In the boxing, free combat, kickboxing combat events, the attack speed, strength, explosive force, blow impulse etc is an important measured against attack effect and diagnostic technique indicators for players. The general fighting coaches, athletes are very eager to solve the major problem which how to analysis and evaluation the athletes technical of action by effectively obtain these indexes. Develop the system of BJ-2 combat items training and monitoring is based on this demand. This system can formulate scientific training plan, correct guidance and corrective action of athletes for coaches as an objective basis, through the determination of real-time combat athletes finish offensive actions of kinematics and dynamics, technical parameters, etc.

By means of documentary and interview and methods of summarizing and induction, this paper analyzes major problems existing in Physical Education laboratory construction, namely low starting point, scanty funds, unreasonable structure of laboratory staff, low resource utilization and poor management, then strategies are put forward as suggestions to improve the adverse situation. Apart from necessary experimental equipments, materials, approaches and highly qualified personnel, a favorable environment and necessary facilities are also required. What's more, the key to lab construction lies in the recognition from leaders and support and collaboration from functional department. A lab contributes its adaptability of teaching and scientific research to emphasizing not only hardware reinforcement but the software construction like, the cultivation of teachers. Last but not least, it is effective to improve students' innovationess and hand-on skill by opening laboratory to students and merge ring those ones with overlapping functions into one interdepartmental and interdisciplinary PE lab centre.

In this essay 11 Shanghai's professional trampoline athletes' pre jump and 5 basic skill movements were analyzed by video and plantar pressure method. Plantar pressure data was acquired. According to trampoline program characteristics, data was analyzed in statistics method and rules of trampoline during the process of touching net were explored. Research result showed that there were no significant difference between different movements in each foot sole region pressure, intensity of pressure in 8 key points and distance of center of pressure in X-axis and Y-axis, which demonstrated that touching net skill of different type movements were the same. During touching net process, peak value of intensity pressure of the 5th toe phalanges and the heel were the maximum. The distance of center pressure in X-axis during the touching net process was stable while during the push-off phase the distance was remarkable for the reason that two legs exerted imbalance strength.

In the meanwhile, such abundant information makes it an urgent problem: how to extract useful content rapidly and efficiently from information resources. This paper proposes a framework for evolutionary systems to search implicit knowledge on the web. Based on Cultural Algorithms (CA), the web search process is supported by the domain knowledge objects in the belief space, and the optimization process is supported by evolutionary search in the population space. The IT development brings more possibility of the combination of IT and sport. The development of sailing in China is in urgent needs of staff that is able to design the multimedia software. However, most of the supporting staff of sailing came from athletes before and they lacked the systematic learning of IT, thus it is difficult for them to design the multimedia courseware. The exploration of the learning system of sailing rules based on the flash software featured with great interaction and animation production can help improve the athletes' understanding of the sailing rules and the sailing in China.

Through the literature review, mathematical statistics and comparative studies have been done for the proportion of some sections in seven kinds of statistics textbooks. The seven kinds of statistics textbooks is respectively about sports, education, psychology, business, socio-economics, biology and medicine. The results show that sports statistics textbook should enforce the composition of research design, data collection and collation, and statistical reports, it is also suggested to pay more attention to the applicability of textbooks, the initiative of students and the introduction of statistical software. So this project aims at providing theoretical supports for statistics textbooks to be more conductive to the development of physical discipline of statistics and to be more suitable for students.
