Comparison of different surgery operation techniques 不同手术技术的比较

This study proceeds from the database of two patient groups. Patients in first group underwent intraabdominal anastomotic operation technique and they come from a selected hospital in USA. Patients in second group underwent extraabdominal anastomotic operation technique and they come from the Clinic of Surgery at the University Hospital Ostrava (Czech Republic). Both groups have more than 200 patients. Both operation techniques are compared in the study taking into account the following variables: risk of post-operative morbidity, conversion, operation time, BMI, ASA, etc. Risk of morbidity will be quantified, compared for different patient groups and deeply discussed in the paper, by the use of advanced statistical methods, as logistic regression, Agresti-Coull and Wilson interval, hypotheses testing, etc. To be comparable both data groups had to be adapted and modified at the earliest by the use of a proper method based on propensity score.

IT risk assessment and penetration test: Comparative analysis of IT controls verification techniques IT风险评估和渗透测试:IT控制验证技术的比较分析

The ongoing digitalization in the business world has led to a situation where information technology security forms an integral part of all enterprises. The need for comparable and measurable methods has resulted in the development of numerous standardized activities that can be undertaken in order to estimate the exposure to existing threats. In this paper, we present various approaches to the verification, evaluation and confirmation of the operational effectiveness of security controls implemented in complex IT systems. Individual techniques are represented by IT risk assessments and penetration tests. We analyze them from a theoretical perspective, and present records of case studies conducted. As a result, we are able to verify how these activities can be applied in real-world IT environments. The results of our work mean we can conduct further investigation into finding the optimal approach to the problem of ensuring sufficient security whilst preserving an acceptable risk-business trade off.

A preliminary attempt to attribute selection using Split-and-Rank tool 初步尝试使用分割排序工具进行属性选择

In this paper, some preliminary attempt to attribute selection using Split-and-Rank tool were presented. This approach devotes to using three ways of splitting of data into subsets investigated separately. These methods apply sequential, random and random with repetitions split of dataset. Additionally, two methods for threshold of selection were defined. The first one was based on using SVM weight to find important feature, and the second one uses random forest importance to reduce the feature space. Implemented methods were applied on three datasets from UCI machine learning repository and results of classification and AUROC were mostly better after selection than using original datasets.

High-level verification of multi-object segmentation 多目标分割的高级验证

In this paper we present a relational analysis and verification of multi-labeled images as a result fo semantic segmentation. In semantic segmentation the result is a set of labeled regions but rarely this result is subject to verification that would allow to determine induce the reliability of this segmentation. We show that using shape measure, co-occurrence statistics and specially crafted weighted function we can estimate the correctness of a semantic segmentation up to 92%.

Impacts of Mobile Cloud Learning (MCL) on Blended Flexible Learning (BFL) 移动云学习(MCL)对混合灵活学习(BFL)的影响

Mobile Cloud Learning (MCL), a novel integration of Mobile learning and Cloud Computing is a new learning approach that is going to be a dominant teaching or learning methodology in future. This paper puts emphasis on enhancing the quality of the education process through MCL and how Cloud-based Mobile learning replaces traditional Mobile learning. It explores the benefits of MCL on education in Blended Flexible Learning (BFL) and the issues that the students face during the MCL learning process. The current approaches to the issues have been identified and analyzed based on their strengths and weaknesses. This paper provides a new solution for Mobile Cloud Learning that considers all the internal and external factors that affect the learning experience and outcome of the learners. The survey is used as a tool for evaluation of the proposed framework and then identified challenges to the proposed solution are dealt with in the enhanced proposed framework.

Neural network modeling of medications impact on the pressure of a patient with arterial hypertension 药物对高血压患者血压影响的神经网络建模

The problem of individual blood pressure prediction and control of hypertensive patient is addressed. The method of predictive model synthesis is proposed. It uses the windows method to form training sample from the original data, the feature selection based on information criterion in discretized feature space, the instance selection based on transformation of original multi-dimensional feature space into one-dimensional space of generalized axis, and the multi-layer feedforward neural network trained by the Levenberg-Marquardt method. On the basis of obtained model the proposed method provide selection of optimal individual medications combination. The software implementing the proposed method is developed. The computational experiments on the model synthesis are conducted. The dependencies between the method parameters are experimentally obtained. The recommendations on assignment of method parameters are given.

Technical solution for a command and control interface on a small residential heating 小型住宅供暖系统命令控制接口技术方案

Nowadays, in Romania, centralized district heating is still widely used in many Romanian cities. All the heating facilities were made during 1950-1970. The whole system is largely improper due to large amounts of heat leakage, lack of heat and energy efficiency measures and financial shortages. All these limitations are made worst due to the continuous limitation of resources and also due to the high price of the energy. By taking this aspects in consideration, the measurement and the management of the heating agent is a real priority for the power plants and also for the heating distribution companies from Romania. The construction of small and efficient cogenerative plants is another major issue for the municipalities. There is a huge trend in the Romanian district heating industry to introduce as many as possible IT and TC solutions, or excellent measuring capacities. This paper presents human-machine interface, conceived by the authors and applied in the case of the small Power Plant located in Freidorf-Timişoara. Starting from computer science, computer graphics and thermal engineering, to electronics and electrical engineering, this paper is a true example of a multidisciplinary research.

New interpolation tools for digital signal processing 数字信号处理的新插值工具

In order to perform digital signal processing it is necessary to reduce the effect of the noise on the signals. Some digital filters developed previously for signal interpolation are tested on different signals with noise. We study their effect and characteristics. The question about the right interpolation of a data set is not new, but it needs versatility and high speed in order to be correctly performed on-line, directly, in real time. Most of the main properties of the B-spline functions give us the opportunity to implement new and original algorithms for standard interpolation. Any ordinary function could be described by using B-spline classic functions with a dedicated set of coefficients. In case of the reconstruction for an interpolative signal, it is mandatory to compute all those specific coefficients. In this paper in order to perform cubic spline type interpolation, we show a classic algorithm and part of his advantages and known issues. Also, new opportunities for proper establishing some algorithms that could fix some of these issues are revealed. We will detail a new way to properly determine the initial coefficients by using the polynomial simple form on short measuring intervals for the spline-function itself and its derivatives. Based on these conclusions, some observations for future use and improvement of the algorithm, there are shown.

Also, new opportunities for proper establishing some algorithms that could fix some of these issues are revealed. We will detail a new way to properly determine the initial coefficients by using the polynomial simple form on short measuring intervals for the spline-function itself and its derivatives. Procedure for mapping of objective video quality metrics to subjective MOS scale of VP 9 compression standard for Full HD resolution 程序映射客观视频质量指标的主观MOS尺度的vp9压缩标准的全高清分辨率

In the last years the interest on multimedia services has rapidly increased which leads to requirements of quality assessment, especially in video domain. Compression together with transmission link imperfection are two main factors that influence the quality. This paper deals with the video quality assessment of the impact of VP9 compression standard using both objective and subjective methods for Full HD resolution. Afterwards the correlation between all objective and subjective methods is calculated as well as the mapping procedure of selected objective method into the subjective MOS scale is done.
近年来,人们对多媒体业务的兴趣迅速增加,这导致了对质量评估的要求,特别是在视频领域。压缩和传输链路缺陷是影响传输质量的两个主要因素。本文从客观和主观两方面对VP9压缩标准对全高清分辨率视频质量的影响进行了评价。然后计算各客观方法与主观方法之间的相关性,并将所选的客观方法映射到主观MOS标度中。

One of the crutical issues to get competitive excellence for companies is perfect supply chain performance. The aim of this paper accents on the necessity of the supply chain management and develops a common performance measurements to evaluate the unique nature of the supply chain process. This paper provide models for a better supply chains effectiveness by designing robust and reliable supply chain. In other words, the system perform well under uncertainties in the data or when parts of the system fail.
