTS 检查中对十年级体育科目学习实施计划的分析

This study aims to analyze how well the class X PJOK RPP is about learning based on Higher Order Thinking Skills in SMKs in Kebumen District. This research is quantitative descriptive. The method in this research is survey. The population in this study were all PE teachers in SMK throughout Kebumen District The data analysis technique of this research is descriptive analysis. The results of the analysis of the lesson plan analysis for Class X Mapel PE in Vocational Schools throughout the Kebumen District in terms of HOTS showed the "very good" category with a percentage of 30%, the "good" category with a percentage of 30%, the "enough" category with a percentage of 30%, the category " less” with a percentage of 0%, the category of “very poor” with a percentage of 10%. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the PE teachers in Vocational Schools throughout the Kebumen District have prepared the RPP properly and in accordance with the HOTS. Suggestions that researchers can give for PE teachers whose RPP is still in the sufficient category, the teacher should use operational verbs C4, C5, and C6, in choosing the method the teacher should use Discovery/Inquiry Learning, Problem based Learning, Project

This study aims to determine the development of athletic sports achievement in Demak Regency. The method used is a combination of quantitative and qualitative with a population of 12 athletes and 10 coaches. The sample used for all athletes and coaches in Demak Regency found 22 people. The test instrument used observation, questionnaires and interviews. The analysis technique uses the score percentage formula and the descriptive category table percentage from Anas Sudjiono 2012. Survei Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani Adaptif SMPLB di Kabupaten Semarang 三宝垄地区SMPLB的适应性体育教育学习实施情况调查

This study aims to determine the process of implementing adaptive physical education learning at SMPLB in Semarang Regency. The method used is descriptive quantitative with a population of 5 SMPLB and the sample used in all adaptive physical education teachers in Semarang Regency is 5 teachers (stratified random sampling). The test instrument uses observation, questionnaires and documentation. The analysis technique used the percentage score formula and the descriptive analysis criteria table percentage from Mohammad Ali in 1993. The results showed (1) the implementation of adaptive physical education learning at SMPLB in Semarang Regency was included in the good category with a percentage of 60%. (2) learning planning for adaptive physical education at SMPLB in Semarang Regency is in the good category with a percentage of 60%. (3) the process of implementing the SMPLB adaptive physical education learning process in Semarang district is included in the very good category with a percentage of 80%. (4) evaluation of adaptive physical education learning at SMPLB in Semarang Regency is included in the good category with a percentage of 80%.. The implementation of adaptive physical education learning at SMPLB in Semarang Regency has been going well, because it has succeeded in preparing and implementing 3 units, namely planning, process, and evaluation in learning.

The results of this study indicate that the swimming athlete coaching program includes theoretical and practical aspects with reference to the program that has been prepared by the coach, namely the long-term program. The use of this longterm training program can make it easier for coaches to control athlete development. The coaching program that the coach provides also includes the mental aspect, namely by providing reaction and mindset exercises so that athletes do not feel afraid when participating in competitions. Then from the skill aspect, the trainer provides swimming exercises on land and anaerobic on land. And from the physical aspect, the trainer provides additional training, namely running and fitness to maintain athlete fitness. Management at the club still has many shortcomings, especially in the area of funding. Most of the income is obtained only from donations from athletes so that it is only sufficient for internal needs. The infrastructure of the coaching program still uses swimming pools in privately owned tourist attractions, so the coaching takes visitors away from 14.00-17.00. From the results of the study, it is known that the achievements at Pemalang Shark Swimming Club are always consistent in winning in every championship they participate in.

The purpose of the research is that gymnastic members perform aerobic exercise activities to form a good body composition, namely Body Mass Index (BMI) and a good percentage of body fat. The purpose of this study was to determine and identify the body composition of members of aerobic exercise in a studio in the district of Gunungpati. Descriptive quantitative research method with survey techniques and research design used is a cross-sectional research design, the subjects in this study are members of the gymnastics studio in the district of Gunungpati. Collecting data using total sampling technique using survey data collection methods on body composition. Then the data analysis technique using descriptive statistics with percentages. The conclusion from this study is that the average Body Mass Index (BMI) of gymnastics members is 26.57 kg/m² and is included in the obesity category I. The average body fat percentage of gymnastic members is 26.5% and is included in the normal category (fat average). And there is a relationship between Body Mass Index (BMI) and body fat percentage of r = 0.742. Suggestions given by researchers are:1) For members, it is hoped that they can be more diligent in participating in aerobic exercise classes, because if these gymnastic activities can run continuously, it will have a positive impact on members.2) For instructors, it is hoped that they will be more active in justifying members' movements, providing direction and motivation to members
