Pengembangan Aplikasi Pariwisata Kotawaringin Barat Berbasis GIS Menuju Smart Tourism City 开发基于地理信息系统(GIS)的西哥打瓦林旅游应用,打造智慧旅游城市

West Kotawaringin Regency is located in Central Kalimantan Province, Indonesia. This regency has great potential in its tourism. The local government support the tourism by prioritizing the tourism in the local goverment's program, alongside with infrastructure and agriculture. One of the famous tourist attractions in West Kotawaringin Regency which attracts many visitors both local and foreign visitors is Tanjung Puting National Park (TPNP). TPNP is the natural habitat for the Orang Utan, the indigineous and protected fauna from Kalimantan and some areas of Sumatra. Besides TPNP, West Kotawaringin Regency also has some cultural attractions since this regency has a kingdom named The Sultanate of Kutaringin. This regency also has another tourism attractions such as beach attractions, river cruise, souvenir shopping, and local culinary attractions. Although this regency has various tourist attractions, Kotawaringin Barat Regency has not conducted a good tourism governance. At the moment, many tourists just focused only in visiting TPNP. This happened because of their lacking information about the other tourist attractions that this regency serves. Because of this problem, this study is aimed to create a GIS tourism application that is able to provide information to all potential tourists about various attractions that the the regency has. It is hoped that this application will make the tourist visits in the West Kotawaringin area will become more evenly distributed to make West Kotawaringin a Smart Tourism City which will lead to economic equality for the community and tourism activists.

The Presensee is a student’s online presence application developed on a mobile platform. The purpose of developing this application is to overcome some of the problems of conventional attendance methods, including limitations in terms of efficiency and accuracy. The manual attendance method using paper or attendance cards tends to be time-consuming, prone to fraud, and difficult to process. The present study was developed using the Flutter framework in the Dart language. Flutter was chosen because it is a universal platform in which only one program is needed for one application on all types of platforms. Be it Android, iOS, Web, or Desktop.
Presensee 是一款在移动平台上开发的学生在线出勤应用程序。开发该应用程序的目的是克服传统考勤方法的一些问题,包括效率和准确性方面的局限性。使用纸张或考勤卡的人工考勤方法往往费时费力,容易出现欺诈行为,而且难以处理。本研究使用 Dart 语言中的 Flutter 框架进行开发。之所以选择 Flutter,是因为它是一个通用平台,在所有类型的平台上,一个应用程序只需要一个程序。无论是 Android、iOS、Web 还是桌面平台。

SISTEM INFORMASI PELAYANAN ADMINISTRASI DESA KARANG DAPO BERBASIS WEB KARANG DAPO 村基于网络的行政服务信息系统

The rapid use of information technology today has made the government more aware of the benefits of using information technology, especially in the internet sector. The high use of the internet is inseparable from the emergence of various website applications developed by the community, entrepreneurs, including government agencies. The Central Government strongly supports the creation of various kinds of community service websites as an effort to keep the wheels of government running. The development of this community service website is an effort to prevent crowds at public service facilities which currently need to be avoided to prevent the transmission of the Covid-19 outbreak, which recently has  not  shown  a  significant decline.  In  terms  of  community  services  in  rural  areas,  the  central  government  also understands and encourages village governments to have village websites that can be used to empower villages and village communities, this is evidenced by the launch of the desa.id domain extension as an official domain extension and is devoted to websites. Village website development is also a government priority program contained in Permendesa Number 11 of 2019 concerning Priority for the Use of Village Funds in 2020 in Appendix I CHAPTER I Letter E concerning Priority List in the Village Development Sector, Point d concerning Procurement, Development, utilization and maintenance of facilities and infrastructure information and communication and item 2 mentions the creation of a village website. This shows that the central government is really serious so that villages can develop website-based services and information. Karang Dapo Village is one of the villages located in Sikap Dalamg District, Empat Lawang Regency, Sumatera Selatan Province. The constraints experienced by the Karang Dapo village government today are the limited access to information that can be seen and accessed by the village community in particular and the surrounding community in general, especially access to information on village activities, village administration, superior village products and village locations. Based on these problems, it encourages the author to create a website and administrative application for the Weskut village. With the existence of a village website and an online village administration application it is hoped that in providing services to the community it can be maximized, and access to information about the village of Karang Dapo can be accessed and seen by anyone and from anywhere while an internet network is still available.

Implementasi Rapid Application Development Dalam Membangun Sistem Pendaftaran Nikah Secara Online 在建立网上婚姻登记系统中实施快速应用开发

Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) Kecamatan Bingin Kuning merupakan salah satu Kantor Urusan Agama yang berada di daerah Kabupaten Lebong  Provinsi Bengkulu. Pada KUA Kecaqmatan Bingin Kuning proses pendaftaran pernikahan masih dilakukan secara manual yaitu calon pengantin datang langsung ke KUA dan staf KUA menulis pendaftaran di buku pendataan pernikahan. Pendaftaran yang dilakukan secara manual tersebut menjadi permasalahan yang menghambat pelayanan pendaftaran nikah,misalnya menumpuknya jumlah data, hilangnya data, kesalahan menginput nama calon pengantin dan sering tercecernya pasfoto. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempermudah proses pendaftaran nikah dan meningkatkan pelayanan publik di KUA Kecamatan Bingin Kuning. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan Rapid Application Development (RAD), perancangan sistem menggunakan Data Flow Diagram (DFD) dan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP. Penelitian ini telah menghasilkan sistem informasi pendaftaran nikah pada KUA Kecamatan Bingin Kuning dengan dengan 4 user yaitu admin, calon pengantin, kepala KUA, dan penghulu. Sistem informasi yang dibuat pada KUA Kecamatan Bingin Kuning berhasil mempermudah calon pengantin melakukan pendaftaran pernikahan yang bisa dilakukan dari rumah tanpa harus datang langsung ke KUA dan bisa menghemat waktu.
宾因库宁区宗教事务办公室(KUA)是位于明古鲁省勒邦地区的宗教事务办公室之一。在宾京库宁区宗教事务办公室(KUA Kecaqmatan Bingin Kuning),婚姻登记程序仍由人工完成,即准新郎和准新娘直接前往宗教事务办公室,然后由宗教事务办公室工作人员在婚姻资料收集簿上填写登记信息。手工登记是妨碍婚姻登记服务的一个问题,如数据量堆积、数据丢失、准新郎和新娘姓名输入错误以及经常出现照片散乱等。本研究的目的是简化婚姻登记流程,改善宾宁库宁区 KUA 的公共服务。系统开发方法采用快速应用开发(RAD),系统设计采用数据流图(DFD),并使用 PHP 编程语言。本研究在宾因库宁地区的 KUA 制作了一个婚姻登记信息系统,有 4 个用户,即管理员、准新娘、KUA 负责人和户主。宾因库宁区 KUA 创建的信息系统成功地简化了准新娘的婚姻登记程序,准新娘可以在家完成登记,无需直接到 KUA,节省了时间。

APLIKASI PROMOSI DAN PELAYANAN JASA PADA STUDIO FOTO LOTUS BERBASIS WEB 莲花照相馆的网络推广和服务应用程序

Studio Foto Lotus adalah salah satu tempat yang menyediakan layanan jasa yang bergerak dibidang fotografi dan beralamatkan di muhajirin Kota Bengkulu. Studio Foto Lotus telah menggunakan alat bantu komputer pada proses pengerjaan fotonya, akan tetapi proses penyampaian informasi produk yang disampaikan tentang layanan jasa pada perusahaan belum begitu efektif berjalan karena banyak pelanggan yang masih merasa kurang jelas mengenai jasa apa saja yang ditawarkan, sehingga pelanggan harus datang langsung ke lokasi atau menggunakan media telepon untuk menanyakan informasi apa saja jasa yang disediakan oleh Studio Foto Lotus. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat sebuah sistem informasi Promosi dan pelayanan jasa pada Studio Foto Lotus berbasis web dalam melakukan proses Promosi dan pelayanan jasa. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan Rapid Application Development (RAD), perancangan sistem menggunakan DFD (Data Flow Diagram). Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu sistem yang telah di bangun dapat di manfaatkan oleh studio loneng dalam melakukan pelayanan kepada konsumen yang memerlukan jasa foto. Konsumen yang  akan menggunakan jasa dari studio loneng tidak perlu repot-repot untuk datang ke alamat studio loneng, konsumen cukup melakukan order dan memilih paket yang telah di sediakan oleh studio loneng sehingga lebih cepat dan efisien
莲花照相馆(Studio Foto Lotus)是提供摄影服务的场所之一,位于明古鲁市(Muhajirin Bengkulu City)。莲花照相馆在制作照片的过程中使用了计算机辅助设备,但该公司传递产品信息和服务信息的过程并不十分有效,因为许多客户仍然不清楚该公司提供哪些服务,因此客户不得不直接到该公司或通过电话媒体询问莲花照相馆提供哪些服务。本研究的目的是为莲花照相馆创建一个基于网络的促销和服务信息系统,以执行促销和服务流程。系统开发方法采用快速应用开发(RAD),系统设计采用数据流图(DFD)。研究结果表明,龙凤照相馆可以利用所建立的系统为需要照相服务的消费者提供服务。使用龙能照相馆服务的消费者不需要到龙能照相馆的地址,只需下订单并选择龙能照相馆提供的套餐即可,因此更加快捷高效。

Abstract :This thesis is the result of research that describes how much influence the Village Consultative Body has on the people of Tanjung Tebat Village, golden flower District, South Bengkulu Regency. The Village Consultative Body is an institution that embodies democracy in administering village governance. The Village Consultative Council can be considered as the village parliament. As for the background, the writer's interest in writing this thesis is based on the results of observations and initial interviews that the writer conducted at the golden flower sub-district office, where the selection of members of the Village Consultative Council still uses manual assessment or it can be said that it is not efficient. Where the author offers a Preference Selection Index method to be used in selecting the best Village Consultative Body.In the Preferences Selection Index method, the results are obtained by minimal and simple calculations as they are based on statistical concepts without the need for attribute weights. From the calculations, it can be concluded that the best village consultative body members in the golden flower District fall into alternative A5, namely Design Women with a total value of 0.9084 which has been resolved using the Prefence Selection Prefence Selection Index method. 摘要 :本论文是一项研究成果,描述了村协商机构对南明古鲁省金花区丹戎特巴特村居民的影响程度。村协商机构是一个在村庄治理中体现民主的机构。村协商理事会可被视为村议会。作者之所以有兴趣撰写这篇论文,是基于作者在金花分区办公室的观察和初步访谈结果。在金花分区办公室,村协商会议成员的遴选仍然采用人工评估的方式,可以说效率不高。在这里,作者提供了一种偏好选择指数法,用于选择最佳的村协商机构。在偏好选择指数法中,由于其基于统计概念,无需属性权重,因此通过最少的简单计算即可得出结果。通过计算可以得出结论,金花区的最佳村协商机构成员属于备选方案 A5,即设计女性,其总值为 0.9084,该结果已通过偏好选择偏好选择指数法得到解决。 关键词选举村协商机构成员;栅栏选择指数法

Sistem Keamanan Kendaraan Roda Dua Berbasis Internet Of Things (IOT) 基于物联网(IOT)的两轮车安全系统

The high rate of theft of two-wheeled vehicles makes vehicle owners afraid to leave their vehicles. Most vehicle owners increase the security of their vehicles by providing a padlock key that is placed on the motorcycle disc.Along with the increasing acts of motorcycle theft, vehicle security must also be improved, so that vehicle owners are not afraid if they have to leave their vehicle. Therefore the author wants to create a security system by utilizing a smartphone as a vehicle control tool remotely. In this study a vehicle security system was designed with fingerprints as keys and realtime monitoring of vehicles via telegram by utilizing Arduino Uno, Relay, FingerPrint Sensor, ESP32 CAM and NodeMCU. This study used an experimental method which directly tested the vehicle. The test was carried out with 10 different fingerprints, 8 finger positions and 5 fingerprint obstacles. The test results show that the system can execute commands with an average delay time of 9.11 seconds and can provide notifications in the form of messages to Telegram and can be monitored in real time when someone tries to activate the vehicle.

Saat ini sistem informasi berita yang diberikan oleh (KOMINFO) Kota Bengkulu seperti postingan artikel berita dan penyampaian informasi yang tersedia pada website https://kominfo.bengkulukota.go.id masih belum bias secara langsung memfilter artikel yang adapada website secara otomatis membuat produktifitas kerja menjadi lebih lambat dan harus mengeksploitasi sendiri untuk mempercepat mendapatkan informasi.. aplikasi kecerdasan sumber terbuka (OSINT) masyarakat dapat mengeksploitasi sendiri untuk mempercepat mendapatkan informasi atau bisa langsung menggunakan tools nya  untuk kebutuhan information gathering, maka dari itu diperlukan sebuah website dengan tekologi open source intelligence (OSINT) untuk pencarian informasi secara cepat. Hasil pengujian website dengan Osint Command line juga dapat menampilkan data dari hasil gathering information dalam melakukan pencarian data data yang diinginkan dengan kata kunci pencarian lebih cepat dan kelemahannya adalah data pribadi yang ada di ranah publik baik secara daring atau luring bisa terkumpul dan disalah gunakan  pada layanan sosial media, email, aplikasi pengiriman pesan, atau E-commerse dan masih banyak lagi biasanya mengumpulkan informasi pengguna.
目前,明古鲁市(KOMINFO)提供的新闻信息系统,如在网站 https://kominfo.bengkulukota.go.id 上发布新闻文章和提交信息,仍不能直接自动过滤网站上的文章,使工作效率较慢,必须自己利用它来加快获取信息的速度。公众可以利用开放源代码情报(OSINT)应用程序来加快获取信息的速度,也可以直接使用工具来满足信息收集的需要,因此需要一个具有开放源代码情报(OSINT)技术的网站来快速搜索信息。使用 Osint 命令行对网站进行测试的结果也可以显示信息收集结果中的数据,以更快的搜索关键词搜索所需的数据资料,其弱点是公共领域中的个人数据,无论是在线还是离线,都可能被收集并滥用于社交媒体服务、电子邮件、信息应用程序或电子商务,以及更多通常收集用户信息的应用程序。

ABSTRACT: This study aims to determine the Decision Support System in giving rewards to the best doctors at Hasanuddin Damrah Hospital. Currently the job evaluation system at Hasanuddin Damrah Manna Hospital is still carried out conventionally and the results of the assessment are subjective. The sample in this study was 8 data doctors where in the selection of the best doctor will be determined based on the assessment criteria used the main indicators of assessment. The assessment criteria used at the Hospital are Discipline, Interpersonal & Communication Skills, Patient Care, Writing and Completeness of Medical Records, Professionalism. Based on the results of this study, the authors designed a Decision Support System to evaluate Doctor's Performance using Visual Basic Net Weighted Product (WP).
ABSTRACT: 本研究旨在确定哈桑努丁-达姆拉-曼纳医院奖励优秀医生的决策支持系统。目前,哈桑努丁-达姆拉-曼纳医院的工作评估系统仍以传统方式进行,评估结果具有主观性。本研究的样本为 8 名医生的数据,根据使用的评估标准和主要评估指标来确定最佳医生的人选。医院使用的评估标准包括纪律、人际交往和沟通技巧、病人护理、病历书写和完整性、专业精神。根据这项研究的结果,作者设计了一个决策支持系统,使用 Visual Basic 净加权乘积(WP)来评估医生的绩效。

Penerapan Metode Weighted Product Dalam Menentukan Siswa Bermasalah di SMAN 05 Seluma 加权乘积法在确定 SMAN 05 Seluma 问题学生中的应用

In the current era of globalization, advances in science and technology are developing very rapidly, especially in terms of decision making. The importance of making fast and accurate decisions is increasingly emphasized in the era of globalization due to the increasing uncertainty and complexity of problems. Therefore, a system that can assist in decision making is very important. In the school environment, the presence of problem students can be one of the factors that affect comfort in the teaching and learning process. Students who often make problems at school can disrupt the teaching and learning process in class. Therefore, teachers and school administrators, especially BK teachers, must immediately address this problem by providing guidance and direction to problem students. Because of the importance of identifying students with problems quickly and precisely, it is necessary to have an effective and accurate determination. However, currently at SMAN 05 Seluma, the process of determining problematic students still uses the manual method by using paper as a tool for data storage and processing. The weighted product (WP) method was chosen because it can provide results that are more accurate and easy to understand. In this method, each factor has a different weight depending on how it relates to student problems. A decision support system application has been produced that can perform calculations using the weighted product method in determining problem students. The application is WEB-based using the programming language PHP and MYSQL as the database.
