The traditional emergency classification is lack of dynamic analysis in emergency rescue and disaster incident management, it is difficult to accurately quantify the classification and providing practical guidance and scientific issues. In this paper, Fuzzy AHP and cluster analysis of the classification is researched, it can effectively integrate expert consensus, it can meet emergency requirements and reflect the dynamic classification in the emergencies.

A three-layer fast image matching algorithm based on Evolutionary Algorithm is proposed. It has some new features: 1A strategy from coarse matching to fine matching is adopted. Large numbers of non-matching points will be firstly eliminated by performing coarse matching with circular and cross templates, then a whole template is applied to confirming the final position to reduce the calculation workload; 2) two mutation strategies are proposed: low probability mutation strategy for the early mutation; and high probability strategy for the late mutation to enhance the diversity of population. The experimental results demonstrate that the performance in this paper outperforms that of other evolutionary algorithms in terms of the quality of the final solution, its stability is better and its computational cost is lower than the cost required by the correlation method and the circular method.

This diagnosis and feedback system for bicycle pedaling technique has been designed with VF 6.0. This system includes 5 modules which are 2-D image analysis, dynamics parameters collection, data analysis, parameters assessment, and athletes data. 2-D image analysis has been developed to suit for the characteristics of the pedaling technique. Through dynamics parameters collection, 2-D or 3-D forces of the pedals, handlebars, and saddle can be obtained. Kinematics and dynamics parameter can be obtained and be stored into the database of the diagnosis system concurrently. User can obtain an athlete data or more to analyze and compare them, and can compare between common athletes and elite athletes or among elite athletes. This research designs the Combination Revolving Basketball Shooting Trainer (CRBST) and has the theoretical analysis on its design theory, technique principles, key feature indicators and applied patterns, in accordance with research results from modern physiology and psychology. In addition, an attempt is made with breakthrough in aspects of forms and methods of basketball shooting training, thus providing with the new efficient shooting equipments.

The risks for E-commerce include both technology risk and moral hazard. Information technology such as Internet is the core factor influencing the development of E-commerce. However, technology risk is a big threat for the application of information technology. In this paper, the technology risks are divided into 4 parts which are the risk form hackers, peep, structural defects on information infrastructure for E-commerce and the drawbacks of the information system for companies. Besides, moral hazard is comprised of repudiation, fake web pages, privacy violation and accuracy of information. Audit is an important method for risk management for E-commerce. This article applies the external and internal audit to management the risk in E-commerce.

The data, after AD converted by ADS7845, are calibrated and transmitted to the LCD display. The paper is using the MAXSURF software to model a SKUD 18 Class boat hull, and using the SPAN to research the hull performance of the SKUD 18 Class. We can get the data about the hull hydrodynamic of the SKUD 18 Class in different wind speed. By calculating, it help us to initial control the ship at different wind angles of the sail surface propulsion, sail plane lateral force, hull resistance, sail heeling moment of plane, ship and other indicators of change in torque characteristics.
