Kementerian Agama menjadi dan bertugas sebagai media penyelenggaraan pemerintahan dalam bidang agama, sehingga menjadikannya sebagai penyedia layanan yang baik salah satunya dalam penyelenggaraan perjalanan haji dan umrah. Hal tersebut menjadikan Kementerian Agama sebagai pengawasan dan pembinaan atas pemberian izin kepada Penyelenggaraan Perjalanan Ibadah Umrah (PPIU). Pada KMA Nomor 540 Tahun 2021 menyatakan PPIU lulus ketika mendapatkan nilai dalam rentang 65-100 namun, ternyata ditemukan PPIU dengan nilai lebih rendah dari rentang nilai yang telah ditetapkan, hal tersebut perlu ditindak lanjuti dengan cermat karena melihat pentingnya penyediaan layanan perjalanan ibadah umrah bagi umat islam yang dapat di percaya dan Kementerian Agama sebagai bentuk perbaikan dalam bidang sosial, politik, agama, dan ekonomi negara pada pemberian perizinan operasioanl PPIU menjadi lebih cepat, transparan, dan akuntabel. Sehubungannya dengan itu, peneliti melakukan clustering pada dataset PPIU dengan menggunakan variable Nama PPIU dengan Jumlah Nilai Verifikasi ditemukan keseluruh data yang di dapat sebanyak 230 menggunakan RapidMiner dengan algoritma k-means sehingga di dapatkan banyaknya k dengan menggunakan Elbow Methode sehingga di dapat pada k-3 dengan Avg. Distance 0,595. Pada k-3 di peroleh Davies Bouldin Indeks (DBI) sebesar 0,027 dengan nilai rentang intervalnya dari 61-100.

Abstract— Archiving activities are an important role to support administrative processes or other activities required by the company, this archive can be done manually or using sophisticated equipment such as computers. Archiving is intended so that the data or information needed for services can be found quickly and correctly. However, what happened to BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Purwakarta, document filing in the financial sector is still done manually and by making a list in excel, so that when you need data or information you still have difficulty getting it. Therefore the solution offered is the procurement of an archive Management Information System which is expected to help and facilitate BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, especially in the financial sector, in the process of storing, searching, and documents that are not easily lost. This research will discuss how to design a digital archive information system, using research methods namely literature studies, design sprints, the techniques used are Industrial Practices and Observations. The final result of this research is in the form of a user interface design for a digital records management information system. Pemberian bantuan belum terstruktur masih berupa perkiraan hanya sebatas penilaian biasa tidak terlalu lengkap sehingga tidak tersalurkan dengan penerima yang tepat, proses secara manual yang dilakukan yaitu dengan cara Usaha kecil menengah yang ada di Kota Bengkulu mengajukan proposal permintaan bantuan pengembangan usaha kepada dinas Koperasi dan usaha kecil menengah, sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang lama dalam menyeleksi usaha kecil menengah tersebut dan manajem dalam pengelolaan bantuannya belum begitu bagus karena belum tersistem dengan baik dan kakurata datanya juga masih diragukan karena penilaiannya hanya berdasarkan info-info yang masih sedikit serta berdasarkan kebijakan pihak penerima. Solusi dari ketidak teraturan dan manajem pembagian bantuan yaitu dengan membuat sebuah sistem yang dapat memberikan penilaian yang real dan objektif, penilaian ini menggunakan perhitungan berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria calon penerima dengan sistem perengkingan dengan menggunakan model Metode Fuzzy C-Means adalah salah satu metode yang bisa membantu proses pengambilan keputusan yang optimal untuk menyelesaikan masalah keputusan secara praktis, konsepnya sederhana dan mudah dipahami dan Technique for Order Preference (Topsi) by Similarity to Ideal Solution karena metode ini dapat digunakan sebagai upaya untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan multi criteria decision making (MCDM) maka dengan kedua metode ini saling melengkapi sehingga di dapat keputusan yang terbaik dari proposal-proposal yang diajukan dan tepat sasaran. Hasil pengujian : Nilai tertinggi untuk kriteria omset Rp 1.000.000 – Rp. 5.000.000 dan jumlah tenaga kerja 2 orang dalah V3 yaitu UMKM Bedeng Bata, Kedua metode ini saling melengkapi sehingga di dapat keputusan yang terbaik dari proposal-proposal yang diajukan tepat sasaran, lelemahan metode FCM membutuhkan banyak suku serta matriks tim kelompoknya yang ditetapkan. memiliki masalah inkonsistensi dan Belum adanya penentuan bobot prioritas yang menjadi prioritas hitungan terhadap kriteria, yang berguna untuk meningkatkan validitas nilai bobot perhitungan kriteria.

Abstract—The necessities of life force people to work to fulfill their daily lives. In general, humans work during the day and rest at night. A lot of time spent working requires humans to rest to recover their physical condition. Sleep is an important phase in daily activities that is useful for balancing human life. Everyone's sleep needs are different. Many people are long-sleepers who need 9 to 10 hours of sleep a night while others are short-sleepers who only need less than 6 hours of sleep each night. Long sleep is not always associated with sleep disturbances. Besides that most people are not medically trained, therefore the authors intend to design an "expert system for diagnosing sleep disorders using the web-based forward chaining method" which can be accessed via http://puskesmastelagadewa.com/. This application is expected to be used by the community in early diagnosis as a prevention of more severe disease. This system is designed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database, the resulting expert system is able to help patients diagnose sleep disorders while providing solutions to the disease. From the test results, it is obtained that 100% functionality runs according to system requirements. In the system testing carried out at the Telaga Dewa Health Center UPTD, Bengkulu City, symptoms and diseases were obtained from 7 existing sample data.

Some of the problems that occur at this time in determining students who are eligible to receive school operational assistance at IT Technology Al-Fath Mukomuko Vocational High School (VHS) are still not effective, the application that is designed and will be implemented is supported by the weighted product method and implemented with flowcharts, Context diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams, Entity Relationship Diagrams, Table Relations and using visual basic net applications and MySQL database as the data base. The researcher's suggestion is that this new application can be used to replace the old system which is still manual at SMK IT Technology Al-Fath Mukomuko.

This development is based on human innovation and creativity, especially in the business field, many sales have been made on-line, this Me Time Bakery has not yet developed on-line sales, online developments or online stores through internet media have mushroomed in Indonesia, even already very well known by the general public. The number of various conveniences in shopping and the various types of products and services offered, make Indonesian people make online shops as one of the new "shopping places" besides shopping centers. this makes many online shop sellers competing to offer their products in various ways to attract consumers to shop, they take advantage of the situation where online shopping is currently in demand by the Indonesian people until now. The analysis of the old system at the Me Time Bakery is still manual by using a manual counting machine with a receipt system so that sales and purchases of stock items are re-corrected and recorded only on that day how many breads were sold, how many purchases and stock sales. To find out the availability of information products, with the Web-Based Me Time Bakery Sales Information System, it can facilitate the promotion process which has been conventional in nature. can use the application in accordance with accurate and good commands.

Abstract : SMK Negeri 2 Bengkulu City is one of the State Vocational High Schools that located in Bengkulu City. Digital Simulation subjects (Simdig) are taught to class X students at school. The ability of students to understand these subjects is different, so it is sometimes difficult for the teacher during the learning process. Interest in learning tends to produce high achievement, otherwise a lack of interest in learning will result in low achievement. This is what causes the interests of each student to be different from other students. The implementation for clustering students' interest in Digital Simulation (SimDig) subjects at SMK Negeri 2 Bengkulu City is used to assist teachers in evaluating the teaching and learning process that has been carried out based on the grades that have been obtained by students at the end of the semester. The attributes used as parameters in determining the student's specialization are attendance scores, assignment scores, UTS scores, and UAS scores per semester per academic year. Based on the data on student scores in the SimDig subject as many as 24 students, the results of the clustering of students' specialization were 62.5% (Highly Interested) and 37.5% (Less Interested). Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, the functionalities of the application for clustering students' interest in Digital Simulation subjects (SimDig) at SMK Negeri 2 Bengkulu City are running well as expected, and can provide information on the results of clustering of students' specialization in Digital Simulation subjects.
