ердечно-сосудистые заболевания (ССЗ) являются одной из главных причин смертности и инвалидизации в большинстве стран мира [1], в т. ч. в России. По данным Росстата в 2016 г. от болезней системы кровообращения в России умерло 904 тыс. человек, что составило 47,8 % в структуре причин смертности населения. Основными причинами смерти явились ишемическая болезнь сердца (ИБС, количество умерших 481 тыс. человек, из них вследствие инфаркта миокарда 62,9 тыс. чел.) и цереброваскулярные болезни (279,8 тыс. человек) [2]. Ключевая причина таких высоких показателей – это низкая выявляемость болезней на ранних стадиях, недостаточная приверженность пациентов высокого риска рекомендациям врачей по профилактике. Efficiency of direct-to-patient telemedicine consultations: status praesens 直接对患者的远程医疗咨询的效率:现状

There is an analytical review of information on medical and management efficiency of direct-to-patient telemedicine consultations. The main metrics of quality are antibiotic prescribing rate, rate of follow-up consultation, timing, adherence of doctors to evidence-based clinical recommendations, some metrics from HEDIS methodology. The most often reasons for patient-initiated virtual visits are upper respiratory tract infections, skin diseases, urinary tract symptoms, also for children – fever, gastrointestinal issues. Virtual and office visits for an upper respiratory tract infections diagnostics and treatment are identical (based on diagnostic accuracy, character and effectiveness of prescriptions, needs for follow-up consultations). Evidence base for an efficiency and safety of di-rect-to-patient telemedicine consultations are still weak.
