Adolescence is a period when someone begins to build broader social relationships and make decisions independently. However, many cases of adolescent social relationships actually provide negative experiences that hinder their development and threaten their future. Adolescents who live in orphanage have greater vulnerability to trapped in unhealthy social relationships. Assertiveness is the quality of a person to believe in himself, being able to communicate his thoughts, feelings, and emotions without driven by fear of others. Assertiveness assistance to adolescents in orphanages is important because assertiveness is a complement to the values and norms they receive in schools and orphanages. Without assertiveness, their knowledge of values and norms will not be effective. Assertiveness is a psychological construct that can be changed through a behavioral intervention program. With this assertiveness assistance program,we hope adolescents in orphanage could develop positive social relationships and reject negative invitations or pressures that make them trapped in unhealthy relationships, so that their future could be better.

The Covid 19 pandemic has an impact on the decline in sales of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) because most MSMEs cannot sell their products freely due to physical distancing policies and Large-Scale Social Restrictions. Meanwhile, many MSMEs have not been able to sell their products online because they do not have the skills to sell online. The purpose of this community service is training and online marketing assistance to the Business Group for Increasing Prosperous Family Income (UPPKS) in Lowokwaru District. The method of implementing activities is training to create business Instagram and Facebook accounts, techniques for taking photos of products, producing marketing videos, uploading product photos, tips on finding consumers, packaging techniques and product delivery. Partners are “atiqa” UPPKS members who produce handicrafts such as bags, wallets, tissue holders and mask. The result of the activity for 6 months was the joining of partners at the Shopee market place, active Instagram and business Facebook. Sales increase during the Covid 19 pandemic due to partners producing mask. The gross revenue from 1,500,000 rupiah per month increases to 3,000,000-6,500,000 rupiah per month. Online sales can expand the marketing area, unlimited sales of time so as to increase sales.It is hope that other UPPKS members and MSMEs can sell online in order to increase revenue. The globalization of the labor market led to increased labor competition in the country. The influx of foreign workers makes domestic workers have to prepare themselves to be able to compete competitively. To win the competition, the labor must have the competency certification required by labor users. This competency certification is issued by a competent certification body. Competency certification covers various fields, including competencies in the field of accounting, which has an important role in the company as the party responsible for preparing financial statements. The need for competency information underlies the Community Service team majoring in Accounting to socialize how the mechanisms and techniques to obtain Accounting Technician competency certification. This socialization was packaged in a Webinar forum which invited 21 participants who are members of the Malang City Economics MGMP. This activity provides benefits, including providing solutions to improve the understanding and capabilities of Accounting Teachers, one of which is through training and mentoring by parties experienced in Accounting Technician Professional Certification; provide easy-to-understand training on Accounting Technician Professional Certification and provide tips and tricks for facing the Accounting Technician Competency Test; increase the motivation of the Accounting Teacher to provide training and understanding to students in preparing for the Accounting Technician Competency Test.

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused many changes in various aspects of people's lives. The changes caused psychological problems, one of which is stress. Stress conditions experienced by individuals need to be handled so as not to prolong or cause other psychological symptoms. One of the interventions that can be done in the midst of a pandemic is online psychoeducation. Based on this, the target of online psychoeducation carried out was the general public who were willing to become participants. The goal of online psychoeducation activities was to increase participants' knowledge of stress conditions and techniques that can be used to relieve stress. Psychoeducation was given in two methods, namely interactive lectures that discussed stress recognition and modeling techniques related to stress relief techniques. The results of the evaluation of the activities showed that more than 50% of participants gave positive responses to the material presented and the participants' expectations were achieved after participating in online psycho education. Thus it can be concluded that providing online psychoeducation could provide knowledge related to stress conditions experienced and techniques that can be applied to relieve stress experienced during the current COVID-19 pandemic. Kitchen waste is rubbish that is produced from leftover food that cannot be processed, such as vegetables, skin of onions that unwittingly every day will be wasted and accumulate so much kitchen waste. If there are around 1500 households in Dinoyo, then the amount of garbage collected per day ranges from 4,500 kg to 7,500 kg. In order to reduce a lot of kitchen waste, the service aims to provide training on the use of kitchen waste into a variety of food menus that are suitable for consumption, delicious, and healthy for PKK RW 02 Dinoyo Urban District Lowokwaru District Malang City. The steps in implementing the training are the data collection stage and the training implementation stage. The target of the training participants are PKK RW 02 Dinoyo Subdistrict, Lowokwaru District, Malang City by providing direct practice in making various foods made from kitchen waste such as onion chips. The results of the training activities can increase the knowledge and skills of PKK mothers so that they can be practiced independently at home because the manufacturing process is quite easy and future prospects can help improve the community's economy.

One of the parties who have great potential in environmental preservation efforts are women. Globally women provide a life for their families and at the same time manage the environment. However, due to gender power relations, their knowledge is often ignored, and they are not counted as agents of change. The Center for Women's Studies at Soegijapranata Catholic University seeks to improve the ability of women in terms of environmental preservation by organizing socialization of women as agents of environmental care to the Women's Organizations Association in Semarang City. The socialization was conducted with a participatory approach in which the participants are active in training and then also active in the development of eco-print products and efforts to disseminate environmental awareness. These outreach activities produce positive results that women have great potential as agents of change in the environmental care movement. in terms of the socialization process, in order to run well, the women's groups must have the potential to disseminate the results of socialization. The criteria for the women's group is to be able to represent the original group so that it can become the next media for socialization and be active on social media that is popular in the community, namely Instagram. Furthermore, this activity also found that training media as a means of socialization must be interesting, that is, easily made (done) by the trainees, the results are good so it is interesting to be seen and imitated by other parties, easy for replication, even trainees can immediately become trainers for other party.

Abstract: Karangrejo Village, Kromengan Subdistrict, Malang Regency, which is well known as a producer of herbal medicine know as ‘Jamu Gendong’ since 1983 with 150 sellers of jamu Gendong incorporated in the Jamu Gendong Association of Karangrejo village, is still carrying out traditional production and marketing processes by carrying it around and going out of the area. In line with Permenkes No 3/2010 policy on herbal medicine scientification in research based on health services, which aims to increase the use of herbal medicine in health services through scientific research, as well as marketing activities that are very time-consuming and low production development, making Karangrejo village together with UMM Community Service Team, sparked Karangrejo Village as a Herbal Tourism and Creative Food Village. The approach method is aimed at 3 (three) main groups supporting the village economy, namely Village-owned business entity (BUMDes), tourism aware groups (POKDARWIS) and herbal medicine group POKJAMU, which include: Community facilitation models in the form of training and enhancing the quality of partner resources related to strengthening and fostering the structure and function of the organization, in the form of setting Vision, Mission, Logo, AD / ART to short and long term work plans. While assistance in the framework of production processing, packaging, marketing, diversification of processed products is carried out in order to improve production quality. Cooperation with the Department of food crop, Hortikultura and plantations in the procurement of ginger and turmeric seeds is aimed at reforesting the medicinal education tourism area. The construction of the Archway, the zero point tourism monuments and publications are carried out through weblogs, online and print publications.

Batik is one of the original types of Indonesian culture, even UNESCO has determined Batik as one of the world's cultural heritages. In its development came a variety of batik motifs including the ways or processes used in producing batik. Indonesia recognizes batik as a form of art work done by humans by giving certain patterns to plain cloth by waxing wax to block color, which is what is known as batik cloth. The making of written batik requires special expertise because the process must be carried out through certain stages. The quality of the finished batik cloth is very dependent on the skills of batik craftsmen to go through each stage of the batik process. Sengguruh Village, Malang Regency has a Batik Written UKM which has quite potential to develop its business. But the lack of the number of crafters possessed is an obstacle in producing written batik. Another obstacle experienced is the lack of understanding of written batik craftsmen to each stage of the process that must be passed. The results of the written batik SOP training provide new knowledge and provide deeper understanding to the batik crafters, so that when the batik process is passed well it will produce batik cloth which is also better in quality.

In its development came a variety of batik motifs including the ways or processes used in producing batik. Indonesia recognizes batik as a form of art work done by humans by giving certain patterns to plain cloth by waxing wax to block color, which is what is known as batik cloth. The making of written batik requires special expertise because the process must be carried out through certain stages. The quality of the finished batik cloth is very dependent on the skills of batik craftsmen to go through each stage of the batik process. Sengguruh Village, Malang Regency has a Batik Written UKM which has quite potential to develop its business. But the lack of the number of crafters possessed is an obstacle in producing written batik. Another obstacle experienced is the lack of understanding of written batik craftsmen to each stage of the process that must be passed. Abstract: Partners in the Community Partnership Program (PKM) activities, namely Tuk'ah's mother pastry entrepreneurs who produce cookies on the basis of orders, except on holidays. The equipment used by Partners is very simple and many have been damaged, as well as a place to produce, therefore some equipment is needed in accordance with production capacity and some training both in managerial and product terms. Pastry entrepreneurs have high potential to be developed because pastries are one of the favorite cakes among all people and the marketing area is still around. This community service activity aims to increase production capacity and increase family income. The method applied in this partnership program is training, mentoring and monitoring so that partners continue to grow and be able to compete with similar businesses. The results of this community partnership program are procurement of tools to support the production process, improvement of production sites and training and assistance in making simple bookkeeping, marketing and entrepreneurship, training in variants of pastries. It is hoped that the PKM Program (Community Partnership Program) will be able to solve the problems faced by partners so that it will create a larger pastry business and increase family income. Saat ini ICT banyak digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Beragam software matematika seringkali digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran untuk membantu siswa dalam memahami konsep matematika. Salah satu software yang banyak digunakan dalam pembelajaran adalah GeoGebra. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan ketua MGMP Matematika SMA Kabupaten Trenggalek diperoleh informasi bahwa sebagian besar guru matematika SMA di Kabupaten Trenggalek belum banyak memanfaatkan GeoGebra dalam pembelajaran. Hal tersebut menjadikan alasan dilaksanakannya pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) ini. Kegiatan PkM ini bertujuan untuk memberikan dasar pembuatan media pembelajaran matematika menggunakan software GeoGebra. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam tiga tahap: (1) analisis kebutuhan, (2) pelaksanaan workshop secara tatap muka, dan (3) pendampingan pembuatan media pembelajaran matematika menggunakan GeoGebra secara online. Materi workshop yang disampaikan meliputi: (1) instalasi software GeoGebra, (2) mengenal area kerja GeoGebra, (3) tools pada GeoGebra, (4) membuat objek menggunakan GeoGebra, (5) pengenalan slider, dan (6) dasar animasi pada GeoGebra. Hasil dari pelaksanaan PkM ini adalah: (1) guru matematika SMA Kabupaten Trenggalek mengenal software GeoGebra dan dapat melakukan instalasi GeoGebra, (2) guru matematika SMA Kabupaten Trenggalek dapat menggunakan GeoGebra, dan (3) guru matematika SMA Kabupaten Trenggalek dapat membuat media pembelajaran matematika menggunakan GeoGebra.
