Abstract: The aim of this study is to determine how to foster students' creativity and innovativeness through entrepreneurial activities. Using observation, documentation, and interviews as data collection methods, this study uses a qualitative descriptive research methodology involving school principals, teachers, and students. The findings of this research are the management of entrepreneurial activities in fostering the creativity of students at SMK Sinar Husni 1 BM L Deli, namely: 1) Students are creative in generating new ideas, 2) Students are creative in developing ideas, 3) Students are creative in create business opportunities. And the management of entrepreneurial activities in growing innovation at SMK Sinar Husni 1 BM L Deli, namely: 1) Students learn innovation from existing experience, 2) Students can create new products, 3) Students can increase productivity, product/service quality and profit. This research reveals how managing entrepreneurial activities fosters creativity and innovation in students. Keywords: Entrepreneurship, Creativity, Innovative Abstrak: Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk menentukan bagaimana menumbuhkan kreativitas dan inovatif siswa melalui kegiatan kewirausahaan. Menggunakan pengamatan, dokumentasi, dan wawancara sebagai metode pengumpulan data, studi ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang melibatkan kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa. Adapun temuan penelitian ini ialah pengelolaan kegiatan kewirausahaan dalam menumbuhkan kreativitas peserta didik SMK Sinar Husni 1 BM L Deli, yaitu: 1) Peserta didik kreatif dalam melahirkan ide baru, 2) Peserta didik kreatif dalam mengembangkan ide-ide, 3) Peserta didik kreatif dalam menciptakan peluang usaha. Dan pengelolaan kegiatan kewirausahaan dalam menumbuhkan inovatif SMK Sinar Husni 1 BM L Deli, yaitu: 1) Peserta didik mempelajari inovasi dari pengalaman yang ada, 2) Peserta didik dapat menciptakan produk baru, 3) Peserta didik dapat meningkatkan produktivitas, kualitas produk/layanan serta keuntungan. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bagaimana pengelolaan kegiatan kewirausahaan dalam menumbuhkan kreativitas dan inovatif peserta didik.Kata kunci: Kewirausahaan, Kreativitas, Inovatif

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to describe the provision of entrepreneurial spirit character through online-based entrepreneurial practices in the entrepreneur-printing school program at SMK Negeri 1 Boyolangu, Tulungagung, East Java. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach and a case study design. The informants involved were the head of the program, deputy head of curriculum, teachers of Creative Projects and Entrepreneurship subjects, and students. Data were collected by interview, observation and documentary studies techniques. Data analysis was carried out interactively starting from data collection, condensation, presentation and drawing conclusions. The result is that school programs to equip students with the entrepreneurial spirit character are carried out by developing facilities, and direct practice of several types of business fields that produce products and goods by students. Program implementation is integrated into learning subjects in the form of materials, skills, entrepreneurial practices, and a sales turnover target. The debriefing strategy was chosen as an online-based entrepreneurial practice which was strengthened through training, YEC, and complete facilities. Teachers also provide rewards in the form of grades and giving entrepreneurial motivation. The impact of the results is shown in the form of character attitudes as seen from the ability to manage turnover and be able to market products and services through shopee, Instagram and WhatsApp.Keywords: Entrepreneurial Spirit Character, Online-Based Entrepreneurial Practices, Entrepreneurial Printing School Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan terkait dengan pembekalan karakter jiwa wirausana melalui praktik wirausaha berbasis online pada program sekolah pencetak wirausaha di SMK Negeri 1 Boyolangu, Tulungagung, Jawa Timur. Abstract: This study aims to describe: (1) the performance management MBKM student exchange at State University of Malang; (2) the level of students learning mastery at State University of Malang; and (3) effect of student exchange MBKM management on student learning mastery at State University of Malang. This study uses a quantitative research approach with regression design. The research location was conducted at the State University of Malang. The population of the study were 1.199 students enrolled in 2019-2020 who participated in the student exchange program. The samples of the study were selected using a proportional random sampling technique. Results of the study show that MBKM management on student exchange at State University of Malang on the planning function is in poor category, the organizing function is in good category, the mobilization function is in good category, and the supervisory function is in poor category. The achievement level of student learning mastery at the State University of Malang in the cognitive domain is in poor category, affective domain and psychomotor domain are also in poor category. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat penerapan manajemen MBKM pertukaran pelajar di Universitas Negeri Malang pada fungsi perencanaan dalam kategori kurang, fungsi pengorganisasian dalam kategori baik, fungsi penggerakan dalam kategori baik, dan fungsi pengawasan dalam kategori kurang. Abstract: The curriculum is said to be the main capital that determines the success of learning in each educational unit. Each educational unit has characteristics and characteristics in managing and developingits curriculum based on the vision, mission, and goals of the school. The purpose of this study is to describe (1) the implementation of a collaborative curriculum in Islamic-based elementary schools, (2) the impact of the application of a collaborative curriculum on the quality of graduates. The research was conducted qualitatively with a multi-site study approach. The research location is at Baitul Makmur Islamic Elementary School and Al-Rifa'ie Modern Elementary School Malang. Data collection was conducted by semi-structured interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Checking the credibility of data is carried out by means of diligence of observation, triangulation, checking members, and discussion of fellow researchers. The results of this study show that (1) the application of the collaborative curriculum basically refers to the vision, mission and goals of the school which focuses on preparing the quality of superior graduates in terms of academics, skills, and character. (2) The impact of implementing a collaborative curriculum is that students when graduating from school have advantages including good morals and religion. Students are more skilled in English and Irab and can read, write, and even memorize the Qur'an and hadith. Students are also able to make achievements from various competition events at the subdistrict, city, and provincial levels.Keywords: Collaborative Curriculum, Learning, Curriculum Developer, Islamic School, Excellent graduate quality Abstrak: Kurikulum dikatakan sebagai modal utama yang menentukan keberhasilan pembelajaran di setiap satuan pendidikan. Setiap satuan pendidikan memiliki karakteristik dan ciri khas dalam mengelolah dan mengembangkan kurikulumnya didasarkan atas visi, misi, dan tujuan sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan mengenai (1) penerapan kurikulum kolaboratif di sekolah dasar berbasis Islam, (2) dampak penerapan kurikulum kolaboratif terhadap mutu lulusan. Penelitian dilakukan secara kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi multi situs. Lokasi penelitian di Sekolah Dasar (SD) Islam Baitul Makmur dan SD Modern Al-Rifa’ie Malang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara semi terstruktur, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Pengecekkan kredibilitas data dilakukan dengan cara ketekunan pengamatan, triangulasi, pengecekan anggota, dan diskusi teman sesama peneliti. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) penerapan kurikulum kolaboratif pada dasarnya mengacu pada visi, misi dan tujuan sekolah yang memfokuskan untuk mempersiapkan mutu lulusan unggul dari segi akademik, keterampilan, dan karakter. Abstract: This study aims to determine: (1) the influence of parents' background on entrepreneurial motivation among students of Grade XI in state vocational schools in Malang City; (2) the influence of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial motivation among students of Grade XI in state vocational schools in Malang City; and (3) the influence of parents' background and entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial motivation among students of Grade XI in state vocational schools in Malang City. This research adopts a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis and regression analysis to examine the relationships between variables. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method to collect data. The principal, two teachers, and one administrative staff served as participants in this research. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation, and document analysis. Researchers show that the Principal of Annihayah Middle School successfully implemented a visionary and transformational leadership style resulting in a well-functioning educational environment. The effectiveness of a school principal's leadership style can be seen through the clarity of his vision and mission which can be a role model for teachers and staff. Both visionary leadership and transformational leadership play an important role in improving teacher performance. Abstract: The topic of this research is " The Role of Punishment for Female Students in Student Management (Case Study at Al Husna Islamic Boarding School)". This research aims to describe the application of discipline in the management of santri through educational punishment at the Al-Husna Islamic Boarding School, understand the stages of punishment given at school, and determine the factors that support or hinder the improvement of santri discipline through education. punishment. The location of this research is at the Al-Husna Marindal 1 Patumbak Deli Serdang Islamic Boarding School educational institution, which is an educational institution founded on April 17 1988 M/11 Ramadhan 1409 H and is one of the competent Islamic educational institutions. The aim of giving punishment is to prevent children from repeating actions that are not permitted. Abstract This research aims to describe the principal's leadership and how professionals are used at SMP PAB 21 Pematang Johar to foster teacher professionalism. To collect data in this research, qualitative descriptive methods were used which included observation, documentation and interviews. Those involved in this research were the principal, deputy principal, teachers and other staff members who took part in this research. Research conclusions include the following: 1) Principal leadership in fostering teacher professionalism. Here are some of the principal's responsibilities: Effective communication, working relationships or collaboration, and responsibility. 2) The professionalism of PAB 21 Pematang Johar Middle School teachers is being developed. The role of teacher professionalism includes: Learning methodology, program evaluation, and in-depth mastery of educational resources are part of a teacher's professional responsibilities. However, some teachers lack commitment; examples include failure to prepare teaching materials or equipment, being late to class, missing class or being prevented from attending class, and failing to use teaching resources. However, in principle, the principal always tries to solve this problem at a personal level by offering guidance, providing rewards, incentives and punishments as well as effective communication. Kesimpulan penelitian antara lain sebagai berikut: 1) Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam membina profesionalisme guru. Berikut beberapa tanggung jawab kepala sekolah: Komunikasi yang efektif, hubungan kerja atau kolaborasi, dan bertanggung jawab. 2) Profesionalisme guru SMP PAB 21 Pematang Johar sedang dikembangkan. Adapun peranan profesionalisme guru mencakup : Metodologi pembelajaran, evaluasi program, dan penguasaan sumber daya pendidikan secara mendalam merupakan bagian dari tanggung jawab profesional seorang guru. Namun demikian, beberapa guru kurang memiliki komitmen; contohnya termasuk kegagalan menyiapkan materi atau peralatan pengajaran, terlambat masuk kelas, tidak masuk kelas atau dilarang mengikuti kelas, dan gagal menggunakan sumber daya pengajaran. Abstract: Teacher performance in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum involves various activities such as lesson planning, teaching implementation, and assessment. In the context of this research, the transformational leadership of the school principal and school culture play crucial roles in supporting teacher performance. The aim of this study is to investigate the influence of transformational leadership by the school principal and school culture on teacher performance in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum. This research adopts a descriptive correlational quantitative approach, utilizing a saturated sampling technique by distributing questionnaires to 119 teachers from seven schools. The data analysis is conducted using IBM SPSS 25 and SmartPLS 3.0 software with the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The findings of this study indicate that (1) transformational leadership of the school principal has a positive but non-significant (non-influential) effect on teacher performance in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum; (2) school culture has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum; (3) transformational leadership of the school principal and school culture collectively and significantly contribute 42.4% to teacher performance in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum, while the remaining 57.6% is influenced by other variables beyond the scope of this research.Keywords: Transformational leadership; school culture; teacher performance; merdeka curriculumAbstrak: Kinerja guru dalam pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka merupakan aktivitas guru dalam melaksanakan kegiatan belajar mengajar meliputi tahapan merencanakan pembelajaran, melaksanakan pembelajaran, dan penilaian pembelajaran. Abstract: This study aims to describe the level of quality of extracurricular activity services, the level of student satisfaction with the provision of extracurricular activity services, and explain the relationship between the quality of extracurricular activity services and student satisfaction. This research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational research type. The population in the study were students in class X and XI at Public Senior High School in Malang with a total population of 7206 students. The sample for this research was using simple random sampling and proportional random sampling. The research sample consisted of 379 students. Data analysis used descriptive analysis techniques and pearson product moment correlation. The results showed (1) the quality level of extracurricular activity services was in the very good category; (2) the level of student satisfaction with extracurricular activity services is in the very satisfied category; and (3) there is a significant relationship between the quality of extracurricular activity services and student satisfaction at Public Senior High School in Malang.Keywords: service quality, extracurricular, student satisfactionAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat kualitas layanan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, tingkat kepuasan peserta didik atas penyelenggaraan layanan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, dan menjelaskan hubungan kualitas layanan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dan kepuasan peserta didik.
