Abstract This study aims to obtain the results of a survey of the evaluation of marine tourism development in Muna Regency in Southeast Sulawesi. The unit of analysis in this research is the Department of Tourism and Culture as one of the government agencies in Muna Regency, which is required to manage and contribute to the maximum revenue contribution to Regional Original Income (PAD) with selected respondents and critical informants is the Head of the Service, Head of Division and Head of Sub Division of Planning and Finance. The research method used is the descriptive qualitative method. The analytical tool used is the Realistic Evaluation Method with the Context-Mechanism-Outcome configuration approach. The results of the study show that the evaluation of marine tourism development in Muna Regency through an evaluation analysis of the Context and Mechanism can be obtained Outcomes: (a) several development programs that have been carried out by the Tourism and Culture Office, both destination development programs, marketing development, and creative economy development have been successfully implemented ( b) The Department of Tourism and Culture has several gaps that must be corrected to achieve advanced and reliable management and development of marine tourism. This research aims to examine the effect of marketing investments conducted by binder manufacturers such as direct mail, tangible rewards, interpersonal communication, and preferential treatment towards behavioral and customer gratitude as mediator variables. This research is a quantitative study with 95 respondents from binder manufacturers. The sampling technique used is the convenience sampling technique. The data that has been obtained is processed using the IBM SPSS Statistics 20 for Windows program. Based on this research, marketing investments such as direct mail, tangible reward, and preferential treatment have a significant relationship with the variable customer gratitude. Besides, interpersonal communication activities do not have a substantial effect on customer gratitude. Preferential treatment by binder producers has the most significant positive impact on customer gratitude than other marketing investment variables. Finally, it is also known those customer gratitude customers due to the effect of marketing investment activities by binder manufacturer influence customer behavioral loyalty.

Training and compensation programs are provided by the company to motivate employees and improve employee performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of training and compensation on employee performance using motivation as mediation at PT. Servistama Pacific Sedana. This research uses a quantitative approach with the observation unit of all employees of PT. Sedana Pasifik Servistama and total sampling technique with a total of 110 respondents. The method used is a survey using a questionnaire and descriptive research type explanatory research. This research's data analysis method is the validity test, reliability test, and hypothesis test using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). The results showed that training and compensation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Motivation can mediate the effect of training on employee performance and motivation to mediate the effect of compensation on employee performance at PT. Servistama Pacific Sedana.

This study aims to review and reconfirm research on customer satisfaction and customer trust in online applications. In this study, the object raised is SIPP Online, developed by BPJS Ketenagakerjaan at the branch office of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kelapa Gading. This research model includes Customer Satisfaction, Customer Trust, Variation of Functions, and Web Design. Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) to test the path analysis of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) by operating the AMOS 22 application for testing research models. The sample in this study amounted to 315 PIC companies participating in BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. In this study, there are seven direct hypotheses and three indirect hypotheses (mediation). The results of this study indicate that all hypotheses made in the study are statistically accepted. The limitation in this research is that the study's scope only includes the Kelapa Gading branch of the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.

This research was conducted to know the company's characteristics, the determining factors for the disclosure of carbon emissions, and the impact of the disclosure of carbon emissions on economic consequences. The financial result in this study is the decision-making behavior of businesses, governments, and creditors as a result of accounting reporting, in this case, environmental disclosures contained in annual reports and sustainable reports. This study's sample amounted to 45 companies registered in Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines, with an observation period of 2008 to 2017. To measure the disclosure of carbon emissions by creating a checklist based on information from the CDP. Company characteristics are proxied by profitability, leverage, size, and sales growth, while economic consequences are proxied by the bid-ask spread, trading volume, and stock price volatility. The analytical method used in this study is the Partial Least Square (PLS) method using the WARP PLS version 5.0 application. From the test results, it was found that Profitability and Size had a positive effect on disclosure of carbon emissions, growth sales had a negative effect, and leverage had no effect. Meanwhile, the impact of disclosing carbon emissions on the bid-ask spread, trading volume, and stock price volatility has a positive effect.

This study aims to analyze the influence of competence and communication on internal audit employees' performance at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk with the mediating variable of Job Satisfaction. The population in this study were 284 employees of the internal audit of PT Bank Mandiri Tbk. Whereas in this study using saturated samples, the entire population of this study became research respondents. The data collection method is by distributing questionnaires as a primary data collection tool. Furthermore, the data is processed and analyzed using the Amoss 26 Structural Equation Models method. This study uses competency and communication independent variables as well as employee performance-dependent variables and job satisfaction mediation variables. The results of the study prove that there is an effect of competence on job satisfaction; there is an effect of communication on job satisfaction; there is an influence of competence on performance; there is an effect of communication on performance; there is an effect of job satisfaction on performance; there is an influence of competence on performance through job satisfaction; there is an effect of communication on performance through job satisfaction.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari Orientasi pasar dan Orientasi Kewirausahaan terhadap Kinerja UMKM melalui Inovasi sebagai mediating. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 80 pelaku UMKM. Data diperoleh melalui instrumen berupa kuesioner dengan alat bantu analisis yaitu partial least square (PLS) melalui software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada inovasi dan orientasi pasar terhadap kinerja, orientasi pasar dan orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap inovasi, dan orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja UMKM melalui inovasi sebagai mediating. Abstract Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Lingkungan Bisnis Eksternal dan Faktor Manajerial, terhadap Perencanaan Stratejik serta dampaknya pada Kinerja PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk. Penelitian ini bersifat cross-sectional yaitu suatu jenis penelitian yang melakukan pengumpulan informasi/kuesioner hanya satu kali dalam satu waktu tertentu kepada sampel. Karena data yang dikumpulkan sekaligus pada satu saat tertentu dan hanya sekali saja dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada karyawan. Dari populasi karyawan PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk. sebanyak 150 orang karyawan, sampel yang di gunakan pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 121 orang karyawan. Metode sampling dalam penelitian ini diambil secara proporsif (judgement sampling) yaitu diambil dari karyawan level middle-up manajemen yang terlibat dalam penyusunan perencanaan strategi dan operasional, serta minimum 4 tahun masa kerja. Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk.Nilai T hitung = 3,368 pada variable lingkungan bisnis eksternal terhadap variabel perencanaan stratejik, nilai T hitung = 3,726 pada variable lingkungan bisnis eksternal terhadap variabel kinerja, nilai T hitung = 3,113 pada variabel faktor manajerial terhadap variabel perencanaan stratejik, T hitung = 2,787 pada variabel faktor manajerial terhadap variabel kinerja, dan nilai T hitung= 2,933 pada variable perencanaan stratejik terhadap variabel kinerja dimana nilai ini memenuhi syarat T hitung >t tabel yang memenuhi syarat signifikansi antar variabel. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung antara lingkungan bisnis eksternal dan faktor manajerial terhadap kinerja perusahaan yang dimediasi oleh perencanaan stratejik. Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk. Penelitian ini bersifat cross-sectional yaitu suatu jenis penelitian yang melakukan pengumpulan informasi/kuesioner hanya satu kali dalam satu waktu tertentu kepada sampel. Karena data yang dikumpulkan sekaligus pada satu saat tertentu dan hanya sekali saja dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada karyawan. Dari populasi karyawan PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk. sebanyak 150 orang karyawan, sampel yang di gunakan pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 121 orang karyawan. Metode sampling dalam penelitian ini diambil secara proporsif (judgement sampling) yaitu diambil dari karyawan level middle-up manajemen yang terlibat dalam penyusunan perencanaan strategi dan operasional, serta minimum 4 tahun masa kerja. Pada penelitian ini, metode analisis data menggunakan Model persamaan struktural (SEM) untuk menilai hipotesis karena memiliki kemampuan untuk memperkirakan berbagai hubungan dan saling keterkaitan hubungan ketika menerangkan kesalahan pengukuran dalam proses estimasi. \u0000 \u0000Hasil Penelitian untuk kinerja PT. Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh kemajuan teknologi dan pengetahuan terhadap minat generasi milenial dalam berinvestasi di Pasar Modal Indonesia. Variabel minat investasi merupakan variabel dependen dalam penelitian. Sedangkan kemajuan teknologi, pelatihan, merupakan variabel independen dalam penelitian. Pengolahan data penelitian menggunakan metode regresi berganda melalui software SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil dan simpulan penelitian, pengetahuan investasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat investasi mahasiswa di pasar modal. Semakin baik pengetahuan investasi di pasar modal, semakin berminat untuk melakukan investasi di pasar modal. Kemajuan teknologi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat investasi di pasar modal.
