The Self-organization Mechanism about Sports Industrial Structure Evolution 体育产业结构演化的自组织机制

Based on Dissipative Structure Theory of the sports industrial self-organization mechanism of evolution, that openness - the evolution of sports structure prerequisite for self-organization, far from equilibrium - the evolution of sports structure of direct incentives for self-organization, non-linear role - sports evolution of the internal industrial structure based on self-organization, fluctuation - dissipation structure is sports structure triggers, leading industry - self-organization evolution of sports structure order parameter. The Problems and Solutions for Laboratory Team Construction in Sport Institutes 体育院校实验室队伍建设存在的问题及对策

The laboratory construction in sport institutes is the foundation for P.E. majors in regular institutions of higher learning, which can help ensuring the teaching quality and improving the ability of scientific research, and can be regarded as the material platform of enforcing the quality and innovation education. It is urgently needed to improve the traditional physical experimental teaching system and mode to cultivate innovative and applied talents. In this thesis, problems of experiment laboratory construction in sport institute are studied, using the methods of documentary data, expert interview, comparative analysis and so on. Basing on the presenting of experimental teaching and research status quo, the development tendencies of sport laboratory construction under the new circumstances are mentioned. The conclusion is that the main problems existing in sport special laboratory construction are the lagging and poor management system, inflexible and slow operation mechanism, low utilization of resources and the aging corps of technician. The thesis puts forward the solutions on how to strengthen the understanding of laboratory construction, reform the management system, strengthen the team building, construct the new system of experimental teaching, and create a new network communication platform of laboratory construction etc..
体育院校实验室建设是普通高等学校体育专业建设的基础,有助于保证教学质量和提高科研能力,是实施素质教育和创新教育的物质平台。迫切需要改进传统的物理实验教学体系和模式,培养创新型应用型人才。本文采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、比较分析法等方法,对体育院校实验实验室建设中存在的问题进行了研究。在介绍实验教学和研究现状的基础上,提出了新形势下体育实验室建设的发展趋势。结论是体育专业实验室建设中存在的主要问题是管理体制滞后差、运行机制不灵活慢、资源利用率低、技术人员队伍老龄化。本文从加强对实验室建设的认识、改革管理体制、加强团队建设、构建实验教学新体系、创建实验室建设网络交流新平台等方面提出了解决方案。

Analysis of the Basic Connotation of PIN-bonding Sport Training Theory PIN-bonding运动训练理论基本内涵分析

Firstly this paper outlined the PIN-bonding sport training theory, then from three dimensions the paper elaborated its basic connotation via literature-material method, logical analytic method and so on. These three dimensions are discriminative dimension of P(physical ability), I(intelligence), N(non-intelligence), sport training influencing dimension and their relation dimension. Eleven groups, twenty-five propositions were involved in this study.

Language has interactive and random characteristics, someone had said that the language could not be located. We intend to solve the problem: the location of the Chinese Alphabetic Passwords in the Fingers. The Chinese Alphabet consists of 33 letters and 4 phonetic symbols, has 1383 kinds of combined patterns. These 33 letters are divided into 7 vowels and 26 consonants. The core of Chinese Alphabet is the vowels and vowels group, they have a few quantity but change more and decide the running laws of a Chinese word, The consonants lie in a subordinate status, they have a large quantity but change rarely and obey the vowels running laws. In this article we only discuss the positions of 11 consonant passwords in the fingers.

Now Robots have only the computer technology and can only achieve vague control and analog control due to the lack of design concept on the Robot rational conduct procedures-the Intelligent Science, this restricts the development of Robot. In recent decades, tourism industry has rapidly developed, and that also brings various impacts to the destinations and nations, particularly in economic impact. Therefore more and more experts would like to contribute to this field, and research different types of tourism. This study will concentrate on sports tourism, Olympic Games and the various benefits and impacts experienced by host cities and host countries. Further to discuss if the Olympics create good opportunities to improvement of national and international image and what impacts will be generated by the event. In general, the impacts divide two categories which are positive and negative. Based on this research, it will get abundant reasonable and valuable methods, effective experiences. Then, to minimize the negative impact, encourage the positive one.

Surface Effects on Plantar Pressure Characteristics in Jogging 慢跑时足底压力特性的表面效应

The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of three common sports surfaces on plantar pressure characteristics and performance of impact in lower extremity during jogging. Methods: Medilogic insole plantar pressure system® was utilized to collect plantar pressure data (including contact time, peak pressure, pressure-time integral) and pressure distribution during touch-down and toe-off phases. Grass surface, rubber running track, and concrete surface were chosen as testing surfaces. Results: During touchdown, the first peak pressure (time) and pressure-time integral within first peak period of running on the concrete were significantly greater (or earlier) than the other two. However, the pressure distribution of all insole areas (forefoot, mid-foot, heel, lateral, and medial) were similar among the three types of sports surfaces both in touch-down and toe-off. Conclusion: Surfaces with less or no cushioning would lead to a higher risk of sports injury during long-term jogging. However, the further effect of different surfaces on pressure distribution and the influence it may bring subsequently was not as distinct as expected.

Forecasting the RMB Exchange Regime 预测人民币汇率形成机制

To resolve the slow convergence and local minimum problem of BP network, an exchange rate forecast method based on Radial Basis Function Neural Network (RBFNN) is proposed. Data on economic variables is normalized, and then is put into the RBFNN in training. Corresponding parameters are got and then the exchange rate is predicted. Detailed simulation results and comparisons with Back-Propagation (BP) network show that, the operation speed of the method is faster and the forecast accuracy is higher than the traditional BP neural network can be achieved obviously. We then use genetic programming approach to achieve a better outcome compared with ANN.

Web Search Based on Cultural Algorithm New Framework 基于文化算法的Web搜索新框架

With the development of information technology, especially the widespread use of Web, information on Web increases rapidly and becomes a huge information resource. In the meanwhile, such abundant information makes it an urgent problem: how to extract useful content rapidly and efficiently from information resources. This paper proposes a framework for evolutionary systems to search implicit knowledge on the web. Based on Cultural Algorithms (CA), the web search process is supported by the domain knowledge objects in the belief space, and the optimization process is supported by evolutionary search in the population space. This framework in web search may help increase competition and diversity on the web.
