Ipomoea reptans L. is ones type of vegetable that is consumed by the people of Gorontalo. The Mo’awota farmer group harvests every day. The obstacle faced is the lack of knowledge about organic cultivation and farming analysis so that farmer do not know the amount of income obtained from their farming. The purpose of this activity is to increase farmers’ knowledge about the importance of farming analysis and pest control proper and enviromentally friendly farming so as to production that is safe for consumers. The activity was by providing counseling in the Mo’awota farmer group Bulango Timur and conducting pree tests, post tests and calculating farming analysis. The results show that there is increase in farmers’ knowledge about organic farming and pest and desease control. The results of farming analysis obtained that the average income each farmer is Rp.1.060.000,-/month and R/C ratio of 2,12.

Hypertension is a disease that causes premature death especially among the elderly. However, the awareness and participation of the elderly are still low in efforts to control hypertension. Cadres and families have roles as companions for the elderly in carrying out activities, meeting daily needs, and providing access to good health services for the elderly. Therefore, it is essential to convey helpful information to cadres and families. However, no media can facilitate appropriate information that can be used at this time. This study is interested in doing a health information module to increase the empowerment of cadres to achieve healthy elderly in the community. Two stages have been carried out in the implementation. First, there is the preparation in the form of modules, and the second is socialization or training to the audience. The knowledge evaluation process was carried out using a questionnaire consisting of 10 questions related to hypertension information and elderly care. The analysis was performed by paired t-test. The results showed differences in participants' knowledge before and after being given community socialization (p-value of 0.000). The results of this evaluation indicate that socialization can increase participants' knowledge. Therefore, it is recommended to include education activities into community as part of healthy initiative. Keywords: elderly; hypertension; integrated healthcare center

Stunting is currently a nutritional problem caused by multifactors and requires multisectoral treatment. The potential of posyandu cadres as drivers of the health sector, especially monitoring the growth of toddlers to increase knowledge and skills in helping prevent and overcome nutritional problems (stunting). The problem of stunting in the partner village (Tawangsari village) shows that the provision of food (ASI and MP-ASI) for infants and under-fives is not optimal. The goal of this activity is to increase the knowledge of health cadres and mothers of stunting toddlers about the importance of providing complementary feeding and the practice of food processing techniques made from local foods as the basic ingredients in making MP-ASI and growth monitoring of toddlers. This training is lecture, discussion, demonstration and simulation. Activity is that there is an increase in nutritional knowledge of posyandu cadres and mothers of children under five growth monitoring.

Appropriate technology in the process of making bread dough is needed to make the manufacturing process more faster which in turn will increase productivity. The process of mixing the tawa bread dough at the Roti Ketawa Business in Melati II Duku Village, Perbaungan District, Serdang Bedagai Regency, the average production capacity per day uses 300 kg of wheat flour, and is still done manually using human hands. Covid – 19 has had an impact on various sectors, one of which is the education sector. Online learning or distance learning is a must. Online learning is felt by all levels of education. The teacher gives school assignments through online learning support applications or whatsappgroups. This is felt by children and parents in Sumberkolak Village, Panarukan District, Situbondo Regency. Resulting in dependence on using gadgets and reducing interest in reading. And other general knowledge. Parents feel overwhelmed in guiding their sons and daughters in doing schoolwork. They also have free time which is not accompanied by productive activities. Back to Village Community Service Program as an effort to empower the community organized by UNEJ is oriented towards optimizing children's literacy. The activity focuses on literacy and learning activists for elementary school children. This activity uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method. Sweet potatoes are plants that have stem tubers. There are a variety of kinds based on the color of its tuber, such as white, yellow, and purple. The purple color in purple sweet potato is caused due to the existence of anthocyanins. Purple sweet potato was chosen because it gives health benefits to its consumer as it contains beta-carotene and anthocyanins as sources of antioxidants. Because of its benefits, it can be said that purple sweet potato is one of the food security sources for families. Thus, the cultivation of purple sweet potato is necessary and pioneered by Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT), such as KWT Bayur Lestari by utilizing the existing yard. The plantation was done using sacks in order to minimize the used area. The aim of this activity is to increase the knowledge and skills of KWT Bayur Lestari in cultivation using the existing yard. The results of the community service program showed an increase in knowledge based on test results of 18,26 points, from 80,43 points to 98,70.

ABSTRAK Getuk lindri merupakan salah satu sajian tradisional yang banyak dijumpai di daerah Jawa, terutama Jawa Tengah. Besarnya permintaan produk getuk lindri ditangkap oleh ibu Sustin warga Desa Mlaten Kec Puri Kab Mojokerto sebagai peluang usaha yang menjanjikan. Ibu Sustin mengalami kendala pengembangan usaha nya, dan menyampaikan kepada pengusul dengan harapan ada solusi pengembangan usahanya. Produksi usaha ibu Sustin, terdapat tiga bidang yang akan di tangani yaitu 1) bidang manajemen usaha (keuangan), 2) bidang produksi dan 3) bidang pemasaran. Solusi masalah adalah : 1) tatakelola manajemen atau tatakelola keuangan usaha dengan pelatihan pembukuan keuangan usaha, 2) diversifikasi bentuk dan tampilan produksi dengan introdusir penggunaan bahan campuran halal dan menyehatkan, dan 3) introdusir teknik pengemasan dan teknik pemasaran produk dengan mempergunakan IT. Disain Logo dan Merek usaha, penggunaan kemasan berbagai ukuran dan format produk usaha dan enyiapkan brosur dan poster produk usaha sebagai usaha promosi. Metode yang akan digunakan : 1. penyampaian informasi dan pelatihan, 2. penyiapan peralatan yang dimaksud dan pelatihan operasional perlatan, 3 pendampingan dan simulasi agar didapatkan hasil produksi yang terbaik dan 4. publikasi nasional terakreditasi. Hasil yang diharapkan : lebih menguntungkan, proses lebih cepat, lebih baik tampilannya, rasa lebih enak, produk lebih higienis dan sehat, produk lebih bervariatif, lebih mudah dilaksanakan dan lebih bisa memperluas lapangan pekerjaan di daerah pedesaan. Hasil pelaksanaan disimpulkan : 1. Bidang manajemen usaha : Mitra mengerti dan pengetahuan akan menerapkan pembukuan keuangan. 2. Bidang produksi : Mitra mampu mengembangkan kreasi 5 macam : Bentuk bunga mawar berwarna, Bentuk gulung berwarna, Bentuk gulung lapis, Bentuk gulung klasik dan Keripik gethuk, 3. Bidang pemasaran hasil : Terbentuk logo dan merek usaha, tersedia Blog promo produk usaha, kemasan berbagai ukuran dan Brosur dan Poster. 4. This service is motivated by the problem of the low income of the people of Cibodas Village. One of the efforts to increase people's income is to increase the added value of cow's milk as one of the superior products of Cibodas Village into several dairy products that have higher added value. Increased value added by differentiation of dairy products, will increase people's income. However, most people do not have the skills to process dairy products. For this purpose, people need skills to process whole milk into other processed products (differentiate) and develop differentiated products by branding and packaging dairy products to be more informative and attractive. Based on this, this service activity aims to provide community assistance through milk processing training activities, providing product brands and packaging dairy products. The method of service carried out is by direct participation with assistance to the wives of cow breeders who are members of the PKK Karya Ibu Desa Cibodas Lembang who are partners in this research. The result of this service is an increase in partners' skills in making dairy products, determining brands, packaging, producing ready-to-sell dairy product differentiation and projecting partners' business profit and loss.
