This paper studies the impact of vocal performance on the field of art based on the big data environment, and analyzes the dynamic modeling of the impact system based on SAR. Especially in the aspect of vocal performance, modern music aesthetics has played an important role, which changes the form of vocal performance. To be richer, and to draw inspiration from life to create the content of the work, so that it is more in line with the taste of public music. Based on a simple analysis of the influence of our country's modern music aesthetics on vocal performances, this article puts forward relevant suggestions to promote the development of vocal performances, analyzes the development trend of vocal performances, and clarifies the enlightenment of modern music aesthetics to vocal performances.

Personal data contained in consumer electronics devices are getting more and more valuable as the industry has been developing. Authentication is regarded as a leading technology in the field of security due to their various advantages, such as their ability to provide users with a secure and convenient way of accessing their information. Utilizing biometric methods involves using features like a person’s face, voice, iris, hand geometry, fingerprint pattern, or veins on the back of their hands. The features used in the approaches may not always ensure confidentiality because they are observable on the outside of the human body. One must be overly secure with those information, as it highlights physical characteristics. This paper proposes the implementation of the finger-vein authentication device explained in three stages, with the first stage as image capturing, the second stage as feature extraction, and the third stage as authentication, using the OpenCV-python tool.

Insurance is the policy people buy to preserve themselves from losing money if something awful happens to them or their belongings. Insurance can be provided to the individuals for their health, car, education, business, home etc. Among them, health insurance plays the vital role as humans are prone to many deadly diseases and accidents nowadays. The cost of medical treatment is unbelievable and unbearable. In this study, health insurance cost is predicted by Machine Learning algorithms such as Multinomial Logistic Regression and Random Forest. Comparing the performance measures of the algorithms, gives the better way to understand and also gives the determination about the best algorithm to be used for cost prediction.

This paper proposes a data layer architecture based on mass customization for SaaS software services, and analyzes and compares three data architecture design schemes. A dynamic data expansion model is proposed for the engineering project management teaching course and shared Schema structure. The composition structure and functional modules of the computer basic course teaching resource library are expounded, and the construction and use of the cloud computing-based computer basic course teaching resource library are analyzed with effective ways. Manage the data access of the open SaaS service platform and conduct simulation analysis. The combination of open SaaS service architecture and LRU-RSIZE algorithm can effectively solve the problem of on-demand storage and management of user data.

Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing (DWDM) is an excellent solution for increasing channel capacity and be able to meet rapidly increasing bandwidth demands in optical fiber communication. The optical signal in this technology will convey numerous streams of data, each with its own individual wavelength. This article utilizes a single mode fiber with a length of 120km and a wavelength of 1555nm to reduce signal dispersion. The DWDM system analysis is carried out using an optisystem with a flow rate of 10Gbits/s per channel and simulation, optical amplifiers are utilized to achieve signals with enhanced Q-Factor and BER. The proposed system is used for the data transmission over longer distances more than 50km and helps to reduce the signal noise of the system.

Implantable medical electronics (IMEs) have recently become critical for extending patients' lives. Extending the lifespan of these gadgets has thus become a major development problem. Chemical-cell batteries are frequently used to power wearable gadgets, but their frequent replacement or recharging hinders their widespread adoption. Piezoelectric energy harvesting is a promising and efficient approach for generating electricity that may be used to power wearable devices in response to body motions. Scavenging energy from the human body, with a special emphasis on the upper-limb Area. Piezoelectric transducers placed on the wrist can produce the highest power densities in contrast to other upper limb sites. The output which has been gained from this is 0.3mV to 0.5mV.The output from this device is limited, however it can be enhanced in the future with new technology. Although much progress has been made in the field of wearable self-powered devices, there are still significant obstacles ahead for new and practical applications.

This paper is focusing on the traffic intelligence based on traffic flow detection algorithm. The smart city rail transit system is sorted out from the construction of service framework, logical framework and physical framework. In the past, logistics drivers can only rely on experience to judge traffic congestion. After the application of intelligent transportation system, they can rely on the data and information in the system. The road transportation system improves the efficiency of logistics distribution. In the logistics service under the guidance of intelligent system, the construction of intelligent vehicle allocation system is an important embodiment of the integration of transportation system and logistics operation. At the same time, the driver accesses the smart parking system, uploads the real-time three-dimensional position of the vehicle, queries the free parking spaces near or around the destination, and plans the driving route by the system to park at the target parking space. Through the testing of the designed model, the performance is then validated.

The big data technology has been the trend for the combination of the MIS optimization, hence, this paper studies the recent development and implementation of counselor work management information system based on the Hadoop and distributed data backup algorithms. Hibernate is an open-source object-relational mapping framework. It encapsulates JDBC with very lightweight objects. It establishes a mapping relationship between POJOs and database tables. It is a fully automatic ORM framework. Hence, this is considered as the basis for finding information about missing data from a dialectical point of view. It also has its own limitations, because all the information and data information of computer equipment must be saved every day, which brings the second repetition of data information, increases the core system storage pressure, and reduces the use space. With this idea, the novel system is designed. Through the experimental analysis, the performance is then validated.

The interest and usages of renewable energy sources are increasing day by day due to many advantageous such as no emission of toxic gasses, no pollution, easy operation etc. There is a growing need for the combination of renewable energy and electricity systems. The world is looking for the applications of renewable energy sources to reduce pollution. The electrical power generation from renewable energy sources is the best way to minimize the consumptions of fossil fuels and apart from many, PV systems are most popular in worldwide due to its many applications and simplicity. Solar Photovoltaic (SPV) based electrical power generation system from solar energy is one of the best renewable energy source. However, the solar irradiance is continuously varying and not available in night time. Hence, an effective energy storage device must be required to provide continuous power supply to the load. Researchable batteries are most suitable to work as energy storage devices due to its fast response compared to other. Unfortunately, the PV system is unable to produce constant and sufficient voltage to charge the battery due to variable irradiance. Therefore an DC to DC converters are required to maintain constant voltage at charging terminals of battery as well as can work as maximum power point tracker (MPPT) device of PV system for it best utilization. In this research article, an effective DC to DC boost converter along with controller is proposed for fast charging of battery from PV system as well as operated as MPPT device. An effective simulation results are presented under various possible conditions to validate performance of the proposed method.

The electrical power generation from renewable energy sources is the best way to minimize the consumptions of fossil fuels and apart from many, PV systems are most popular in worldwide due to its many applications and simplicity. Solar Photovoltaic (SPV) based electrical power generation system from solar energy is one of the best renewable energy source. However, the solar irradiance is continuously varying and not available in night time. Hence, an effective energy storage device must be required to provide continuous power supply to the load. Researchable batteries are most suitable to work as energy storage devices due to its fast response compared to other. Unfortunately, the PV system is unable to produce constant and sufficient voltage to charge the battery due to variable irradiance. Therefore an DC to DC converters are required to maintain constant voltage at charging terminals of battery as well as can work as maximum power point tracker (MPPT) device of PV system for it best utilization. In this research article, an effective DC to DC boost converter along with controller is proposed for fast charging of battery from PV system as well as operated as MPPT device.
