Pendidikan Di Singapore: Keberhasilan Implementasi Kebijakan Pendidikan Berbasis Sistem Meritokrasi Dan Pengembangan Guru 新加坡的教育:新加坡教育:成功实施择优教育和教师发展政策

Abstract: This research examines the successful implementation of meritocracy-based educational policies and the professional development of teachers in Singapore. The method used in this research is qualitative based on literature research by collecting information or data from trusted sources, such as journal articles and books. After that, it is analyzed in content, processed briefly and systematically. The research results show that the implementation of meritocracy-based education policies in Singapore has been successful in increasing the quality of learning in the country. This policy ensures that outstanding students are given appropriate recognition and incentives, thereby encouraging them to continue learning, being competitive, and performing high. Not only that, this policy also helps increase accountability and transparency in the learning system. The development of qualified teachers is also a major focus in Singapore's learning policy. Teachers in Singapore are given the opportunity to develop themselves reliably. Teachers are given the opportunity to take 100 hours per year for their professional development (Professional Development / PD). Thus producing a more efficient learning area. Overall, this research shows that meritocracy-based educational policies and teacher professional development in Singapore have been successful in increasing the quality of learning and producing better learning areas. This is what makes Singapore in its education zone very advanced and becomes a reference for other countries to study there, let alone try to imitate its policy system.Keywords: Singapore, Education Policy, Meritocracy, Teacher Development Abstrak: Riset ini mengulas tentang keberhasilan implementasi kebijakan pendidikan berbasis meritokrasi dan pengembangan profesional guru di Singapore. Metode yang digunakan dalam riset ini merupakan kulitatif yang berbasis riset pustaka dengan mengumpulkan informasi ataupun data dari sumber- sumber yang terpercaya, semacam artikel jurnal, serta buku- buku. Setelah itu di analisis secara isi, diolah secara ringkas serta sistematis. Hasil riset menampilkan kalau implementasi kebijakan pendidikan berbasis meritokrasi di Singapore sudah sukses tingkatkan mutu pembelajaran di negeri tersebut. Kebijakan ini membenarkan kalau siswa-siswi yang berprestasi diberikan pengakuan serta insentif yang pantas, sehingga mendesak mereka buat terus belajar, berkompetitif, serta berkinerja besar. Tidak hanya itu, kebijakan ini pula menopang tingkatkan akuntabilitas serta transparansi dalam sistem pembelajaran. Pengembangan handal guru pula jadi fokus utama dalam kebijakan pembelajaran Singapore. Guru di Singapore diberikan peluang buat meningkatkan dirinya secara handal. Guru di berikan peluang buat mengambil 100 jam per tahun buat pengembangan profesionalnya (Professional Development/ PD). Sehingga menghasilkan area belajar yang lebih efisien. Strategi Organisasi Siswa Intra Sekolah dalam Membentuk Karakter Kepemimpinan Siswa SMK PAB 8 Sampali 校内学生组织在塑造 SMK PAB 8 Sampali 学生领导特质方面的策略

Abstract. This research aims to determine the role of the Intra-School Student Organization (OSIS) in shaping the character of students at SMK PAB 8 Sampali. This research also aims to determine the challenges of OSIS in forming student character. The type of research is descriptive research using a qualitative approach. The subjects of this research are OSIS administrators, students who are OSIS administrators and students who are not OSIS administrators who are determined using purposive techniques. Meanwhile, data collection techniques use interview, observation and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used is an inductive data analysis technique, with steps including data collection, data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions.The results of this research show the role of OSIS in shaping the character of students at SMK PAB 8 Sampali. The role of the OSIS in shaping student character: (1) as a forum, namely a place for students to work together to achieve goals, (2) as a driving force, namely to help the school carry out certain activities and (3) as a means of preventing students from deviating by participating in OSIS activities.Keywords: Strategy, OSIS, Leadership Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan Organisasi Siswa Intra Sekolah (OSIS) dalam membentuk karakter siswa SMK PAB 8 Sampali. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui hambatan OSIS dalam membentuk karakter siswa. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif.Subjek penelitian ini adalah pembina OSIS, siswa pengurus OSIS dan siswa bukan pengurus OSIS yang ditentukan dengan teknik purposive. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis data induktif, dengan langkah-langkah meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, display data dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan peranan OSISdalam membentuk karakter siswa SMK PAB 8 Sampali. Peranan OSIS dalam membentuk karakter siswa: (1) sebagai wadah yaitu tempat bagi siswa saling bekerja sama untuk mencapai tujuan, (2) sebagai penggerak yaitu untuk membantu sekolah menjalankan kegiatan tertentu dan (3) sebagai sarana menghindarkan siswa untuk berbuat menyimpang dengan mengikuti kegiatan OSIS.Kata Kunci: Strategy, OSIS, Kepemimpinan

Indonesian Students' Behavior Towards Decision-Making In Choosing Distance Learning (Study On Open And Distance Students) 印度尼西亚学生在选择远程学习时的决策行为(关于远程开放教育学生的研究)

Abstract: The university needs to know what factors influence student behavior in determining distance learning. It is very necessary as a way to formulate an optimal marketing strategy. This study aimed to determine the influence of student behavior factors consisting of cultural, social, personal, and psychological factors in determining decisions to take distance learning at the Universitas Terbuka. This study's population was UT students registered in the 2023-1 semester, as many as 439,222 students. From this population, there were 10,119 students as respondents with quota sampling techniques from all branch offices throughout Indonesia and abroad. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Analysis with the Enter Method and the SPSS 25.0 for Windows program. The results showed that the student's behavior strongly influenced their decisions in choosing a distance learning system. The main factors shaping student behavior in determining decisions to study remotely are social factors, such as social status and the role of students in society, as well as the personality factors of the students themselves, such as the personal decisions of students in understanding their needs for distance learning systems that are following the conditions they face. In addition to these two factors, cultural factors of residence and student psychology also shape student behavior in determining decisions to study remotely. By knowing these factors, it is hoped can continue to compete with other universities that also organize distance learning courses so that it is always expected to be the first choice of students to participate in the distance learning system.Keywords: Consumer Behavior, Purchasing Decisions, Distance Learning, Multiple Linear Analysis

Manajemen Ekstrakurikuler di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah sebagai Wahana Mendidik Karakter Peserta Didik 伊比迪代亚学校的课外管理是学生品德教育的载体

Abstract: Writing this article aims to find out how the extracurricular management process starts from planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising as a vehicle for educating the character of students at MI Manarul Islam and MI Khadijah Malang City. This article uses a qualitative approach with a multi-site study type of research. Data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The informants in this study were school principals, student assistants, extracurricular coordinators, and extracurricular coaches. The results of this study indicate that the extracurricular management process in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah supports the development of the character of students, namely cooperation, religion, tolerance, mutual assistance, integrity, respect for differences, sportsmanship, maintaining cleanliness, training leadership, discipline, independence, self-confidence, responsibility, obedience , never give up, work hard, concentrate and focus, these characters will affect learning at school and outside of school.Keywords: management; extracurricular; student characterAbstrak: Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses manajemen ekstrakurikuler mulai dari perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan sebagai wahana mendidik karakter peserta didik di MI Manarul Islam dan MI khadijah Kota Malang. Artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi multi situs. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kepala sekolah, waka kesiswaan, koordinator ekstrakurikuler, dan pembina ekstrakurikuler. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses manajemen ekstrakurikuler di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah menunjang pengembangan karakter peserta didik yaitu bekerja sama, religius, bertoleransi, saling membantu, integritas, menghormati perbedaan, sportifitas, menjaga kebersihan, melatih kepemimpinan, disiplin, mandiri, percaya diri, bertanggungjawab, ketaatan, pantang menyerah, bekerja keras, berkonsentrasi dan fokus, karakter tersebut akan berpengaruh terhadap pembelajaran di sekolah maupun di luar sekolah.Kata kunci: manajemen; ekstrakurikuler; karakter peserta didik

Artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi multi situs. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kepala sekolah, waka kesiswaan, koordinator ekstrakurikuler, dan pembina ekstrakurikuler. Abstract: The importance of entrepreneurship education in early childhood is realized by the fact that early childhood is a period of growth and development that requires stimulation of everyday learning concepts. Introducing entrepreneurship to early childhood can influence children's views on entrepreneurship to develop positive attitudes towards entrepreneurship. This study aims to find out why schools implement entrepreneurship programs from an early age, and find out the practical forms of implementing programs in order to develop entrepreneurship programs, as well as find out the similarities and differences in the implementation of entrepreneurship programs in Kindergarten Adni Islamic English School Surabaya and Kindergarten Islam Bakti 4 YPBWI Gresik. The method used in this study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Source of data in this study using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using direct observation, interviews (formal and informal) and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that these two early childhood education institutions have carried out entrepreneurship education well. At the Adni Islamic English School Surabaya Kindergarten, the Entrepreneurship Program is Cooking Class, Shopping at the Market, Market Day, Field Trip, Sharing Activities, Infaq Activities, and Family Day, while the YPBWI Gresik Islamic Bakti 4 Kindergarten carries out a Life Skills Center, Visits to Markets, and Summits. Topic Celebration. Factors that encourage the implementation of entrepreneurship education are student enthusiasm, teacher creativity in preparing programs, and support from related parties. Pengaruh Manajemen Ekstrakurikuler Terhadap Prestasi Non Akademik di SMA Budi Satrya 课外管理对布迪萨特雅中学非学术成绩的影响

Abstract: This research aims to determine the influence of extracurricular management on non-academic achievement at SMA BUDI SATRYA. The dependent variable in this research is extracurricular management (X), the dependent variable is non-academic achievement (Y). The research population and sample is a sample of 32 teachers who will participate in this research, there are 14 male teachers and 18 female teachers. The teachers selected as respondents are those who have the capacity and are the main keys to the school. The data obtained were analyzed using the PLS analysis technique (Partial Least Square via SmartPLS Software. Based on the research results it can be concluded that: (1) Extracurricular Management has a positive and significant effect on Non-Academic Achievement at SMA BUDI SATRYA through partial testing, where scores were obtained The calculated t for Extracurricular Management is 5.203 ≥ t table, namely 1.654, so it can be concluded that Extracurricular Management has an effect on Non-Academic Achievement. Penguatan Nilai Karakter Disiplin Melalui Penggunaan Buku Kendali Peserta Didik (Studi Kasus Di Man 3 Blitar) 通过使用学生管理手册强化纪律品德价值观(Man 3 Blitar 的案例研究)

Abstract: This study  aims  to describe the use of control books to control student behavior in strengthening the value of disciplinary character, the role of teachers in stenghtening the value of disciplinary character, supporting and inhibiting factors along with solutions to inhibit program implementation.  The research location is at MAN 3 Blitar. The research uses  a qualitative approach with a case study method that discusses in detail and in depth related to the topic raised. Datacollection through observation, interviews and documentary studies. To obtain accurate data, researchers check the validity of data in the form of credibility tests, transferability tests, dependability tests, and confirmability tests. From the results of this study, it is known that MAN 3 Blitar places student control books as behavioral guidelines and references in assessing student personality. This program applies a system of violation points and enforcement on interdisciplinary students as well as awarding and appreciating disciplinary students. Teachers have an important role, namely  as role models in behaving in accordance with the values of good disciplinary character and being supervisors of discipline, as well as being authorized to take action on interdisciplinary students. The supporters in the implementation of the discipline character strengthening program include 1) internal  factors including: the vision and mission of the madrasah, the geographical location of the madrasah, cooperation of madrasah residents, madrasah culture  and 2) external factors including: parental support, living environment, cooperation with madrasah partners.   Meanwhile, obstacles to program implementation include: 1)  Internal factors  include: awareness of students, limited facilities and infrastructure, teacher professionalism, and 2) external factors, namely the economic background and family background of students.  As a solution to overcome these obstacles, madrasah conducts student counseling, student visits, procurement of facilities and infrastructure, and coaching educators and education staff.Keywords: character value, discipline, control book, procedure, violationAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan prosedur penggunaan buku kendali, peran guru dalam menguatkan nilai karakter disiplin melalui penggunaan buku kendali, faktor pendukung dan penghambat beserta solusi penghambat pelaksanaan progam. The research uses  a qualitative approach with a case study method that discusses in detail and in depth related to the topic raised. Datacollection through observation, interviews and documentary studies. To obtain accurate data, researchers check the validity of data in the form of credibility tests, transferability tests, dependability tests, and confirmability tests. From the results of this study, it is known that MAN 3 Blitar places student control books as behavioral guidelines and references in assessing student personality. This program applies a system of violation points and enforcement on interdisciplinary students as well as awarding and appreciating disciplinary students. Teachers have an important role, namely  as role models in behaving in accordance with the values of good disciplinary character and being supervisors of discipline, as well as being authorized to take action on interdisciplinary students. The supporters in the implementation of the discipline character strengthening program include 1) internal  factors including: the vision and mission of the madrasah, the geographical location of the madrasah, cooperation of madrasah residents, madrasah culture  and 2) external factors including: parental support, living environment, cooperation with madrasah partners.   Meanwhile, obstacles to program implementation include: 1)  Internal factors  include: awareness of students, limited facilities and infrastructure, teacher professionalism, and 2) external factors, namely the economic background and family background of students.  As a solution to overcome these obstacles, madrasah conducts student counseling, student visits, procurement of facilities and infrastructure, and coaching educators and education staff.Keywords: character value, discipline, control book, procedure, violationAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan prosedur penggunaan buku kendali, peran guru dalam menguatkan nilai karakter disiplin melalui penggunaan buku kendali, faktor pendukung dan penghambat beserta solusi penghambat pelaksanaan progam. Analisis Kompetensi Pedagogik Dan Kompetensi Profesional Guru Di Sekolah Dasar 小学教师教学能力和专业能力分析

Abstract: This research is motivated by the importance of teacher pedagogic and professional competence in elementary schools to improve the quality and quality of education in these institutions. The competence of teachers in elementary schools is the most important factor for influencing students in the class in the learning process in order to increase students' grades. This study aims to explain the analysis of teacher competence, namely the pedagogic competence and professional competence of teachers in elementary schools. The approach in this research is descriptive qualitative. For respondents in this study, namely elementary school teachers from grade 1 to grade 6 totaling 6 people with pre-field research stages, field observations, interviews, documentation, and carrying out data analysis and drawing conclusions generated by researchers. In increasing the realization of teacher competence in elementary schools it is very necessary to realize the education that has been aspired so far. Teacher pedagogic competence can be developed through optimizing teacher performance, such as administrative completeness in teaching and readiness of learning media in class and others to support an interesting and fun learning process for students in class. Whereas optimizing the professional competence of teachers in elementary schools can be done by attending seminars, in-house training (IHT) and teacher working group activities or KKG to improve self-quality periodically and continue to upgrade themselves even better with increasingly developing mastery of technology skills.Keywords: Teacher, Teacher Competence, Pedagogic, Professional, Elementary SchoolAbstrak: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi pentingnya akan kompetensi pedagogik dan profesional guru di sekolah dasar untuk meningkatkan mutu dan kualitas pendidikan yang ada di instansi tersebut. : This research aims to evaluate the academic supervision program of Madrasah Aliyah supervisors in improving the professional competency of teachers in North Bekasi District. The academic supervision program aims to build and assess teacher competency in terms of administration and teaching teacher skills. This research is an evaluation study with context, input, process, product (CIPP) model. This study used CIPP evaluation model. The data were collected using interview, observation and documentation techniques. The analysis techniques used are triangulation of data and sources. The subject of the study was madrasah supervisor, the principal and teachers of Madrasah Aliyah in North Bekasi District. The results showed: (1) The supervision program can assess teacher performance and professional competence of teachers from the administrative side, (2) Academic supervision program produces 2 products namely teacher performance assessment and follow-up program, (3) teachers can improve their competencies independently facilitated by madrasah supervisor and the principal of Madrasah Aliyah, (4) Academic supervision program can be continued with various improvements to improve the competency of Madrasah Aliyah teachers in North Bekasi District.
