The option for the constructivist perspective of substantiating the article is encouraged, mainly, by the distinction between constructivism and objectivism regarding the construction of knowledge itself (Tam, Maureen, 2000), by the importance of the two dimensions of constructivism: cognitive and social (Piaget, 1950, Vîgotski, 1933, Kommers& Mayes, 1992, Von Glasersfeld, 1994). Learning is, therefore, knowledge built together (L. Șoitu, 2019) and does not exist outside the human mind (Duffy, T. M. & Jonassen, D. H, 1991).The game, through its purpose of bringing the ,,player” closer and involving him in reality, facilitates both knowledge and the path to experience. Constructivism becomes important in the conditions of new technologies, which can connect students for collaboration, but can also generate isolation their. Gamification becomes a real source of involvement, getting closer to reality through small steps, because playing with a didactic role is learning through assumption, motivation.

The given article presents an analytical approach to the evolution of choreographic art in Romania and the Re-public of Moldova. Emphasis is placed on analyzing the evolution of classical stage dance as well as folk dance. It should be noted that the development of choreographic art in Romania was strongly influenced by European choreography. The 19th and 20th centuries were the most significant for the development of Romanian ballet. The most famous classical ballets were staged: Zâna păpușilor, Lacul lebedelor, Priculiciul etc. The fame of Romanian ballet was brought by: Anton Romanowski, Floria Capsali, Oleg Danovski. In the Republic of Moldova, ballet - developed under the influence of European and Russian choreography, having an important base - folk dance. Namely, folk dance created premises for the establishment of popular stage dance, represented, first of all, by the academic ensemble ,,Joc” – the first professional folk dance ensemble, led for several years by people’s artist V.Curbet.

Knowledge itself is not of much use to civil servants with special status and carabineers within the MIA, whi-le competences, having an essential degree of superiority compared to knowledge, give them the opportunity to prove in practice if they are able to act according to their abilities. From this perspective, the application of the process of evaluating the quality of the staff within the MIA, on the dimension of professional training, is more re-levant and more objective, specifically in relation to skills. Such an approach to evaluation processes will certainly contribute to increasing the level of professional performance of the MIA staff, a fact that will generate sufficient security for the beneficiaries, and citizens’ satisfaction with the quality of the MIA staff will reach expected rates.

In the current social conditions, the married couple becomes extremely vulnerable and its evolution is often disrupted. In order to ensure an optimal functionality of the marital dyad, the need to identify intervention strategies and develop programs designed to help couples overcome the obstacles they face in daily interactions, shifting the focus towards awareness and focusing on the positive aspects of the marital dyad, is required. In this article, the methods of psychological intervention for harmonizing couple relationships are presented, based on the positivization of the perceptions of the spouses and the relationship. A sample of a session from the proposed program is also presented. The results of the program show the positive impact of the strategies applied to improve dyadic interactions, thus confirming the effectiveness of the psychological intervention program used.

This article addresses the issue of school violence from the perspective of the impact on student class manage-ment. In the context of student class management, student and teacher behaviours are influenced by several factors that make their mark on interlocutors’ relationships. Educational relationships determine positive or negative behavi-ours. Positive relationships generate a desirable atmosphere, and a constructive climate, while negative relationships generate an undesirable and conflicting environment, creating discipline problems. Discipline, seen as desirable behaviour in the classroom, can be defined as a process that determines the resolution of disciplinary problems and implicitly, the prevention and counteracting of students’ violent behaviour.

In today’s social context, the more unpredictable and uncontrollable life events are, the more people want to be in control of them. The idea of control can be adaptive contributing to good integration and psycho-social functioning only when it does not reach an extreme level that develops the so-called illusion of control in parallel with an unrealistic optimism. Illusion of control is the tendency of people to perceive that they have more control over their own behavior or their environment than they actually have, which consequently leads to the adoption of risky behaviors. Unrealistic optimism refers to situations in which people evaluate negative future events as less likely to happen to themselves than to others, and positive events as more likely to happen to themselves than to others

In this article are reflected the linguistic approaches on the development of communication competence. Communica-tion competence, based on the linguistic dimension, is used in the act of personal and professional communication. Prag-matics is the way we convey the message through communication, by emphasizing the active and interactive features of language and the structure of norms established in the case of linguistic communication. Pragmatic communication compe-tence points out the ability to know, understand and construct coherent appropriate discourses to the social, intercultural and professional circumstances, in which communication takes place. Mastering pragmatic communication skills in English highlights the student’s ability in technical vocational education for social interaction and professional career at a global level

The research is marked by the increased interest of adolescents towards the virtual world, which leads to the un-derdevelopment of social self-efficacy. It is obvious that computer addiction generates a series of affective states that negatively influence thinking, and the rational and emotional brain cannot cope with them. In a computerized world, dependence on information technologies is gaining more and more ground, influencing interpersonal relationships, mental health, wasted time, all of which are detrimental to the development of social self-efficacy. The consequences of computer addiction are also related to behavioral changes in young people. They end up distancing themselves from reality, drop academic results and show disinterest in school subjects. For them, reality becomes that of games and movies. The virtual world they live in creates an artificial, totally harmful universe for them. Computer addiction has quickly become a social problem affecting the lives of a growing number of teenagers

Formative assessment represents a current problem of didactic design in university education. The assessment thus exceeds the status of the final stage of the teaching-learning activities, which it held in traditional didactics, the important being the formative assessment, throughout the didactic process, which values and supports learning through immediate and interactive regulation. Being a process-centered assessment, the formative assessment has a dynamic and flexible character. In this sense, the formative assessment allows the teacher to regulate learning and teaching interactively, continuously and systematically. This article highlights the importance of formative assessment competence in university education, through the lens of its components: measurement, feedback and appreciation. In this context, the results of the psycho-pedagogical pre-experiment with reference to the formative assessment competence of university teaching staff are reflected.

The article presents some results of the research carried out on the subject of psychosocial adaptation of adolescents with physical disabilities. In this context, both the concept of psychosocial adaptation and the concept of disability are described. According to the research approach, psychometric instruments were used to identify the peculiarities of psychosocial adaptation of adolescents with physical disabilities. Moreover, for the study carried out, we considered it important to identify the relationship between the research variables such as general indices of psychosocial adaptation, hopelessness scale, affective problems, anxiety problems, somatic accusations, attention problems, oppositional behavior problems, conduct problems, the components of self-esteem and - the psychosocial factors related to the process of psychosocial adaptation of adolescents with physical disabilities. In this paper, we will only describe the relationship between the listed variables and the health status (with disability/without disability) of adolescents, but in general, the research carried out also refers to other factors: the environment of residence, the type of disability, the mode of studies

Moreover, for the study carried out, we considered it important to identify the relationship between the research variables such as general indices of psychosocial adaptation, hopelessness scale, affective problems, anxiety problems, somatic accusations, attention problems, oppositional behavior problems, conduct problems, the components of self-esteem and - the psychosocial factors related to the process of psychosocial adaptation of adolescents with physical disabilities.
