Optimizing Rapid Granulator Machines Utilization Using Overall Equipment Effectiveness and Capacity Measurement in Injection Molding 优化快速造粒机利用整体设备效率和能力测量注塑成型

Low productivity can be affected by several conditions like machine downtime, operator performance, inefficient capacity planning, etc. The most effective way to find out the solution to this problem is to calculate machine utilization. The purpose of this research is to optimize Rapid Granulator machines in the injection molding area by using Day in the Life Of (DILO) observation, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and capacity measurement. The research will analyze the suitable calculation metric to measure Rapid Granulator machines utilization by comparing machine capacity, planned run time, planned preventive maintenance, and the number of machines needed. In the last two years, the expected efficiency rate is always increasing up to 95% with the average of PT. MT Indonesia utilization rate of 85%. However, there are no standards or unified way to measure a machine’s utilization rate and due to the huge variety of machinery not all of them have the calculation metrics. Further observation shows that Rapid Granulator machines that located in the Injection Molding area of PT. MT Indonesia has never been calculated and the low utilization rate can be seen after a quick time study. A sample of 16 machines is measured with only 23% of utilization rate in one shift operation time. The result then shows that the improvement activities to reduce the number of machines from 105 to 24 will increase the utilization rate up to 87% with the OEE score increasing from 1.8% to 39%. Thus, PT. MT Indonesia can minimize cost as expected in the cost calculation and optimize Rapid Granulator machines usage.

Research on human resource development have been carried out. With the aim of can be used as parameters to create the development of quality human resources. This research aims to know the influence of opportunities on the assessment of the performance of employees. Opportunities under study is divided into three indicators, namely the environment, the rules and colleagues. Sampling technique in this study using a sampling of saturated. The technique of data analysis was conducted gradually, starting from the editing, coding, scoring and tabulation. In addition, using a likert scale developed by Ransis Likert. While for the development of research using statistical methods, it is necessary to qualify the classical assumption test before the test is conducted multiple linear regression. It aims to determine how much significance of significance testing. The results from the hypothesis t, there is on the value tcount for the partial (sequential) starting from X1 = 2,639, X2 = 3,379 and X3 = 2,210. In addition, the results of the hypothesis F, contained in the value of Fcount simultaneously (together) was 12,597. While the value of R Square (R2) of 0,282, if then the result of 28.2%. It can be concluded from the three independent variables affect the dependent variable by 28,2%.

Di dalam dunia industri, masalah tata letak pabrik maupun tata letak fasilitas dan peralatan produksi merupakan salah satu yang berperan penting dalam peningkatan produktivitas perusahaan. Tata letak yang tidak tepat dapat menyebabkan waktu pemindahan bahan menjadi tidak efektif karena jarak antar stasiun yang jauh. CV. Apindo Brother Sukses adalah perusahaan yang berfokuskan pada bidang jasa yang melakukan berbagai perlakuan terhadap suatu produk atau barang. Perlakuan yang dilakukan salah satunya yaitu pelapisan menggunakan listrik atau electroplating. Kegiatan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperbaiki proses produksi pelapisan Nikel chrome dan Gold Plating dan membuat tata letak fasilitas baru proses produksi pelapisan Nikel chrome dan Gold yang lebih efektif pada CV. Apindo Brother Sukses. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Systematic Layout Planning (SLP). Hasil studi lapangan yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah pada proses pelapisan nikel chrome dan gold masih mengalami panjangnya proses produksi oleh karena itu peneliti membuat rancangan layout proses produksi baru dengan panjang yang lebih pendek dan efektif. Hasil pembuatan layout usulan didapatkan improvement pengurangan jarak tempuh produksi sebesar 62,5% untuk nikel chrome dan 73,5% untuk gold.

Persaingan industri yang sangat kompetitif pada era globalisasi khususnya dalam era Masyarakar Ekonomi ASEAN (MEA) membuat sumber daya manusia menjadi aspek yang terpenting sehingga aset perusahaan atau human investment harus lebih di perhatikan mengingat adanya ancaman bahaya (hazard) potensial yang berhubungan dengan kerja. Dengan adanya peristiwa kecelakaan dapat merugikan perusahaan dari segi biaya langsung (direct cost) dan biaya tidak langsung (indirect cost). Berdasarkan wawancara dengan pekerja terdapat beberapa kecelakaan kerja maupun penyakit akibat kerja. Oleh karena itu, dengan adanya potensi hazard yang muncul maka diperlukan suatu manajemen risiko untuk mengidentifikasi risiko yaitu Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP) pada unit produksi NPK1 dan unit produksi non-NPK. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hazard yang dapat menimbulkan risiko merugikan manusia atau fasilitas pada sistem sehingga proses yang berlangsung dalam sistem dapat berjalan lancar dan aman. Hasil analisis potensi bahaya menunjukan terdapat 13 potensi bahaya di unit produksi NPK 1 dan 7 bahaya di unit produksi non-NPK. Hasil dari diagram pie menunjukan terdapat 35% potensi bahaya pada klasifikasi tempat kerja, 30% potensi bahaya pada klasifikasi sikap kerja, 20% potensi bahaya pada klasifikasi lingkungan kerja fisik, dan 15% potensi bahaya pada klasifikasi bahaya prosedur kerja. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa klasifikasi tempat kerja membutuhkan perhatian lebih dalam upaya pencegahan kecelakaan kerja. Saran untuk peneliti yang akan dating disarankan untuk melakukan pengujian terhadap kandungan pupuk NPK dan non NPK.   Kata kunci: Kecelakaan Kerja; HAZOP; Risk Assessment

Mahasiswa merupakan faktor utama yang menentukan kegiatan perkuliahan berjalan dengan benar. Proses belajar yang lama menjadikan mahasiswa mengalami banyak keluahan. Dengan adanya kuliah daring akibat dari pandemic Covid19 ini, memungkinkan ketidaknyamanan mahasiswa pada saat perkuliahan semakin meningkat. Pada penelitian ini, dilakukan sebuah identitifikasi terkait keluhan kesehatan yang terjadi pada mahasiswa selama perkuliahan menggunakan metode daring.Metode penelitian adalah menggunakan metode descriptive dari perhitungan statistic dan penyebaran kuisioner NBM (Nordic Body Map). Pengambilan data dilakukan terhadap 30 mahasiswa mahasiswa di Universitas Proklamasi 45 Yogyakarta. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terjadi keluhan kesehatan berupa rasa sakit sementara, jangkat pannjang, dan permanen. Titik tubuh yang paling banyak terasa sakit adalah terletak pada area tangan (Bahu, lengan atas, lengan bawah, dan pergelangan), dan batang tubuh (leher, punggung, pinggul, pinggang dan pantat). Berdasrakan hasil ini dibutuhkan solusi berupa postur tubuh yang baik saat kerja, dan penggunaan perangkat kerja dan media pendung yang sesuai.
学生是决定学生活动是否正常进行的主要因素。旧的学习过程给学生带来了很大的压力。由于Covid19大流行,在线讲座可能会给学生带来越来越多的不便。在这项研究中,是基于在线教学中学生健康投诉的身份证明。研究方法是利用统计结果和NBM调查结果的描述方法。数据挖掘发生在日惹45号公告大学的30名学生身上。分析表明,有一种暂时疼痛、持续疼痛和永久性的健康症状。身体最疼的部位是手腕(肩膀、上臂、前臂和手腕)和躯干(颈部、背部、臀部、臀部和臀部)。这种结果需要通过良好的工作姿势,以及适当的工作工具和切割媒介来解决。

Perbaikan Sistem Sambungan Strut dan Ring pada Fiksator Eksternal Berbasis Hexapod untuk Meningkatkan Fleksibilitas Rekonstruksi Tulang 强化强化强化骨骼外骨骼和环连接系统,以增加骨骼重建的灵活性

An external fixation is a hexapod-based medical aid to support the process of bone reconstruction due to bone deformity. On the market, there are several hexapods based external fixation with various designs. The well-known external fixation product in the doctor's environment is the Taylor Spatial Frame (TSF) consisting of two rings and six telescopic struts with a joint system using a universal joint. TSF tools have been successfully created by the Industrial Engineering Planning and Design laboratory of the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Sebelas Maret, Surakarta. The design of this TSF is to correct bones with extreme angles, but the angle range between the struts cannot be reached according to the target specifications. Another weakness in this TSF design is the backlash in the universal joint component. This study aims to improve the joint system between strut and ring, to eliminate the potential of backlash, to be safe for the user and the strut-ring angle range can be reached at an angle of 30°. Design improvements are carried out with the generic product development process to select alternative repair concepts that emphasize safe for users, then test using finite elements to assess safety factors and displacements. The result is a chosen design concept with an angle range at the external fixation between the strut rings approaching an angle of  30°.

AbstractAs one of the manufacturing companies engaged in food, PT SMART Tbk. Surabaya often having problem about the quality of materials stored in Warehouse Packaging Marsho which is often founded scrap materials. Based on the data from April 1st, 2017 to February 15th, 2015, the percentage of scrap material is increasing every month from 5% to 23%. The purpose of this research is to minimize the scrap materials in Warehouse Packaging Marsho PT. SMART Tbk. Surabaya using Six Sigma method by implementing Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control (DMAIC) stages. The results obtained are the most dominant cause of scrap is the laziness of operator to place materials in accordance with the provisions (general batch). Thus, it is necessary to make improvements to minimize the scrap material by doing a routine briefing from PIC Area Warehouse Packaging Marsho before the operational activities begin.
【摘要】PT SMART Tbk是一家从事食品生产的公司。泗水经常有质量问题的材料储存在仓库包装沼泽,这往往是建立废料材料。从2017年4月1日到2015年2月15日的数据来看,废料的比例每月都在增加,从5%增加到23%。本研究的目的是尽量减少仓库包装Marsho PT. SMART Tbk中的废料。泗水采用六西格玛方法,实施定义、测量、分析、改进和控制(DMAIC)阶段。得到的结果是,造成报废的最主要原因是操作人员的懒惰,没有按照规定(一般批次)放置材料。因此,在业务活动开始之前,有必要通过PIC区域仓库包装中心的例行简报来进行改进,以尽量减少废料。
