This thesis based on sustainable development of sailing sport in China. The starting point is the reality of particularity of sailing, the mental training and culture learning for athletes. And bring Moodle distance education software into the National Sailing Team, in order to establish a powerful network education system which starts from existing culture level of the athletes, with vivid learning process, provides concise and easy way to learn. Through this education platform, athletes can learn the knowledge what they need anytime, anywhere, and in this way to improve the level of their intelligence and technical, finally improve their comprehensive competitiveness in the race.

By means of documentary and interview and methods of summarizing and induction, this paper analyzes major problems existing in Physical Education laboratory construction, namely low starting point, scanty funds, unreasonable structure of laboratory staff, low resource utilization and poor management, then strategies are put forward as suggestions to improve the adverse situation. Apart from necessary experimental equipments, materials, approaches and highly qualified personnel, a favorable environment and necessary facilities are also required. What's more, the key to lab construction lies in the recognition from leaders and support and collaboration from functional department. A lab contributes its adaptability of teaching and scientific research to emphasizing not only hardware reinforcement but the software construction like, the cultivation of teachers. Last but not least, it is effective to improve students' innovationess and hand-on skill by opening laboratory to students and merge ring those ones with overlapping functions into one interdepartmental and interdisciplinary PE lab centre.

Wireless sensor networks have become one of the important research fields. It has a wide-range application background. This paper through to the research of wireless sensor network development present situation and the tendency, the coal mine gas wireless monitor present situation, the ZigBee technology, proposed a wireless sensor network monitor system solution based on the ZigBee technology, which face to the coal mine gas wireless monitor application. analyzed the system design goal, the function and the performance index, pointed out the system design feasibility and the software and hardware platform design request and the principle of design. The overall system take the wireless sensor networking technology as a core, strengthened the system flexibility, the maintainability and the extendibility, meanwhile the system modulation and the open style structure enable the system to have a good probability. Through the literature review, mathematical statistics and comparative studies have been done for the proportion of some sections in seven kinds of statistics textbooks. The seven kinds of statistics textbooks is respectively about sports, education, psychology, business, socio-economics, biology and medicine. The results show that sports statistics textbook should enforce the composition of research design, data collection and collation, and statistical reports, it is also suggested to pay more attention to the applicability of textbooks, the initiative of students and the introduction of statistical software. So this project aims at providing theoretical supports for statistics textbooks to be more conductive to the development of physical discipline of statistics and to be more suitable for students.

This paper has screened out major factor indices reflecting the excellent female 100-meter race score through investigation and expert interview, mathematical statistics. Predicated models were established for body training level and dedicated item score. Their relationship was also analyzed from multi-level, multi-perspectives through the combination of athletic measurement and evaluation, sport physiology, systematic theory, cybernetics and characteristics of items. The result shows that 1) The five major inspecting indices for 100-meter races for female athletes i.e. flying run 30m, stride length, stride frequency, ten-class standing long jump and 300m, have closely relation with the special item results. 2) Establishment of regression equation to forecast the results of China national master sportswomen, one class 100-meter races for female athletes. 3) Three kinds of evaluation methods and criteria for Chinese elite female 100-meter runners in this paper provide evidence for evaluating performance of physical training comprehensively. Development a Three-dimensional digital based on MEMS sensor, which has the same mass and external dimensions with the normal discus. It can measure the information of acceleration and angular velocity in discus throw. Through calibrating experiments, the digital discus has good linearity and high accuracy, work reliability and better antijamming. This digital discus can be used to collect the signals sent out when throwing the discus on the whole process and carry through the dynamics analysis. It has been applied in the daily training. The mechanical design, force measuring principle and field experiment of the instrument are discussed in detail. Experiment results show that the information measuring method is correct and the instrument system is effective.

In order to reduce the computation cost of candidate pairs, we have developed the Taper algorithm according to 1NF property. The developed TaperR algorithm can cut the number of candidate pairs to improve efficiency. Experimental results exhibit that the new algorithm is well worked in the mining of all-strong-pairs. So it is more suitable for real relation database system.
