LA INCLUSIÓN: EXPERIENCIA DE INVESTIGACIÓN EN INSTITUCIÓN TÉCNICO AGROPECUARIO SANTA SOFÍA 包容:圣索菲亚农业技术机构的研究经验

​The present research experience was carried out at the Agricultural Technical Educational Institution Santa Sofía in the municipality of Santa Sofía Boyacá, this experience was raised with the purpose of observing the interaction of the teachers and members of the establishment that intervene, accompany and contribute in the teaching and learning processes of students who have a Special Educational Necessity (SEN), hence it has been considered important to rescue and highlight Decree 1421 of 2017 of the Ministry of National Education (MEN), which determines that; public institutions must assist people with any type of disability (physical, mental or economic), race, religion, political opinion, etc. In this way, the interest arises to seek an interrelation with the trainers or teachers in charge of the teaching processes of the students who are in a vulnerable state, since the interaction allows to analyze the positions and role they play in the construction of a community, likewise, rescuing teaching work as an acquired social commitment, hence the teacher's challenge has been to create an environment where inequalities do not prevail, much less discrimination and denial of opportunities to this vulnerable community.
