Abstract—This research is motivated by the lack of support for learning media in conveying recitation learning material. One effective and efficient way to increase interest in learning recitation is by designing an Android-based learning media. So that users, especially children aged 8 to 12, are able to read the Qur'an properly and correctly. Learning media for recitation are now available in several forms, including in the form of books, interactive CDs, and e-learning. Books have limitations that they can only display information in the form of text and images, are easily damaged by water or torn, and are difficult to carry around. The Interactive CD form has drawbacks for accessing it because you have to use computer media, the computer requires electrical power. The aspect of mobility is lacking because computers are not easy to carry everywhere. With the above constraints, we need a tool that will facilitate the process of learning to read the Qur'an. The tool meant here is the design of a mobile-based recitation learning media application In designing this internship information system, researchers used DDD-E. Media development using the DDD-E model consists of (1) Decide or set program goals and materials, (2) Design or design, namely creating program structures, (3) Develop or developing is producing media elements and making media appearance, (4) Evaluate or evaluate, namely checking the entire design and development process. The resulting media were tested for the validity, practicality and effectiveness of the product using a questionnaire to assess the product aimed at media experts, teachers and students. The results of the product test that the author did obtained a validity test from 1 validator obtained a value of 0.86 with a very valid category, a practicality test from 2 practicums obtained a value of 0.95 with a very high category, and the effectiveness test of 31 assessors obtained a value of 0, 88 with very effective category. So that the E-Tajwid application can be used as a support in learning the science of recitation

Telkom Indonesia has a service that can be used for individuals or companies, namely Indihome. Indihome is a network package, an Indihome Fiber package that provides internet services, interactive TV and home telephones. It takes a design data system for troubleshooting services that can be accessed by customers and suitable technicians to support the smooth running of the process, processing of complaint information and corrective action. By using the proposed system correctly, it may be easier to monitor the distribution of complaint information, so as to speed up the repair process. This can also help speed up the presentation of reports that are accurate, timely and relevant so that they can assist management in making decisions. This is intended so that technicians do not face the main obstacles in recording information and monitoring the length of time working on field problems. In addition, we will describe several effective ways to overcome these challenges in order to create a literacy environment that is inclusive, adaptive and responsive to technological developments. By understanding the challenges of literacy in the digital era and implementing appropriate strategies, the School Literacy Movement can become a driving force that encourages the progress of student literacy in this digital era. The method used in this research is qualitative method. The purpose of this research is to provide an understanding of literacy challenges in the digital era and how to overcome them in the context of the School Literacy Movement. Abstract-In an effort to improve service quality, facilities and infrastructure are needed to support the service process provided. Where there needs to be proper treatment starting from the input, process, to the output of the services provided. Good relations and communication with the community are needed in an effort to maintain the continuity of a continuous service process. In assisting the analysis of student satisfaction, a fuzzy logic method is applied, namely Fuzzy Tsukamoto. The Tsukamoto method is an extension of monotone reasoning. In the Tsukamoto method, every consequence of a rule in the form of an If-Then must be represented by a fuzzy set with a monotonous membership function. The results of this study are that the application of Student Online Learning Satisfaction Analysis using the Tsukamoto algorithm has been successfully implemented and produces rules that are in accordance with what is desired. This causes few business units in Indonesia to be able to retain customers due to the lack of management in the gym business unit. Management in gym services is the main focus to improve performance and quality in the business so that it can be properly designed with the right calculations as well, with the existence of technological sophistication can help these problems by developing a website for admin management in the gym business. The design uses the design thinking method which includes the empathize, define, ideate, prototype, test stages by conducting tests to find out how easy, efficient, easy to remember, and errors or security of the designed website. Testing is done by interviewing users directly. So that it can be immediately implemented in real terms and can continue to be evaluated to improve admin performance.

Intisari—Perkembangan dunia teknologi dan informasi terus berkembang secara cepat seiring kebutuhan manusia, termasuk didalamnya sistem informasi lembaga pelatihan. Sistem informasi lembaga pelatihan merupakan salah satu media informasi yang bisa diakses oleh semua elemen lembaga pelatihan termasuk instruktur dan peserta pelatihan sehingga tercipta suatu sistem pembelajaran yang efektif dimana peserta pelatihan dapat menyesuaikan program pelatihan yang diinginkan tanpa harus datang ke lembaga pelatihan. BLK Purwakarta belum memiliki media pembelajaran daring. Maka dibuatlah media daring menggunakan CMS Wordpress dengan plugins Tutor LMS yang menghasilkan media pembelajaran daring untuk memudahkan instruktur dan peserta pelatihan karena bisa diakses menggunakan pc ataupun perangkat mobile. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan melakukan observasi, studi literatur, dan wawancara. Sedangkan metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan media daring adalah waterfall yang terdiri dari beberapa tahapan yaitu definisi kebutuhan, desain sistem dan perangkat lunak, implementasi dan pengujian unit, integrasi dan pengujian sistem, Operasi dan Pemeliharaan.

The library information system is a software development application used to monitor transaction processes within a library. These transactions encompass book borrowing and returning. This library information system is capable of handling both the book borrowing and returning processes, as well as managing master data, thereby aiding in the organization of the library's book collection. It also facilitates book searches through a catalog and generates transaction reports. The research process included surveys and interviews with library personnel, revealing that the duration of service for transaction activities and difficulties in book management were the primary challenges faced by the GAMA Yogyakarta High School library. With the implementation of the library information system, it is anticipated that it will assist library staff in their work, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of library operations, and expediting the service provided by staff for book borrowing and returning transactions.

Abstract-Health Social Security Organizing Agency for Contribution Assistance Recipient groups is assistance for the poor and disadvantaged people who are financed by the Government. The goal of the Health Social Security Administrative Body is to improve access and quality of health services for all underprivileged and incapable people to achieve optimal public health status effectively and efficiently. One of the problems faced by the Bengkulu City Social Service in determining beneficiaries of Health Social Security Administering Body assistance for the Contribution Assistance Beneficiary group is the process carried out by the Bengkulu City Social Service in making decisions on receiving Contribution assistance Health Social Security Administrative Body for poor families, still uses the manual method so it takes time. long to process. This decision support system for determining beneficiaries applies the K-Nearest Neighbor method to assist the selection process of citizens who are entitled to receive the Health Social Security Administrative Body so that it is easier to assess the criteria for residents. K-Nearest Neighbor can perform a mathematically based procedure to evaluate the values of these criteria into an accurate description of the data classification. This decision support system is designed using the PHP Programming Language and MySQL Database. This decision support system can provide convenience for the Bengkulu City Social Service in determining beneficiaries of Health Social Security Administering Body assistance for groups of Contribution Assistance Recipients in Bengkulu City.

One of the problems faced by the Bengkulu City Social Service in determining beneficiaries of Health Social Security Administering Body assistance for the Contribution Assistance Beneficiary group is the process carried out by the Bengkulu City Social Service in making decisions on receiving Contribution assistance Health Social Security Administrative Body for poor families, still uses the manual method so it takes time. long to process. This decision support system for determining beneficiaries applies the K-Nearest Neighbor method to assist the selection process of citizens who are entitled to receive the Health Social Security Administrative Body so that it is easier to assess the criteria for residents. K-Nearest Neighbor can perform a mathematically based procedure to evaluate the values of these criteria into an accurate description of the data classification. This decision support system is designed using the PHP Programming Language and MySQL Database. Abstract_In Indonesia, the number of Android system smartphone users is 88.37% in 2017. Developments in the field of information technology are currently progressing and developing rapidly, especially in the development of mobile phones, starting from hardware such as Samsung, Lenovo, Oppo, Xiomy and other devices that embed Android. as an operating system because it has many advantages. Umrah worship is mostly carried out by Muslims in Indonesia nowadays due to the long waiting time in the queue to be able to go on pilgrimage. Guidance is given directly or indirectly. Directly, the department of religion or the Hajj Guidance Group (KBIH) conducts hands-on training on guidance for the Hajj and Umrah pilgrimages. In using a guidebook prepared by travel or smartphones that search for prayers via Google and make it a little difficult for the congregation because of the many references. This was considered impractical because the guidebook that was included with the travel party was easily scattered, got wet with water or could even be torn so that it could no longer be used. Created a system that continues the design made in this study so that it can be used by related parties.

Quality of Service (QoS) analysis is crucial for ensuring high-quality network performance. This study, conducted at SMKN 2 Rejang Lebong, utilizes Wireshark version 2.0.4 to analyze QoS parameters such as throughput, delay, jitter, and packet loss. The research employs a quantitative methodology, collecting data through questionnaires and employing descriptive statistics using SPSS version 20. The findings reveal that the QoS index for the Office Building and Teachers' Room falls within the 'Satisfactory' category with values of 3.06 and 3.26, respectively. However, the LAB Room scores a lower QoS index of 2.45, categorized as 'Unsatisfactory.' Overall, the internet network quality at SMKN 2 Rejang Lebong aligns with TIPHON standards, classifying as 'Less Satisfactory' with an average score of 2.92.
