The article deals the problem of higher education, which is marked by continuous modernization and innovation to the requirements of contemporary society, seeks solutions for the training/development of the subject quality of students as future professionals. Based on the conceptual analysis of the term „reflection”, the importance of reflexi-vity in ensuring student-centered higher education is argued. Empirical study of the dynamics of the development of reflexivity among students in the process of initial professional training in higher education highlighted the need to adapt reflective didactic technologies to the reflexive potential of students, which proved to be manifested differently during the years of study.

The research evokes the importance of emotionality and its impact on the personality development of the young school-aged student. Rapid social changes, the pressures of scientific conquests and the amplification of the global problems of the contemporary world permanently provide challenges to education and new opportunities to develop the dimensions of human personality. An increased quotient of emotional intelligence ensures successful integration, with a minimum of inter- and intrapersonal conflicts. The efficiency of the young schoolboy is determined not only by the intelligence quotient (the ability to assimilate knowledge, skills and abilities), but also by certain personality traits, because living in a constantly changing society, the student will have to orient himself and integrate into the school environment through communication skills and emotional skills.

The current article proposes a socio-ecological framework of school anxiety to explore adolescent school anxiety (through individual characteristics), in relation to the microsystem (through relationships with parents and peers), the mesosystem (through school organizational culture, relationships with teachers), the exosystem (through the extended school community) and the macrosystem (through social norms and government initiatives).Considering that the phenomenon of school anxiety among adolescents has several facets, its analysis in the con-text of psycho-pedagogical and social conditions offers a wider space for understanding the phenomenon. Determinants/risk factors include: individual, family, school, societal factors. The main points of the presented socio-ecological framework of school anxiety are based on analysis of literature and research. The framework and suggested practices would be strengthened using practical intervention and produce more evidence-based data

Digital textbooks can play an essential role in representing a school discipline’s educational content through their interactive and multimedia features. The goal of the present research is to critically analyse some types of interactive educational resources developed using the MDIR Constructor 2.0 application to value English digital textbooks in the process of teaching. A content analysis of computers as an approach to language learning has been introduced by many researchers in the last few years. The current paper aims to show the impact of digital textbooks in the field of English language learning and provide examples of how the digital textbook might complement various classroom exercises to promote student-centred learning and individualization in language learning. First of all, the adoption of information and communication technology in the educational process in our country will be discussed. Secondly, an extensive review of a series of scientific studies about computer involvement in a language-learning environment will be examined. And finally, the practical aspects regarding the development of some interactive educational resources within the digital textbook for English language level A 1.2 will be presented.

In this article, the challenges posed by the inclusion of students with autism spectrum disorders, but also with other types of disabilities, as well as the inclusion process in general, in mainstream education classes, alongside other typical colleagues, both from from a theoretical point of view, as well as concrete praxeological examples, in order to contribute to the favoring of this process and the conversion of the educational institution into an inclusive school. Conceptual aspects from Romania and the Republic of Moldova are presented in terms of effective collaboration between teachers and other specialized people involved in the inclusion process, in terms of curriculum adaptation and offering additional support depending on the needs of children, creating and maintaining an active partnership with the parents-students with disabilities and the school, as well as identifying and applying a set of optimal solutions to facilitate this process, which will contribute to their inclusion in mainstream education institutions.

This article provides a brief review of the history of methods of Foreign Language Teaching (FLT). The comparative analysis of the FLT methods has been carried out, the advantages and disadvantages of popular methods are discussed. The following methods of FLT are presented: the grammar-translation, the textual-translation, the direct method, audiolingual method, audiovisual method, the comparative method, old humanistic methods, communicative language teaching. Today we have a variety of methods of FLT at our disposal and we can choose methods according to the needs of our modern society. When the method becomes unfashionable, some of its techniques or ideas are often borrowed by another new method. This work is an attempt to identify the most effective and popular FLT method of the present time.

The beginning of the teaching career requires from the graduate of the higher education institution, a set of professional skills that ensure the functionality in optimal parameters of the teaching act and the achievement of the goals, expressed in changes in the personality structure of students. The reference framework of teacher competences describes in detail the set of professional competences to be developed at the initial stage of training, so that the professional insertion of the teacher is as effective as possible. Considered an indispensable component of the professionalism of the teacher, the formative evaluation competence requires the development of all components: both at the level of knowledge of evaluation as a teaching process in particular and docimology in general, as well as at the level of development and implementation of evaluation tools and the application of principles, norms and values of professional ethics in the evaluation process

At the stage of rapid development of science and market of educational services for adults, a relatively new direction in education was formed - andragogy (pedagogy of adults). In the present time, andragogy occupies a place in the structure of education sciences as an independent category, possessing at the same time its own scientific apparatus, research methods, scientific approaches and principles. In this article, an attempt was made to substantiate the definition of basic concepts and categories of adult teaching: subject, tasks, functions. Special attention is paid to the principles of adult learning: priority of independent education, reliance on personal experience, individualization of learning, contextuality of learning, reliance on individual needs, considering them as motives and sources of designing the outcomes of education. At the same time, adult learning is considered within the framework of the following characteristics: andragogic self-reflexivity, decentralization of andragogic approach, deconstruction/reconstruction of andragogic theory, contextualization of adult learning and education.

The professional field represents a relevant part in the existence of each individual. The profession is what defines us as personalities, as individuality, as an integral part of the society, as a progressive element in the social structure. Professional life evolves and develops simultaneously/in dependence of personal life, being a fundamental element for the well-being of the personal self, for personal inner comfort and for harmonious symbiosis between personal and professional. Developing a career is a long-lasting process and not a simple destination. Thus, career remains a central concept for any period of life and for any generation, a center of special interest for any area thanks to its theoretical and practical values, for understanding, explaining and proposing solutions in the sphere of professional occupation.

In the article we analyze the theoretical and experimental framework regarding the management of extracurricular education in the Republic of Moldova. We specify some benchmarks for the efficiency of the management of extracurricular education as a subsystem of general education, we propose a set of factors that underpin the management of extracurricular education: legislation and sectoral/ intersectoral policies; concepts, methodologies, studies on extracurricular education; students, parents, the request, expressed through their needs, wishes, interests; partners from the community, at national and international level, APL, NGO; the specific categories of the management process. We present the data of a survey on the management of extracurricular education in general education institutions in the Republic of Moldova.
